    I can't thank the team of CHC Vacation rentals enough! From the 1st text to our goodbyes in person Wonderful. The cottage loved the style, paint color and decor. The half bath, kitchenette and washer & dryer all fully stocked are cleverly positioned & hidden. The staircase is wide & not slippery so very easy to use. The second floor is a true delight. Sun gently streaming through the bamboo shades gives off a pretty and restful glow. The bed was remarkably comfortable. Good amount of towels provided along w/robes and toiletries was a great touch. Enjoyed the convenience of the separate shower room. We loved the outside. Adored watching the Koi fish & sipping the wine so graciously provided to celebrate our anniversary. We felt entrenched in Charleston comfort. I also want to recommend some great spots. A 5 min walk to Callie's Hot Little Biscuit where we got a variety of mini biscuits. Lunch in the courtyard at 82 Queen fantastic. Fleet Landing on the deck w/stuffed hushpuppies & oysters and "Sage Against The Machine" cocktail Wow! John King Grill & Dueling Piano Bar low country fare so good and the Frose Creamsicle unreal! Magnolia's perfect dinner. Our last breakfast on the patio at The Iron Rose was so satisfying with a touch of glamour. An early morning carriage ride with Fox & Clint through Palmetto was a happy time. Loved the location and found we could walk to so many spots. Bravo to the courtesies given by Samantha & Savannah!

    Place is beautifully decorated and quaint. Nice small rectangular pool behind next door neighbors that is shared between 3-4 other tenants. It was in a nice location that we could walk to some restaurants and shops.My only concern was that it was very compact. I guess most places in this area are the same being built in 1800s when people were much smaller.I wish we were advised to bring smaller vehicle as the alley is a bit tight for large suv . Also I advise you take 2 smaller bags vs 1large suitcase as the bedroom is upstairs.I would highly recommend going to Ft SumterVietnam Experience TSS Yorktown Aircraft Carrier Aquarium Afro American museum Harbor CruiseRestaurants Millers All Day for Breakfast Charleston Crab HouseHank’s Seafood

    Such a charming, quiet, beautiful area of Charleston! Love how it’s tucked back behind a secure gate and the property was well kept. We loved night swimming and all the views!

    CHS PERFECTION!

    We have been visiting Charleston since 2017 & have stayed at the best hotels- this year we tried the pool house to mixed it up and are THRILLED WE DID! The pool house is a private dwelling down an enchanted alleyway. It is secluded and quiet as well as extremely clean and well decorated - also stocked with all you need. It is in an ideal location to walk to all CHS has to offer! The icing on the cake is the beautiful pool right out your front door. My husband and I spent the hot midday hours floating and lounging in the cool shade of the pristine water.We had the best time here and will certainly return! Working with the staff was a pleasure - many many thanks!

    Cozy and beautiful

    My husband and I stayed here for four nights. What a great getaway to Charleston! This house was perfect for the two of us. It was very quiet at night, and we loved the courtyard. We took a dip in the pool multiple times. The location of this property is close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The property had everything we could need, and it felt as if some thought was put into what went into the property (amenities and toiletries). We loved our stay here!

    Beautiful, peaceful, luxurious stay

    The property was clean and well-represented by the photos. It was a tidy, efficient space that worked perfectly for us (a family of 4). The management was super responsive to any questions we had. We used the pool every day—it was lovely and heated! And, the property was located at the end of a peaceful alley and it was surrounded by a beautiful garden. A truly peaceful retreat!

    Checkin process reasonably seamless. I had asked for months in advance for early checkin (earlier than 4p) as I had a wedding event at 5p. I didn’t receive a text that the property was ready until after 4p. The property was clean, management was responsive. Great location. Beautiful cottage and setting.

    Great cozy place to stay in Charleston

    Had a wonderful time in Charleston and our stay was perfect! We loved how cozy, quiet and beautiful our little pool cottage was. The view from the windows was beautiful and it was minimal while having everything we needed. We loved the sound machine next to the bed to aid good sleep after a busy day of walking all over the city. The location was perfect for us.
