Charmant condo de deux chambres à coucher et deux salles de bains devant le golfe avec piscine et courts de tennis.

Regency Towers # 404E est géré professionnellement par Paradise Beach Homes.

Ce condo offre une vue directe sur le golfe depuis le salon et la chambre principale. La cuisine a été mis à jour avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. La chambre principale a un lit king, salle de bain privée et accès au balcon. Le salon offre de bons sièges, télévision à écran plat et un canapé-lit pour dormir plus longtemps. La chambre d'hôtes dispose de lits jumeaux et partage un bain avec le salon. Un accès Internet sans fil gratuit est fourni pour votre plus grand plaisir.

The property was very nicely, decorated with a beautiful ocean view and access to the balcony from master and living room. Coastal theme throughout, comfortable beds and furnishings. Basic essentials were all provided. A few additional items in kitchen which were not provided would have made it perfect. Overall a very nice unit at Regency where we always try to stay.

We have staying in Regency’s complex before but this condo was by far The Best! Loved everything about it and will be back!!

Wonderful property

Beautiful view from our condo! Nice newer chairs (than those in the picture) of the large resin composite and very comfortable. Very clean and comfortable-steps to the beach. Staff very friendly Would definitely book again!

Week long beach getaway.

Very clean property. It met all our expectations. We like Pensacola Beach better than other Gulf locations like Destin, Ft. Walton, Gulf Shores.

Great stay!! The condo just needs a deep cleaning. Sink in master was clogged and toilet tank lid has black mold. Condo was well equipped and comfortable. Building maintenance workers were friendly, helpful, and hard working.

Great Beach Vacation

This was a great place to stay. Clean and quiet location. The view was perfect. We could see the beach and water right from our window. Beach access was so close. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was very nice.

The room was clean and comfortable for everyone. I would like to say that the should let you turn the air down further, some people just get hot at night but besides that it was a perfect place right in the beach!

The location of this property is absolutely perfect! Just steps to the beach and the view from the balcony is beautiful and amazing! The condo was clean and very nicely decorated. I would rent this unit again because i thought it was an excellent value. I would have liked to find the balcony and furniture a little tidier as I had to clean and sweep up a lot of sand first thing. Also, the legs on the dining chairs were loose so we were afraid to use 2 of them; I would suggest someone looking into that. Other than that, it was perfect!

Beautiful view of Gulf and Pensacola

The condo was very home feeling. I would definitely consider this property again. The view of the Gulf was enchanting and the sand was as beautiful as the water. Having the ability to have a kitchen to make and reheat meals was a plus as well. The property owners were on top of any extra needs we needed. Very knowledgeable and helpful with the area around.

Simply Perfect

Very nicely furnished with a well appointed kitchen. The layout of the condo provided privacy for both bedrooms. Expansive ocean views are the icing on the cake. The complex was very well maintained, easily accessed and friendly. The beach access was easy. We had one maintenance issue that was quickly resolved. Great place for a relaxing vacation!

Gulf coast trip

Condo was great, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Ice maker was broken and we had to have a repair man come in the first night and he wasn’t able to fix it. Other than that no hiccups.

Fantastic!

Just perfect! We came down from Massachusetts to visit Son and Daughter-in-law stationed at Eglin and lucked out out by renting this beautiful Condo right on the beach! Every morning we wakened to the Gulf of Mexico and enjoyed our coffee on our balcony !! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated and furnished - kitchen was well stocked and there was a washer and dryer in the unit! We will definitely be back!
