Amazing! This property is remarkable and the host Stefano is the best host we’ve had. The home is charming and quaint, yet had modern amenities. If you want to feel like royalty, this is the place to stay. Location to Tuscany wine country is also a big plus. Thanks for a great stay Stefano!

We had a wonderful time in Arezzo and there is no better place to stay than at Stefano’s home. He is the perfect host and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. He is also an incredible chef and the dining experience in learning to cook the local foods was fantastic. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!Grazie Stefano! Ciao!

The high quality of these accommodations is beyond the normal experience. It brings old world charm that is indescribable and authentic, and combines that with contemporary amenities that make the stay wonderfully comfortable. This pictures are good, but don't compare with the actual experience. The location is perfect for walking and exploring the area within the old city, and is also convenient for day trips to nearby destinations by car or train. This section of this city in this region of Italy is extremely rich in beauty and history and magic. Staying in this incredible apartment made it a full and beautiful experience. When we booked this place to stay it was partly based on the rave reviews of the host, Stefano. We wondered how could he possible live up to all the hype?! Well, it is undeniably true that Stefano is an extraordinary person and absolute joy to be hosted by. He is responsive to requests, full of helpful information and recommendations, and committed to helping you have a positive, fun, and interesting time. He is a wealth of knowledge about the area, the architecture, the history, Italy in general, and more. AND if you enjoy Italian cuisine and perhaps cooking, you can avail yourself of his wonderful cooking class that was one of the many highlights of our experience.

We had an amazing experience! To start, the accommodations were an actual work of art! Stephano spent years lovingly restoring it to a masterpiece. Next, we took a cooking class where we had a ball making eggplant, ravioli, tiramisu, etc. It was so fun and delicious and we had enough food to eat for the rest of our stay! Finally, we went on a wine tour with Stephano that was so special because we could experience the day with a local! We are hoping to return and stay for longer! It’s a great place to stay and experience Tuscany! Love love love this place!

Not only are his accommodations beautiful, comfortable and historic, but he was the visionary, renovator, chef, and most delightful tour guide we could have hoped for! This was absolutely one of our best stays ever, and we have traveled a lot. If you love history, this place is definitely for you. Stefano has done the world a huge favor by reclaiming this place and restoring it to its former grandeur. Also if he is available, we strongly recommend to ask Stefano for the cooking class. We will never forget this night and now we know how to make ravioli from scratch and tiramisu!! Now we just need the big board and rolling pin. Thank you Stefano

Ultimate combination of comfort, style, history and super host! This was our second stay with Stefano and it was brilliant. So peaceful and cozy. The patio offers a relaxing oasis and the food was a true highlight of our vacation. Please book extra days to truly enjoy your experience. The city has lots to offer and is great for kids with a beautiful park nearby.Next time I hope to stay at least a week and do some cooking classes with Stefano. Molto gratzie for hosting us again and we hope to see you again soon!

We had a magnificent stay in Arezzo with Stefano. He was a very gracious and helpful host picking us up and dropping us off at the train station. We also did a cooking class in the house and a day tour with him that were both really fun and fantastic for seeing more authentic sights in Tuscany. The property was exactly as described in a great location downtown, very easy walking distance to many local sights, shops, and a park. We had two young kids with us and they were also very comfortable with plenty of space in the house. Will be dreaming of this place for a long time!

Where to begin?! Stefano has created a truly magical apartment full of historical character and comfort. His attention to detail for his guests goes above and beyond. He shared restaurant recommendations which were wonderful. Be sure to ask him to share his story of bringing the space to life, it’s fascinating! Although we didn’t have a chance to take advantage of it, he also offers cooking classes for guests. There is a lovely terrace garden guests can access for quiet moments. His charming dog Spritz is sweet and joined us in the garden. If you want a one of a kind space to enjoy while in Arezzo, then look no further!

Centrally located. One hour from all the great Tuscan towns, absolutely beautiful apartment and grounds! This is our second time here and we have loved it both times! Hope to return again!

This place had it all - fabulous location, incredible ambience and the most amiable host you can imagine. It immediately felt like home. We spent two glorious weeks there enjoying an amazing city, beautiful nearby small towns and Stefano’s custom brand of hospitality. This is his passion and it shows. There are a lot of beautiful places in Tuscany but only a few special ones. This is one of those places.

We can’t say enough about this property or the host. Stefano picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. We booked a cooking class and a wine tour with him. We loved our stay in Arezzo and adored the property and town. 10 stars; if your hesitant, just go ahead and book. You will not be disappointed.
