Penthouse de 95 m2 avec solarium privé à l'étage supérieur. Toutes les chambres avec accès extérieur aux terrasses, qui entourent presque tout l'appartement. Très lumineux, moderne et confortable.
3 chambres doubles et deux salles de bains, dont une avec baignoire d'hydromassage.
Marché municipal, supermarché "Carrefour", boulangeries, bars et restaurants juste à côté.
Appartement situé dans un quartier calme et résidentiel, à quelques minutes à pied de la station de métro "Maragall", avec un service sur les lignes 4 et 5 qui nous transportent en 15/20 min jusqu'à la Plaza Catalunya, le Paseo de Gracia, les plages. .....

This was a great property in a great neighbourhood just a short metro ride away from so many of the major tourist attractions. The property was well equipped and comfortable. The outdoor spaces were great with the exception of the comfort of the furniture. We were met and given a great welcome by a representative of the owners who was very helpful providing information about the neighbourhood and metro. The availability of washing machine was a real plus. Would recommend to friends and family.

Perfect starting point

We loved the appartement, the rooftop and its location (all nearby: metro station, supermarket, bakery). Perfect starting point to discover Barcelona. The handover was well organized, Raquel was so likeable and helpful.

8 days in Barcelone - We enjoyed it

We (family with two teenagers) stayed there for 8 days. The apartment is comfortable and we slept very well at night. Supermarket and metro station is just a few minutes away. The last days we relaxed on the roof terrace and enjoyed the view. We can recommend the accommodation and would stay here again.

Barcelona stay

Raquel was fantastic both checking in and out. Our flight was delayed and she was there to greet us when we arrived explained the apartment details and then helpings us arrange transportation on check out Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the balcony and the roof top terrace A large market is only a couple blocks away with a cafe just down the street We enjoyed our stay very much with a taxi downtown being 13-15 euros. Raquel went above and beyond to make our stay great. Would highly recommend

Wonderful local location with sun terrace

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean. Raquel, our host, was lovely and had lot of suggestions of things we could do, and explained the local ara of Guinardo. The private solarium deck upstairs is a wonderful way to watch the sun go down with two nice sun loungers. Breakfast on our bedroom deck was wonderful. Everything worked just as it should. The heating worked well. Nice comfortable sofas. Good dining area. Decently equipped kitchen. What we loved best was the proximity to the park on top of the hill overlooking Barcelona which we went to every morning. Supermarkets nearby, Metro Station just 2 minutes away. So much nicer than being among all the tourists. An excellent visit – thank you.

We really enjoyed our time in the Guinardo area of Barcelona. We came during August which was unseasonably hot (even locals said it was too hot for them) and there were many business closed for vacation, so we didn’t get to experience all the conveniences that this apartment would normally have, but we still enjoyed the location because it was quite walkable and the amenities were good. The parking situation is not exactly what we expected, so be aware that there is no street or garage parking for this unit. There is a public parking garage a few blocks away, and you will need to pay each time you park there or purchase a multi-day pass. We got a 5-day pass for about 100 Euros so it certainly isn’t cheap, but we had to put the car somewhere. There is enough public transportation that I would recommend going without a car unless you are planning day trips out of the city like we did. The beds are like futons, which worked for us but they are quite firm. If you like a soft mattress be prepared to get creative. The terraces and solarium (not attached, but private) were beautiful, though we didn’t get to use them much because the heat was so unbearable. From the rooftop area there is a beautiful view of all of Barcelona. The host who greeted us and gave us the keys and a rundown was super friendly, and she made herself available via WhatsApp for any questions we had. For those that need a 3 bedroom unit this is a great choice.

Affordable and Convenient for a Family with an infant

We appreciate that this apartment was located in a residential area very close to a Carrefour grocery store and loads of coffee shops. We had all the amenities that we needed within a few minutes of walking.It is also a walkable distance (10-20mn) to key touristics spots like the Sagrada Familial or Park Guell.The space was overall clean and very well maintained.We really loved that they had an infant bed/playpen. That allowed us to manage our 7 month old sleep schedule.The 2 bed combo in the largest room was not the most convenient as we would often roll into the middle separation. We appreciate that the high availability of pillows made up for that.The bathrooms and toilet situation functionned well. We really appreciated having hot showers.The kitchen was well equipped with key common ustensils allowing us to have breakfast and dinner daily.We really love the indorr washing machine, although we could not figure out were to get the adequate detergent. We had to go purchase our own.Similarly, we had to go purchase trash bags, larger paper rolls and some cleaning supplies.The parking situation was a bit challenging, as we had to park at the Carrefour parking lot or other nearby parking lots.In spite of us running late at the airport, I appreciated the very proactive communication between the owner Antonio and coordinator Rachel. They were both incredibly kind and gracious.Overall, we appreciated our stay and highly recommend it to family traveling with on a budget.

Tres bon séjour

Appartement très sympa, bien climatisé, dans un quartier non touristique, métro, bus, supérette très proches. Un peu bruillant au niveau du passage de la rue. Solarium un étage au dessus avec une belle vue. Nous sommes très content de nôtre séjour. Merci Raquel pour votre accueil.

Amateurs de calme s'abstenir

Appartement situé sur une avenue extrèmement passante de jour comme de nuit et très mal insonorisé. Impossible de profiter des balcons tant le bruit est assourdissant. On a vécu fenêtres fermées tout le séjour et malgré tout on était dérangé par le bruit de la rue. Sommeil du coup très compliqué. En un mot un enfer. Ce n'est pas un penthouse, il faut quitter l'appartement, monter un étage, ouvrir une première porte qui donne sur une terrasse publique avant d'ouvrir une deuxième porte pour arriver à la terrasse vantée par les propriétaires. A aucun moment ceci n'est indiqué dans l'annonce et nous avons donc été bien déçus de constater que nous ne pourrions pas profiter facilement de la terrasse, une des raisons de notre choix de location. De plus, à part des chaises et une table, rien n'est prévu pour pouvoir prendre un verre ou déjeuner. Il faut tout rapporter de l'appartement qui se trouve un étage plus bas, franchement pas pratique, ni agréable. Nous avons informé les propriétaires de notre déconvenue car aucune des photos mises en ligne ne reflétait la réalité de l'appartement et de sa fameuse terrasse. Les temps passés dans l'appartement étaient donc vraiment peu agréables et confortables.

Very surprised to read Anne-Aurelie review. From the very beginning it was a difficult start. Guest menaced to cancel her reservation if we didn’t accept an early check in. Although we didn’t like her approach we finally reached an agreement. Few hours after check in, guest complained because the private sundeck was not at the same level of the apartment, like the two terraces are. Is only one flight up and we never have mentioned to be at the same level but we offered to leave the apartment next day free of charge if this was so big problem (all previous guests in 8 years have been happy!) but guest wanted a discount and to avoid endless discussions we offered a small discount and she accepted it. All above can be easily double checked by portal staff as is written in the website. Now we read about the noise of the street in her review. Normally there is a usual traffic of a city center but in August the activity and the traffic conditions are half of the rest of the year. We are astonished!. Indoors the windows are modern and with double glass with inside chamber so they perfectly isolate any noise. The apartment is on the fourth floor. We certainly wish good luck to the future owners of apartments of this guest. They will need it!

Die Unterkunft war super sauber und gut gelegen. Zwei U-Bahn Stationen sind zu Fuß zu erreichen, sowie ein gut sortierter Supermarkt 2 Minuten Fußweg. Sowohl die Kommunikation mit der Agentur als auch die Ankunft und Einführung im Apartment waren sehr herzlich. Wir waren zu 3 und jeder hatte ein Schlafzimmer mit Zugang zum Balkon und toller Aussicht über die Dächer der Stadt und dem Meer. Die zwei Badezimmer sind ausgestattet mit Dusche und Toilette, was mit 3 Leuten prima war. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet sogar mit Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine. Alles in allem waren wir super super zufrieden und würden beim nächsten Barcelona Urlaub auf jeden Fall wieder hier wohnen!:)Das Haus verfügt unter anderem über einen Aufzug. Das einzige was wir zu bemängeln haben war, dass das Wasser in der Dusche etwas geschwankt hat, sodass man ab und zu mal kurz eine kalte Dusche abbekommen hat. Aber alles in allem hat uns das Apartment überzeugt!:)

Beautiful Sunrises

Absolutely enjoyed this condo. Large spacious balconies with great views of the sunrise. Home was spacious and clean. Great wifi. The location was close to restaurants and stores and a short walk (mostly uphill) to the train. Raquel was always responsive and helpful if we messaged her. Would stay again!

Gorgeous apartment!

6 of us stayed at this apartment and it was exactly how the photos represented it. Lovely and spacious, with lots of outdoor space. Two of the bedrooms were quite small once both beds were out, not much room for suitcases/bags but plenty of space in the living area. Amazing views of Barcelona from the private rooftop terrace and lovely garden furniture for eating/sunbathing AND an outdoor shower. Very close to metro and super market! It’s probably a half an hour journey on the metro to the centre of Barcelona but that didn’t bother us! We were very delayed on our flight out and the lovely lady greeted us at 3am with a smile and was very helpful despite the time! Would definitely recommend to others :)

the apartment was beautiful and in a great location. would definitely book to stay there again. only issue, there was a smart tv in the living room but it was not connected to the wifi and we could not get it to connect. not a big issue for us though as we were out most of the time
