Entspannter Urlaub im Grünen

Eine sehr schöne Terrassenwohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Wir haben den großen, wenig frequentierten Pool genossen und auch den Tennisplatz. Alessandra ist eine sehr freundliche, erfahrene und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Besonders praktisch war für uns Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Im Hochsommer könnte es warm werden, eine Klimaanlage fehlt dann schon etwas.

Einfach toll!

Sehr gute FeWo mit allem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Gemeinschaftspool nur mit Badekappe ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Alessandra ist eine tolle, freundliche Vermieterin die auch viele Tips zur Umgebung parat hat.

Perfect guests! Easy to communicate with, absolutely respectful of the house and its rules, polite, discreet and friendly at the same time, they left everything carefully clean and tidy on check out. Jo, her husband and their their kids are really the perfect guests ! It has been a true pleasure to host them at "La Luna nel bosco" because of their easy communication, politeness, full respect of the house and its rules; moreover they left the house clean and in a perfect order when departed. I highly recommend them to all VRBO Host Community.

Lovely villa

We were traveling and needed a brief stop-over spot. This was a wonderful villa and Alessandra was such a gracious hostess. Our only regret is that our travel ittenerary did not allow for a longer stay.

Stunning Accommodation and a wonderful host

We are honoured that Alessandra chose to share her beautiful home with us. We would describe it as the perfect Tuscan apartment with modern facilities. The spacious accommodation more than met our expectations. It was spotlessly clean and well laid out. The 4 bedrooms made this the perfect location for our party of five. The bathrooms are modern and the kitchen is well equipped. The most wonderful aspect of this accommodation was the private terrace with loungers and a dining table, adding to the comfortable table and living area inside. The pool was one of our most important elements when booking, and we were delighted to find it within 30 seconds walk of the apartment- a safe walk for the family. The children were welcomed and loved their time at the pool. The pool area is well kept and also with loungers - this was probably our favourite space. Thanks to great guidance from our hosts we enjoyed fresh bread every morning from the bakery in Montenero - there is also a small convenience store and pharmacy in the village. A short 5 minute drive takes you there from the apartment- you will need a car to be based here. However, the most impressive aspect of our holiday at Villa Maria was the welcome and accomodating nature of our host Alessandra. Before we arrived, and from our early arrival, both Alessandra and her daughter were the perfect hosts. They gave us all the info we needed on the local area, and treated us to some very special welcoming gifts. We are very grateful that they were willing to open their home to us, and for the time they put in to make our stay perfect. The accommodation is the perfect base to explore Tuscany by car. We travelled both north and south during our stay and recommend exploring Livorno itself - a hidden gem with Medician canals. We are just sorry we didn't stay longer! We hope to return to Villa Maria some day soon - it was simply perfect.

Beautiful, clean, perfect location

This place has everything you need. Location, amenities, cleanliness and comfort. This is a special property and allowed us to have a wonderful vacation! The location is ideal. We made easy day trips to Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, Siena, Florence and the Etruscan coast and came home each day to a glass of wine in the peaceful countryside. Alessandra is a wonderful host, she made us feel very at home by providing us with a nice welcome fresh fruit and delicious ice cream cookies. We would recommend this property to any of our friends and family visiting Tuscany, and we hope to be back!

Top Wohnung mit Pool, Tennisplatz und in ruhiger Lage

Alessandra war eine Top Gastgeberin, die uns am Anfang sehr nett Empfangen und eingewiesen hat. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum. Wir waren mit 2 Kindern untwerwegs und der Pool war immer erste Anlaufstelle. Die Besuche in Pisa, Florenz und Siena waren zwar, von der Fahrstrecke nicht optimal, aber dafür kann ja Alessandra nichts. Für uns war es ein erholsamer und schöner Aufenthalt und wir können Alessandra auf alle Fälle weiter empfehlen.

Gepflegt und charmant

Die Wohnung von Alessandra ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, top ausgestattet und verfügt über viel Platz - drinnen wie auch draußen auf der tollen Terrasse. Der Pool ist groß und liegt in dem sehr gepflegten Park des Anwesens, nur ein paar Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt. Alessandra selbst ist eine liebenswerte und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Wir fanden frisches Obst, Milch und Säfte vor als wir angereist sind. Wir sagen "Grazie" für eine schöne Urlaubswoche.

Een mooi en ruim appartement met twee fijne badkamers en een prachtig en groot dakterras.

We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad in Toscane, mede door verblijf in dit appartement. Rustig gelegen op een prachtig groen landgoed, met mooi uitzicht op het Toscaanse landschap. Met mooi en groot, gedeeld zwembad met duikplank en ligbedden. Ook een voetbalveld aanwezig. Hele aardige eigenaresse van het appartement, die ons gastvrij ontving. Een auto of scooter is wel noodzakelijk. Afstand tot supermarkt, strand, centrum Livorno: ongeveer 5 tot 10 minuten rijden met de auto.

Splendido appartamento pulito e curato nei dettagli, ottima posizione. Proprietaria molto gentile

Splendido appartamento immerso nel verde, pace e relax, a pochi minuti dal mare. Ampio, 6 posti letto, 4 camere e due bagni per avere ognuno il suo spazio e la sua privacy. Arredato in modo curato e ricercato. Spazioso terrazzo con vista sul parco. A disposizione anche il barbeque per ottime cene in compagnia. La proprietaria è una signora molto gentile e disponibile. Purtroppo abbiamo soggiornato solo un week-end ma ci siamo trovati molto bene e torneremo presto.
