Absolutely fantastic stay! The place was incredibly clean, comfortable, and looked exactly like the photos. The location was perfect and made it easy to get around. The host was highly responsive and made the check-in process completely seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

We found it easy to explore the gorgeous local areas with this lovely house as our base. We had some delicious meals in Porthleven, which is a short drive from the house, and days out further afield. We had everything we needed in this cosy home.

Great Location

The cottage was ideal for our needs. It easily accomodated 5 adults. Close to many beaches. Supermarkets in both Penzance & Helston are easy to get to. The pub in the village is very welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

Delightful cottage

Really enjoyed the short break at Ashton. The cottage was excellent. Very convenient location. Especially enjoyed finding new places, Perranuthnoe and walking the coast path at Rinsey.

Comfortable cottage in a great location

We both had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage. The cottage is situated in a great location for exploring West Cornwall, and was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The communication from our hosts Jane and Macky was excellent, and we were made to feel very welcome. We would love to stay again in the future.

Fantastic location, super clean and tidy

Would highly recommend this holiday home. Fantastic location , close to the pub around 200 yards away, close to the sea and beaches, lots of parking, huge back garden with patio and BBQ everything you would need is in the property. Super clean and tidy. Ideal for families. Would definately stay again

Wonderful little cottage

Amazing location , friendly locals , lush park sadly we didn’t check out the local pub but it looked lovely . Property was clean and welcoming, we enjoyed discussing the places the owners must have visited by looking at the collection of art ❤️ Would love to come again ThAnkyou for the loan of your lovely home

The property was lovely everything you needed in a quiet setting excellent property at the end of the lane for food and drinking easily in reach even though I struggle with mobility If you are of limited mobility the stairs are not bad only a few with gentle incline

Amazing stay

Great property, ticked all the boxes. Communication was great, comfy beds and very clean. The dog loved the large garden. The kitchen was well stocked and lots of cupboard space. Used the bus to travel locally. Will be back.

Perfect for us.

Beautiful cottage with a lovely enclosed garden, spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Lovely park and local pub with good food both within a 5 minute walk. Between Jane and the book in the cottage we had all the info we required. Would definitely recommend, thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Good cottage for seeing west cornwall

The cottage had everything you need my grandchildren loved it the only negative is the immersion heater wasn't working whilst we were there so no hot water to wash pots and have a wash no dishwasher either
