Condo d'angle au port de Sanibel - Entièrement rénové

Situé à Sanibel Harbour, ce condo est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre à la plage et à la piscine et profiter de tout ce que la côte du golfe de Floride a à offrir.

Observez les dauphins et profitez des couchers de soleil romantiques sur la baie de San Carlos depuis ce condo d'angle au 5ème étage et un vaste espace en L autour de la véranda.

Une plage privée et une piscine sont en dessous à quelques pas.

Situé à côté du Marriott Resort and Spa. L'accès aux installations (c.-à-d., Piscines supplémentaires, tennis, salle de gym ...) est possible moyennant un supplément via un Guest Pass (sous réserve de disponibilité).

L'accès aux soins du spa et aux restaurants sur place est ouvert au public.

La marina voisine propose la location de bateaux et autres motomarines / kayaks et un dîner de luxe / croisière en yacht est disponible sur place - une réservation à l'avance est fortement suggérée

Vues spectaculaires de l'intérieur du condo et de la véranda fermée. Ce condo de deux chambres et deux salles de bain est magnifiquement présenté avec une cuisine entièrement aménagée et équipée, un coin repas et un beau salon présenté avec vue sur l'eau. Rénovation du condo terminée en 2017 incluant tout l'équipement essentiel nouvellement installé (c.-à-d., Nouvelle unité de climatisation, chauffe-eau ...)

L'unité contient toutes les commodités d'une maison, y compris l'accès sans fil haute vitesse (sans frais).

La chambre principale (avec lit king size - nouveau matelas installé en 2017) mène à la véranda avant. La chambre a une télévision murale à écran plat. Salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne et beaucoup d'espace de rangement et de tirage pour un séjour confortable.

La deuxième chambre a 2 lits jumeaux (nouveaux matelas installés en 2017), télévision et grand placard.

La deuxième salle de bain comprend une baignoire / douche complète, un grand comptoir et un lavabo et beaucoup d'espace de rangement.

Cette unité peut accueillir 6 comme le canapé du salon se retire sur un lit queen size. Nouveau mobilier de salon, y compris un nouveau canapé-lit installé en 2017

Une équipe de gestion sur place supervise cette propriété.

511 provides a gorgeous lookout to the Sanibel Cause Way for sunrise reflection or head on sunsets! The pool area is lovely! Have stayed in the building before, but not this unit. But it will now be a unit I specifically search for availability. The owner and her representative were so easy to work with!

We have used this unit several times! And hope it is available next time I am in town. I knew from a previous use that I loved the condo. When I rented this time I let the owners know I was a returning vacationer, but this time I was in town for my Dad’s memorial. I was so touched to find a condolence card on the table when I arrived! The view is amazing, the master shower is large and bright. The master bedroom has a lovely water view as do the living room and porch. This time we got to check out the pool! Awesome!!

Five stars across the board! The condo is adorable, the pool was great and the beach was so pretty. Very calm and quiet. Plenty of parking and Publix is 5 minutes up the road if you need anything, Sanibel is only 10 minutes. The apartment was clean and well stocked and easy to access.For seniors, there are carts available for your luggage and a good working elevator. Handicap parking is a little further from the front door than we’d have liked but there are plenty of spots.I would be thrilled to visit again. Such a beautiful relaxing place on the water. Sunsets are incredible! Thank you to the gracious hosts.

Very enjoyable stay in this beachfront condo. The unit was exactly as portrayed in the photos and the communication prior to our stay and while we were on property made the rental process easy. The sunset views from the screened patio were wonderful! We would rent this place again.

A nice stay on the gulf

Condo was wonderful. Pool area was fantastic. Beach was clean and small but we were disappointed as there was a ton of seaweed in the water and no one swam there. Very close to bridge to Sanibel and Captiva and fort Myers beach area. Outlets and restaurants are close by. A great stay.

Delighted that you enjoyed your stay in the condo. I am sorry that you experienced a period of seaweed in the sea. The water comes from the Gulf of Mexico so is subject to Mother Nature. It is unusual to have much seaweed in the water but I suspect the current and weather conditions brought in the seaweed. Glad to hear our property maintenance team managed to keep the beach clean of it with their regular raking. Glad that you were able to enjoy the pool area. I agree the pool and hot tub are fantastic, especially as it sits right next to the water, the views are terrific during the day and at sunset. We were so impressed by this beautiful, updated corner condo with picturesque views of Sanibel Harbor! We hope to come back soon! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our vacation at the beach. The pool is very nice and we loved how close we were to the beach. We have already highly recommended this property to a couple friends!

Spring get-away

We had a great time and the property was everything we expected. The property manager was very prompt with a couple of very minor issues. We would have liked to have been able to have pool access in the evenings as the days were very warm. Would definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful views from Condo 511

Great property with beautiful views of Sanibel Harbor 24/7. Private beach, nice swimming pool, and beautiful landscaping. Perfect location for privacy and for visiting Sanibel and Captiva for the day. Condo very comfortable with the amenities of home. Last, the lanai faces southwest providing plenty of sunshine during the winter season. We will be back - soon!

This is one of our 7 condo at Sanibel Harbour. One unit is for our own residence while the other 6 condos (2b/2b and 3b/3b units) are available for short-term or long-term rental.

We now have had the furtunate opportunity to spend most of the year here and are highly involved the the management of the rental condos. Lori serves on the Building Board Association to ensure the property remains an enjoyable place for us, our fellow owners and our guests.

Having stumble across Sanibel Harbour many years ago, we knew this would be an ideal spot for our family vacations with our small children. We now have the pleasure of spending time here with not only our children but grandchildren as well.
