Lovely little cottage. We arrived in the dark and almost missed the sign for cottage but found it with the helpful what three words instructions from the hosts.

What an amazing cottage. It is, as described, very cosy and so clean with everything you need for a trip away. The host, Jane, is very helpful too. I would highly recommend the cottage and the village of Delph. Saddleworth is a great area to explore

Lovely little cottage. Just what my wife needed to have a bit of chill time. We had a nice walk around Dovestone Reservoir during the afternoon. Then a few drinks at the old bell in and marvelled at the array of gin, over 1500 bottles.A lovely cottage with everything you need for a comfortable stay.The host was very clear and communicated well throughout.

The cottage was lovely, if you are going to rate it like 4 in a bed, don't. There are a couple of marks on furniture, but it was very clean and very well equipped. Everything you need, and more. The shower was amazing, and the towels fluffy. Cosy and comfortable, extras like blankets, and the information book was really good, all in all a great stay, would go again in a heartbeat, thank you guys

Absolutely beautiful cottage, really well presented. It was only a brief stay but I found it very peaceful, comfortable and I slept really well!! ( I don’t normally when away from home ) Hosts welcoming and very informative on parking nearby and directions for entering the property. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, thank you!

Cosy, comfortable and well equipped cottage set in a friendly village and lovely surroundings. Perfect getaway break. Good value for money. We had a lovely time and would happily go back.

Although we had an issue with the lock box , owners came to the rescue and we were soon able to check in. Great location for what we needed to visit our friends form 20 years ago, quick uber ride home

Lovely small cottage but perfect location

Very private and although small it has everything you need for a short stay. Gorgeous shower, lovely fittings. It's quirky but with a modern twist. We used both beds and found them quite comfortable especially the double. Especially quiet and peaceful.

It was a very peaceful spot set back from the road. The car wasn't parked on site but finding a spot on the road was easy and walking up to the cottage was guided with directions very clearly explained with photos by the host. The cottage was very secluded, clean and well equipped with a very detailed guide available to both the facilities and places to go in the area. Comfy bed, great shower, cosy lounge. My partner has had a stroke and walks with a stick but was able to cover the distance from the road, but there aren't any railings and it's a short distance uphill and downhill so worth thinking about if you do have mobility issues as it would've been too hard for him six months ago. I would definitely recommend this cottage as a restful retreat from which to explore the area.

Check in was easy and the cottage clean and warm on arrival. It is small, but was perfect for 2 of us with everything we needed for 2 nights. Shower was hot and powerful. Sofa was a bit uncomfortable to sit on but not a problem. There is a public footpath that runs past the front door but we only saw one person all weekend. We did spot a deer through the kitchen window which was lovely to see. We did some lovely walks from the cottage. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend or stay again. Thank you

The property was ideal for a couple to use as a base. It was well equipped and tastefully decorated. Parking was on the road a short walk up a steep driveway- fine for us - not so for anyone with mobility issues. What let this property down was cleanliness. I had to clean the toilet! There were some stains on the shower screen next to the toilet. There were also some hairs that hadn’t been cleaned away and some surfaces eg. the shelves where the cups/ glasses were kept needed dusting as did the toilet cistern.

I was away during your stay & employed a cleaning contractor to do the changeover instead of myself. I can only apologise & confirm the cleaners will not be used again.
