EMPLACEMENT ET VUE - Water Front Home Dans Chatham Village

Chalet entièrement rénové sur petit étang du moulin. Rénovation terminée en mai 2016. A 4 minutes à pied de la ville de Chatham. 3 chambres, 1 salle de bain complète, 1 douche extérieure et 1/2 salle de bain. 6 couchages

Veuillez noter que la maison à gauche du chalet a été reconstruite à l'hiver 2016/2017. Donc, une nouvelle maison se trouve maintenant à gauche.

0,6 miles à la plage de Hardings
.9 miles à la plage du phare.

Réveillez-vous chaque matin et admirez le petit étang du moulin depuis votre fenêtre ou tout en prenant un café sur le pont. La vue est spectaculaire. Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'aux plages ou en ville facilement. Propriété à côté du quai public de Chatham. Vous pouvez pêcher, nager ou marcher en bateau / kayak / paddle board depuis votre porte d'entrée.

This house is everything! The view, the decor, the proximity to town...it was more than we could have dreamed of. It was perfect for our mom's weekend away and we all said we would stay again in a heartbeat. The owners were incredibly kind and quick to respond to all our questions. Absolutely beautiful location!

Perfect location in Chatham! Close to town, but still far enough away to be quiet. The only thing I would want people to know that isn’t in the description, is that the checkout checklist is a bit of a process. Not that it took away from anything, just an FYI. This property is exceptional and I highly recommend!

Yes when you check out we ask you to leave the house as you found it: place dirty laundry in basket, empty fridge, empty trash and load and empty dish washer. Off Season Spectacular

I love Chatham in the Fall. Weather is perfect and not as busy. The home was spotless. And exactly as pictured, but even better! The pond is picture perfect and soothing. Fun to watch the bird activity. It really is walking distance to Main Street, like 3 blocks! I would stay again in a heartbeat, and might!

Charming cottage in perfect location

Erin’s communication was wonderful. The home is in a great location. Wonderful views, right off the center of town, and a reasonable walk to beautiful beaches by the lighthouse. Chatham is a wonderful town and this home is in a perfect location to enjoy it! For runners, it’s in a perfect location for one of the best 5 mile loops in Chatham. Heading towards Oyster Pond, following bike route past lighthouse up to Chatham Bars Inn and back down to town. Especially wonderful views in that direction.

Fabulous Mill Pond view, walking distance to town

Our first time at this property and having rented at numerous Chatham properties over the years, this is far and away our favorite. Not a huge place, but beautifully appointed and perfect for our family of four (which included two young adults). The deck, which has a comfortable teak sofa, armchair and dining set, overlooks the harbor of Mill Pond; near the water's edge are two Adirondack chairs, perfect for an evening cocktail. The bedrooms are nicely furnished with high-end sheets and plenty of extra pillows. Initially I had been concerned that there was only 1 ½ baths, but the outdoor shower made that concern a non-issue. And what a pleasure to be able to walk into town for an after-dinner stroll to the ice-cream parlor. The owners, who live next door, were delightful and easy to work with. We can't wait to return!

Location, Location, Location!

70 Mill Pond is the quintessential Cape experience. Erin was great upon booking, pre-arrival and during our stay. Proximity to Main Street can't be beat. Beautiful views of Mill Pond - so tranquil and perfect. Cottage offers all the amenities to ensure a memorable and enjoyable vacation. We will for sure be back.

Beautiful home with stunning view

We loved our week at this beautifully decorated home. The location was fantastic -- quiet neighborhood with a stunning view of the pond, yet only 2 blocks from downtown Chatham and walking distance to the beach. Erin gave us some great restaurant recommendations and resources regarding golf and bike rentals. Highly recommend.
