Mustique 302 - Plusieurs balcons privés avec une vue magnifique!

Bienvenue chez Mustique! Ce complexe de faible densité offre des plans d'étage très vastes et tout le luxe que vous pourriez demander. Seul un bâtiment de 30 unités, chaque niveau du complexe ne comporte que deux unités, dont très peu sont locatives. L'unité 302 se trouve dans le coin est et dispose de plusieurs balcons pour profiter de la superbe vue sur le golfe, ainsi que de la vue sur le lagon du côté nord du complexe. Il y a un grand bain à remous, une salle de réunion et un centre de remise en forme au deuxième niveau. À l'extérieur du condo, vous trouverez une grande piscine et une zone de détente "entrée zéro", ainsi qu'un superbe quai de pêche qui vous mènera à un grand belvédère parfait pour se divertir.

À l'intérieur du condo, les cadeaux continuent à arriver. Il y a quatre chambres et quatre salles de bain. Chaque chambre a un lit King, télévision à écran plat et salle de bain privée. Dans les 4,5 salles de bains, vous trouverez deux baignoires à jets, une cuve de rétention, quatre douches et beaucoup d’espace de rangement. Ce condo a été décoré par des professionnels et ça se voit! La cuisine est immense et s'ouvre parfaitement au reste de l'unité. Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit, de sièges supplémentaires et d'un cinquième téléviseur à écran plat. Nous sommes également parfaitement équipés pour les tout-petits en leur fournissant une chaise haute, un sac à dos et une poussette que les clients pourront utiliser pendant leurs vacances. Avoir quelques invités supplémentaires? Pas de problème, nous avons également deux lits portables en mousse pour dormir.

Mustique offre une combinaison parfaite de commodités incroyables, de beaux intérieurs, d'un excellent emplacement et d'un luxe abordable. Planifiez vos vacances aujourd'hui et commencez une tradition familiale ici pour les années à venir!

Toute réservation effectuée avant le 1er octobre pour la saison d'hiver (janvier et février) nécessite un minimum de 60 jours (deux mois). Wonderful place stay, great host and responsive communication. Close enough to activities going on yet just far enough to be out of the crowd. Love the low density units, beach access and fishing off lagoon dock. Perfect place suitable for two families to enjoy vacation and removed the whole "I want the master bedroom" debate!!Loved it and will be returning.

Disappointed the condo was not clean. The floor was dirty. We had sand in 2 of the beds. The garbage disposal cover was down on the disposal with other debris.

The condo was nice and plenty of room. Only complaint I have is only allowing one parking pass with the condo, then you can buy another one for 58 but can only have two spots. A four bedroom condo is almost always going to have more than two vehicles. That’s an issue I wish was rectified. Other than that, it was very nice.

Birthday Getaway For Husband and Son-in-Law

The condo was spacious and everything was as mentioned on website. We went for a birthday trip so the guys could do some fishing and the rest of the family could enjoy the beach. It worked out perfectly nice and quiet location but still close to everything. The kids enjoyed the pool and having an outdoor and indoor pool was great. We really enjoyed our stay and would define booking this unit again.

superb, everything worked very well for us.

The close proximity to the beach was excellent . The hot tub was great. We enjoyed the view from the condo. The bedrooms and bathrooms were most convenient and varied. The kitchen cupboards were stocked beyond our needs with dishes, pans, silverware, etc. The openess of the kitchen/living area was most pleasant.

Very Nicely furnished and Well Located

It was very nice. What struck me most, was that they supplied all the tools and appliances in the kitchen. It minimized what you needed to purchase to use the kitchen--thanks. Each bedroom had its own bath.

Mid May at Gulf Shores Mustique Condo

We stayed at the Mustizue condo 302 from May 8th through May 22nd. The condo is fabulous with every amenity of a five star hotel. The entire building offers the most of any luxurious resort with indoor pool, sauna, health/exercise room as well as an outdoor pool and hot tub. The security staff was very helpful and friendly. We have stayed in Gulf Shores twice before and now have found a place we would return to for all future visits.

Great for Families

Property was great with the standard amenities, easy walk to the beach. The pool area and dock are great for a wind down after a day on the beach. The unit is spacious and is well kept and as advertised. If you need an additional Parking pass, it will cost you $58, just know that going in. The beds are very creaky, mattresses are comfortable, but the box springs creak (suggest the owners take the cardboard out of the top of the springs to quiet them down some). Our families had a wonderful time and the view from the unit is great as well. Would stay here again if they could work on the creaky beds.

Great time, but

Condo was great, but parking situation is bad. 4 bedroom condo, but you can only park up to 2 cars on site. So keep that in mind if you are bringing more than 2 families. Other than that that condo is beautiful

Beautiful Beach Stay

Property couldn't have been more prefect although at first appeared a bit remote, came to love the quiet. Rental went very smooth. Very extensive communication with rental company. Walk to the beach was difficult for or two seniors with mobility issues but elevator right to our door was perfect. Wonderful hot tub and outdoor pool with each access to water. Our small group enjoyed time together! The only part that was not good was having to check in and out at a different location and only getting one parking pass. We rented 2 other condos from this building at the same time and this was the only one where we couldn’t check in and out at the condo and had to pay for a second parking pass.
