L'appartement fait partie d'une maison individuelle avec deux appartements. E « se compose d'une entrĂ©e, une terrasse oĂč vous pourrez manger, un salon, une cuisine avec lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, sĂšche-linge Ă  micro-ondes, machine Ă  cafĂ© Nespresso rĂ©frigĂ©rateur / congĂ©lateur, et plus encore. Wir sind nun schon das 4. Mal in der Ferienwohnung von Fabrizio und Patrizia.Wir sind jedesmal sehr begeistert von der Aufmerksamkeit und der lieben Art von Fabrizio.Zum ersten Mal sind wir im Winter hier gewesen und haben noch ein befreundetes Ehepaar mitgenommen, denen es auch sehr gut gefallen hat. Wir haben gemeinsam auf der Terrazza Mascagni Sylvester gefeiert. Sehr zu empfehlen.Die Wohnung von Fabrizio ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Alles sehr geschmackvoll. Es fehlt auch in der KĂŒche an nichts. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall dieses Jahr wieder
dann wahrscheinlich wieder im SpĂ€tsommer
.

Das Appartment liegt zentral und doch sehr ruhig. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit antiken und neuen Möbeln. Alles ist sehr sauber. Es gibt einen schönen mit einer Markise ĂŒberdachten Balkon. Das Appartement ist fĂŒr 4 Personen ausgerichtet. Die Vermieter wohnen mit im Haus und sind sehr hilfsbereit, geben gute Tipps zu Livorno, wenn man das wĂŒnscht. Ein Supermarkt, NĂ€ckerei und Bushaltestelle sind in der NĂ€he.Meine Freundin und ich waren 4 Tage dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Wunderbar!

Das Apartment legt hervorragend. Ortskern und auch das Meer sind fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Es geschmackvoll eingerichtet., sehr gut geschnitten und wirklich sauber.FĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Bedarf gibt es BĂ€ckerei und grĂ¶ĂŸeren Supermarkt ganz in der NĂ€he.Der Vermieter ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die kostengĂŒnstige Parkmöglichkeit fĂŒr ein Fahrzeug macht vieles auch leichter.Restaurants gibt es in Livorno genĂŒgend.Es war eine wirklich schöne Zeit.

Wundervoll

Wir sind das dritte Mal hier in dieser Ferienwohnung von Patrizia und Fabrizio. Es ist absolut empfehlenswert. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein richtiges SchmuckstĂŒck. Es fehlt an nichts. Auch die Umgebung ist super, alles FußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Gute Bars, Restaurants, usw

A beautiful apartment!

We had a great time in FabrizioÂŽs apartment in Livorno. The apartment is within walking distance to the city centre, beautifully decorated, very clean and also has a dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer. This deserves a top rating without any doubt!

LIVORNO: What a Surprise!!!

Our stay in Livorno has truly surpassed all of our expectations. We have really loved staying in this wonderful apartment, it really did feel like our home during the month that we stayed and appreciated the amenities that it provided us. We came to realize that this apartment is located in a very nice and safe neighborhood of Livorno with many local conveniences like the PAM Supermarket and Bakery just 100 meters away. Fabrizio and Patrizia are very warm and thoughtful hosts.

Livorno and the Sea

The apartment was as we expected from the several photographs posted. The owner Fabrizio was very welcoming, showed us the apartment and explained some of the features that we needed for our 2 month stay. Both he and his wife were very gracious in recommending some of the sites in Livorno worth a visit such as the various museums and the Sanctuary in Montenero, a short bus ride from the center. Te apartment was situated near mini supermarkets, coffee bars, restaurants and close to the shopping areas. All in all we have very much enjoyed our stay in Livorno, certainly worth a stay for awhile.

City living by the sea

Great location in lovely neighbourhood close to all amenities - grocery, shops, restaurants, parks and museums. Walk to seaside. Beautiful long boardwalk and port side views. Watch the ships, yachts, and sailboats come and go. Small enough city to walk to everything, good bus transportation if necessary. Close to Pisa and Lucca and Florence and other towns of interest. Very friendly and open people.

Tolle Stadtwohnung

Livorno ist eine trubelige Stadt in der man einiges unternehmen kann und mit dem Zug gut nach Pisa, Lucca oder Florenz kommt. Dank Fabrizios wunderschöner Wohnung hatten wir eine Oase zum Abschalten gefunden. Fabrizio hat uns herzlich empfangen und mit Tipps und Tickets versorgt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wunderschön

Unser Aufenthalt war wieder sehr schön. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist einfach ein SchmuckstĂŒck. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wirklich ganz toll. Fabrizio ist ein sehr lieber Mann. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr Zentral und man kann sowohl Restaurants, als auch Supermarkt, FischgeschĂ€ft, fußlĂ€ufig gut erreichen. Zentrale Ferienwohnung in Livorno

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß im Stadtzentrum, trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig Man kann einen Autoparkplatz hinzumieten, der nur ein paar Meter von der Wohnung entfernt liegt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und er hat uns auch ein paar gute Tipps fĂŒr AusflĂŒge gegeben. MĂŒckennetze an den Fenstern wĂ€ren sicherlich eine sinnvolle ErgĂ€nzung, aber wohl schwer kompatibel mit den FensterlĂ€den.

Super Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung haben wir an Hand der Fotos und der guten Lage in Livorno ausgewĂ€hlt. Sie ist sehr gerĂ€umig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat uns zwischen den AusflĂŒgen zur Entspannung eingeladen. Wir haben uns in der Woche unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Parkanlagen haben wir intensiv genutzt. Hinzu kommt die großartige UnterstĂŒtzung des Vermieters Fabrizio und seiner Frau bei mehreren Problemen mit Taxifahrern aus Livorno. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden und glĂŒcklich diese Unterkunft fĂŒr unseren Urlaub gewĂ€hlt zu haben. Wir werden die FeWo weiter empfehlen und ggf. zu einer anderen Jahreszeit wiederkommen, der Juli war sehr heiß. Familie Kabuß

Beautiful apartment

The apartment is light and airy. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has practically everything you need to cook and eat at home. There is a small balcony that looks out over the back with views of gardens. There is a well stocked supermarket close by and 6 minutes away is a nice square with a selection of cafes, one sell a fabulous array of pastries. We really enjoyed staying here and Fabrizio was a very responsive host even took me to the station.

Livorno

Fabrizio was a great host and the apartment was so clean and beautiful. A great location and great facilities. Fabrizio has everything you need. The balcony is beautiful and so is the bathroom. The walk to the port is only 10-15 minutes and the walk into the centre of town is only 10 minutes away. Livorno is a great city and this was a great apartment. Only two small criticisms: 1. The WiFi wasn’t working properly, I think the password was wrong? 2. In the internet listing I though there would be three separate bedrooms, but there are only two separate bedrooms. Apart from that it was lovely,

Wir hatten 10 sehr schöne Tage in Livorno. Fabrizio war ein toller Gastgeber, die Wohnung ist sehr gerĂ€umig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Einen Supermarkt gibt’s direkt um die Ecke sowie zahlreiche Restaurants. Fabrizio war sehr zuvorkommend und hilft gern bei allen Fragen. Sehr zu empfehlen.
