Perfect place

Great location - just a short walk to the beach. Loved all the amenities - pool was perfect and access to the Poipu Athletic club was a bonus. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! First floor condo was convenient and it has the perfect location for exploring. Would definitely recommend and return to same unit again!

This property was spacious 1 bedroom suite, well equipped and maintained. The athletic club facilities were excellent. Note it is a 15 minute walk away. The beach is very nice and a 5 minute walk. There are scenic trails to walk along the coast. Management was easy to deal with and responsive.

Great location

This condo is walkable to Brennecke's beach for boogie boarding and Poipu Beach to see the turtles and seals resting in the sun every day. Condo was clean - nice linens and towels. Pull out couch was comfy enough for our teenager and mattress was great in the main bedroom. I would totally stay here again. Very quiet complex, some noise from the people upstairs but not too bad (6am aerobics maybe :) Great kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal and a BBQ right out front shared by neigbors in the complex.

We would choose this property time and time again. It was nice to have the amenities of a hotel (pool with ocean view, athletic club, close by restaurants and stores) but the luxury of separate spaces for living, dining, and bedrooms as well as a full kitchen and laundry. Everything was very comfortable and clean as well as thought out. I wouldn’t change a thing!

Great Condo

This one bedroom had been redone and is very nice. Its proximity to the beach, pool and restaurants is very convenient. The AC in the master keeps it cool for sleeping. While the AC is loud, it does mask noise from the upstairs unit. The complimentary membership to the athletic club is a nice bonus Great workout facility, nice pool for families (slide for kids), tennis and pickleball courts. This is a great condo for a couple or family with 2 kids. Has beach chairs and boogie boards. My only negative comment is there is no beach umbrella - a necessity for the beach. We've been coming to Poipu for decades. First rental without an umbrella.

Great place - some issues

The equipment room had an odor from beach chairs that had been put away wet. Maintenance came and removed the mildewed items and replaced the chairs. Also the snorkel gear was lacking the snorkel. Had problems with a rodent in the unit but the maintenance crew again was quick to help. The welcoming bottle of wine was a nice touch but I wished there would have been some seasoning and a larger skillet of wok.

Tropical Experience

We booked our condo on line and the response and follow up was quick and easy. We arrived to have a wonderful check in experience, the young lady gave us a pretty good tutorial on the property and amenities available to us. We walked into our condo and saw how beautiful it was and super clean. The owners left us a nice bottle of Chardonnay in the fridge with two chilled glasses. It was such a nice touch. There was a couple of days worth of coffee and condiments to get you started as well as toiletries, paper towels,, a little box of laundry soap and dishwasher pods. It came in handy before we had the chance to get to the market and buy our supplies for the week. The condo was very tastefully decorated to represent the island and my wife gave a great compliment to the person who picked out such a decor. Unfortunately the lanai didn't really have a view but all of the Plumeria trees on the property were blooming and it smelled amazing outside. When we weren't out touring the island, we relaxed out at the pool. Don't pass up an opportunity to use the pool. There were nice loungers and chairs with tables and umbrellas that overlooked the breaking waves on the beach and you could walk to it from the property. The owners left you a couple of beach chairs to use, boogie boards and beach towels. It was nice to have that stuff if you wanted to walk down to the beach. The air conditioner in the bedroom worked amazing at night keeping us cool. My only suggestion to the owners would be to maybe have an oscillating fan or two to move more air around. The ceiling fans moved some but the trade winds took a couple of days off and it got a bit stale and warm inside. My sister had a couple in her condo and it moved air nicely while we sat inside with them. Also, maybe a small ice chest to use. We wanted to take some drinks with us down to the pool and just improvised. We put some ice in one of the large garbage bags and stuffed it into my wife's tote bag for the pool. We would stay here again if we had the chance!

Comfortable and well equipped apartment in a great location for families looking to enjoy Brennecke's and Poipu beaches. As well as local restaurants and shops. Amenities were also great. The pools were beautiful and the access to the health club and their full serviced pool was excellent! Though reaching the guests services was sometimes challenging (could be time zone differences), the information was always helpful and they were very courteous and accommodating.

Great stay

This was our second time staying at the Manualoha resort, first time in unit 603. We love the location, the pool, and the grounds of the resort. The unit was filled with most essential basics. A beach umbrella would be a wonderful addition for the unit. I
