Notre condo est parfaitement situé au 19e étage, coin prisé est donnant directement sur la piscine extérieure à Phoenix Gulf Shores avec une vue panoramique incroyable sur le golfe !! Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé afin que vous n'ayez pas à garder de clés pendant votre séjour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou à travers les fenêtres du sol au plafond dans l'unité. Avec plus de 1,980 pieds carrés, l'unité est très spacieuse, récemment meublée et nouvelle sur le marché locatif !!



Les commodités sont abondantes dans ce condo de Phoenix Gulf Shores: l'unité est équipée d'appareils électroménagers de grande taille, d'un bar avec machine à glaçons, d'un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 65 pouces dans le salon et d'un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 55 pouces dans la chambre principale et la deuxième chambre et 43 pouces Téléviseurs intelligents dans les 3e et 4e chambres, buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Il y a un lit King dans les quatre chambres ainsi qu'un canapé-lit dans le salon pour dormir jusqu'à 10 personnes. Plus de combats pour les grands lits !!



Il y a une superbe piscine extérieure à entrée zéro avec un toboggan, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux jacuzzis, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne avec vue sur le golfe, des barbecues et un court de tennis. Nous avons également l'unité 3br à deux portes de notre 4br.



Il y a une limite d'âge minimum de 25 ans pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans remboursement pour violation.



Vos vacances seront complètes à Phoenix Gulf Shores avec toutes les commodités, la plage et l'hébergement de luxe. This condo was beautiful and it had absolutely everything you need. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! Everyone had plenty of room and was very happy with each of their rooms. Checking in was very simple and the beach wasn’t over crowded. We will definitely be back!!

The room overall was nice. Very roomy considering we had 10 people in the condo at once. There were some burnt light bulbs which made it harder for older guests. The jacuzzi tub spewed out black bits of I'm not sure what but maybe it just wasn't cleaned properly. On our last morning there, there was some type of water outage. I couldn't get in touch with anyone by phone and went I went down to the lobby there was no one around to ask about it. We did have a great time and will book here again.

Last bit of summer vacation

Great place

Check-in to check-out was very easy. Whole family had a great time. Location is close to all of the activities we wanted to do with smaller children. Make sure to bring a couple extra laundry pods if you plan to do more than one load of laundry and a few extra trash bags.

Gulf Shores

This was our first trip to Gulf Shores and we had a great time. The condo we stayed in was perfect. Right on the beach. Pools for the kids in the evening. Grills for cooking dinner. We were close to restaurants and grocery stores. We will definitely be back.

Amazing view

This large properly was perfect for our family trip and the views were simply incredible! The only down side we found is that the kitchen is poorly stocked - we purchased cookware at tj max to prepare dinner. If you are planning to cook, you will need to pack pots, pans and utensils. The bedrooms/ bathrooms are all very large and again the views!! I have recommended this property to friends and would stay again.

Great unit with beautiful decor

Unit 1904 was beautifully decorated, the layout was perfect for our stay, and the living space was nice and large. Having 4 king beds was very nice and the bedrooms had ample space. The only downside was a slow water dispenser in the fridge and slow producing ice maker - though the property has ice available for purchase on site so it wasn't that big of an issue. I would definitely rent again!
