Appartement de style toscan face au Duomo

Appartement de deux chambres au deuxiĂšme et dernier Ă©tage d'un bel immeuble florentin (l'ascenseur est accessible juste aprĂšs deux escaliers de dix marches chacun). Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain.

Vue privilĂ©giĂ©e sur le dĂŽme de Brunelleschi, si proche qu'il semble que vous puissiez le toucher. Les poutres en bois au plafond rendent l'atmosphĂšre chaleureuse. Lancement idĂ©al dans toutes les directions pour dĂ©couvrir la ville de Florence. De la Piazza del duomo, vous pouvez facilement rejoindre Ă  pied les principaux points d'intĂ©rĂȘt de la ville, Ă  partir du baptistĂšre, de la nouvelle bibliothĂšque de l'Oblat et du musĂ©e Opera del duomo.

L'épicerie est juste de l'autre cÎté de la route, un restaurant est à cÎté et un café est à trente mÚtres.

La connexion Internet est illimitée et incluse dans le prix de la location. Vous trouverez le mot de passe wifi sur le routeur, sous le téléviseur.

Perfect Place in Firenze

The flat was incredibly close to the Duomo and central to everything we wanted to see in Florence. It was a perfect space for 4 adults. The pictures don’t do it justice; it had so much charm and comfort in the entire space! We loved it and would highly recommend anyone stay here on their trip to Firenze

Perfect Florence stay

What a perfect place to stay! We were here for 10 days in the middle of June and had an excellent time. The apartment had everything you could want: amazing views, air conditioning, an elevator, a washing machine, super aesthetically pleasing, a short walk to the super market, and good communication from the host. We loved every minute of our time in Florence and would definitely stay here again!

Location, Location, Location

Location can't be beat. Beautifully decorated apartment around the corner from the Duomo. I wouldn't recommend for those with young children, but it was the perfect place for two couples to use as home base while exploring Florence.

Great Property & Great Location

This apartment is great! It has Wi-Fi, A/C, washing machine, full kitchen, etc...all the modern comfort that you need in a historic city. The apartment is better than pictured, it's location is key. Fantastic location - Great Apartment

We loved our stay here. The listing is accurate, pictures were true to real life. Beds comfy, house was wonderful, perfect place for a weekend or a long stay. The location could not be beat!! The hosts were attentive and extremely helpful. The first 20 steps to get to the lift were challenging with 70 lbs of luggage (we'd been traveling for a month), but we knew about them in advance and were prepared! Would recommend this property!

Unbeatable location

The apartment is in a historic area with all the modern amenities (and yes, the Duomo is right outside the livingroom window!). We were a group of.two couples and we had plenty of space to spread out. The living, dining and kitchen spaces were generous and we each had our own bathroom. The location can't be beat... so many landmarks are within easy walking distance. NiccĂČlo was a kind host and gave us great recommendations for.restaurants. Charming Apartment near Duomo

The apartment was very spacious, well-equipped and charming with wood beams and period details. Communication with the property manager was excellent. He responded quickly when we voiced minor concerns. Location was down the street from the Duomo and all major sights were walkable. Highly recommended!

Great location in the center of town, easy walking distance to everything. Large, comfortable apartment steps from the Duomo. Our family of four had tons of space. Niccolo was very nice, met us when we got in even though it was late. The street was very busy at night but the noise didn't bother us at all, apartment was very quiet.

Great spot

This place is in an excellent location. My only suggestion for improvement would be the bed upstairs. It is a queen mattress placed on a double size frame. Not terribly comfortable. Otherwise excellent place.

Spacious

The apartment is very spacious. Lots of living space. After the apartment cooled down it was quite comfortable. The location is very central and convenient. There is street noise which is unavoidable being so close to the Duomo. Niccolo met us at the time of our arrival and allowed us to immediately check in. He was very accommodating.

Central and comfortable

We were a party of three adults and found the apartment extremely spacious and comfortable. It is in an elegant building very close to the cathedral and the apartment itself is well equipped and charming. The air conditioning was both effective and quiet though it must be said that the weather was not particularly warm during our stay so we did not rely on it to any significant degree. My only reason for not rating it 5 stars is the lighting in the kitchen which really does need some attention. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly hope to rent it again and would recommend it to others.

Great apartment, fantastic hosts!

Niccolo and his father, Giuseppe, are fantastic hosts and this location is perfect for a stay in Florence (though beware the distant ringing of the duomo bells at 7 am every morning which we got used to quickly and used as our alarm clock). The apartment has everything needed for a short or extended stay (we were there for a month). All the beds are very comfortable and roughly king size. There is lots of living space and the living room has great seating! The building is conveniently located for all the major Florence ‘must see’ sites and very near excellent restaurants as well. The hosts provided many recommendations and are extremely responsive whenever needed. My wife’s purse was stolen near the Pitti Palace (always be alert) with the apartment keys inside. The hosts replaced them within a few hours! We highly recommend the hosts and this apartment.
