Wonderful house!! So warm and inviting with plenty of room for a medium sized group. Very close and convenient to Texas Tech. We made some great memories and would definitely stay here again in the future!!

We enjoyed our stay!

Went to lbk with friends and family for my bday celebration. The house was beautiful and had so many things to do! Location was top tier and the cleanliness of the place was wonderful! Thank you for hosting us! If we ever need a house again we will stay again and I definitely recommend!!

Terrific house!

The house is awesome, just like the pictures. Plenty of space and sparkling clean! The hot tub was amazing. We were family and friends staying here for a hunting trip and it was perfect.

Very comfortable home!

We also live in the area but had guests staying with us for a graduation and this was the perfect comfy, home away from home. It accommodated our family wonderfully and we enjoyed the backyard games and grill! We've bookmarked this home for next family gatherings!

Great house

Really happy with this place. Clean, spacious, nice back yard & grill, quiet neighborhood. Kitchen is very well equipped. Lots of extra beds, slept 6 very comfortably. Garage game room is awesome. Great value & would definitely recommend.

Perfect for all ages

We had young kids 6 to 12 plus 2 college age kids and 5 adults, the house was perfect for all of us. The gameroom was absolutely perfect, maximum entertainment space and hang out for the adults after the younger ones were in bed. Would definitely rent again.

Cute house, great location and awesome host

We came here from Colorado for a softball tournament, we shared the house with 3 other families and it was perfect! The house was clean, had all the amenities and was a great setup. Holly was great when we had a few questions, and very responsive and quick! The game room was a great addition, all the kids and adults had a great time using it!

Perfect for family

The house was perfect for what we needed. Very clean spacious and comfortable. The hosts try to accommodate for everything we needed. Game room was fun for all ages. The backyard was perfect for our graduation barbecue. We will definitely try to stay here when come back to Lubbock. 5 STARS⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Concert at Cooks Garage

A group of us stayed in Lubbock for a concert and went to 4ore Golf. Did some shopping and eating. This house accommodated our group and had plenty of beds and seating. We travel with an Emotional Support Animal and this house was perfect for her. We will be staying here again Owner has a done a great job Housekeeper is great

Week in Lubbock visiting son

House was perfect for our family. Stayed the week visiting our son. Kitchen came with nice complement of necessities. Nice to have a grill outside to cook on. Master Bedroom and master bath was great and roomy. Backyard was nice to sit outside and and enjoy the great fall weather. Neighborhood was nice and safe and great to walk around and look at Halloween decorations. Would easily stay here again.

Family Stay

The pricing was fair for the number of people and pets staying. The property could use a very deep and thorough cleaning though. The beds are not super comfortable, but there were adequate arrangements for large groups. The indoor and outdoor games were missing pieces so I recommend bringing your own activities. When the dryer broke, the owner was quick to respond and quick to get the repair scheduled, despite the Thanksgiving holiday.
