The property was immaculate and well presented. The location was great with easy access to York centre and only a few minutes walk away. The host communicated well before and during our stay and was rely helpful. I would certainly recommend this property if anyone is visiting York.

Great apartment! The location just outside the city walls made exploring York on foot very easy. It comfortable quiet, and well equipped for cooking and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

Onsite parking a huge bonus, The host Bev was extremely communicative and helpful. The kitchen had all the required equipment that is needed. The property is very clean and comfortable and very quiet. It's close proximity to Monkbar made it so easy to explore the city. I would highly recommend this property .

This was a lovely apartment for our stay in York. It was clean and well appointed, quiet, and comfortable and warm during a cold week. Walking to the Minster, Shambles, city wall, and other attractions was easy, quick, and pleasant. Bev was an extremely helpful and responsive host, and I would certainly stay again.

Great stay in York

Bev was a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble, the flat was very cosy and warm with everything you could need. It was minutes walk into the town, and York Minster we really enjoyed our stay, thank you Bev.

Very good location for visiting York. Only 5 min walk from the centre. Next to a Sainsbury, so daily shopping is also easy. The appartment is spacious and comfortable. Good parking place for the car too.

Very convenient

The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable. A lovely quiet location and only 500 yards from city centre. Will definitely recommend it to friends and family and hope to visit again.

The apartment is a spacious, comfortable one bedroom. The location is perfect for exploring York. There is a full size grocery store about a2 minute walk. We would love to stay here again.

Clean, comfortable apartment, great location.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, a great location for the centre/sites of York and lots to see and do. Allocated parking space, we did not need to use car during our stay as within short walking distance to centre, York minster and sights of York. We loved our stay and would definitely return. Well equipped 1st floor flat in converted historic house. Short walk to city centre. Parking onsite which is a real bonus in York. Supermarket 2 mins walk. Comfortable bed and very comfortable sofa. Ideal for a short stay.

Excellent accommodation just outside city walls of York

We had a very enjoyable few days in this delightful apartment in York. It was roomy, clean, cosy, comfortable and very quiet. Location was excellent being just outside the city walls and only 5 minutes walk to the Minster and 15 minutes walk to the railway station. Added bonus was having a Sainsburys a short distance behind the residence but far enough away for us not to be aware of it.
