Situé à Sanibel Harbour, ce condo est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre à la plage et à la piscine et profiter de tout ce que la cÎte du golfe de Floride a à offrir.

Observez les dauphins et profitez des couchers de soleil romantiques sur la baie de San Carlos depuis ce condo d'angle au 5Úme étage et un vaste espace en L autour de la véranda.

Une plage privée et une piscine sont en dessous à quelques pas.

Situé à cÎté du Marriott Resort and Spa. L'accÚs aux installations (c.-à-d., Piscines supplémentaires, tennis, salle de gym ...) est possible moyennant un supplément via un Guest Pass (sous réserve de disponibilité).

L'accĂšs aux soins du spa et aux restaurants sur place est ouvert au public.

La marina voisine propose la location de bateaux et autres motomarines / kayaks et un dßner de luxe / croisiÚre en yacht est disponible sur place - une réservation à l'avance est fortement suggérée

Vues spectaculaires de l'intérieur du condo et de la véranda fermée. Ce condo de deux chambres et deux salles de bain est magnifiquement présenté avec une cuisine entiÚrement aménagée et équipée, un coin repas et un beau salon présenté avec vue sur l'eau. Rénovation du condo terminée en 2017 incluant tout l'équipement essentiel nouvellement installé (c.-à-d., Nouvelle unité de climatisation, chauffe-eau ...)

L'unité contient toutes les commodités d'une maison, y compris l'accÚs sans fil haute vitesse (sans frais).

La chambre principale (avec lit king size - nouveau matelas installé en 2017) mÚne à la véranda avant. La chambre a une télévision murale à écran plat. Salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne et beaucoup d'espace de rangement et de tirage pour un séjour confortable.

La deuxiÚme chambre a 2 lits jumeaux (nouveaux matelas installés en 2017), télévision et grand placard.

La deuxiĂšme salle de bain comprend une baignoire / douche complĂšte, un grand comptoir et un lavabo et beaucoup d'espace de rangement.

Cette unité peut accueillir 6 comme le canapé du salon se retire sur un lit queen size. Nouveau mobilier de salon, y compris un nouveau canapé-lit installé en 2017

Une équipe de gestion sur place supervise cette propriété.

Great location beach-pool

This was a wonderful place to stay, overall no complaints. some things eould have been good to know ahead of time for example we went for 7 days, there no spices available in the kitchen, that is chocker block full of dishes. the condo is located on the beach, but no broom and dustpan.. small things like that would have been helpful to know and have Small Amounts of soap and shampoo dishwasher pods (2). These are only small things. But would have been helpful to know to better prepare. Otherwise. Book this place the views are and were spectacular! 511

Property was just as described. Had a minor problem with keys, but quickly resolved by property management. Would definitely stay again. Good choice of restaurants in the area.

Great spot not far from Sanibel

Three of us stayed here for a Sanibel-focused shelling trip; most rentals still weren’t open (due to severe damage from Hurricane Ian in Sept 2022) when we were booking in the spring, so we opted for Lori’s place. The location is great - about 30 min from the airport, 10 min to a grocery store, and 15-20 min to most locations on Sanibel and Captiva. The condo is clean, spacious, and well-stocked with dishes and utensils for cooking. Couches and beds are comfortable, and the lanai is wonderful. Definitely a plan to apply bug spray if you’ll be spending any time out there, though, especially in the evening (sunsets are amazing!)
 the no-see-ums absolutely find their way through the screens on the 5th floor. There’s a sun shade and some beach mats, but BYO beach towels (the towels provided are nice white bath towels), and any beach toys/coolers/shelling stuff. The beach is quiet and clean (and dolphins pass by very close to the shore!), and the pool looks like it’s almost ready to reopen. The Marriott facilities (spa and gym) were great as well. Overall - a fantastic place!

Sanibel Harbour

The Condo and the View was amazing! The Beach was nice white sand and fairly clean, Unfortunatley you could not go in the ocean water as it was disgustingly filthy, gray brackish water with debris,cans and auto parts, and various types of rubish, including a lot of silt and vegatation, floating like a current past along the beachfront and apparently this all comes from the Caloosahatchee River that dumps into the ocean just up from Sanibel Island beach Harbour Condos and this also includes agricultural waste from the Cane Farms along this river further inland.Would definitley not go back.

Fantastic place to stay

My first trip to Florida and this condo was a great choice. The Condo is just as pictured and described. The master bedroom was awesome. Great bed and awesome pillows and lovey new bathroom. The second bedroom is offer privacy and its own bathroom. Nice livingroom that overlooks the balcony. The views from the balcony are fantastic. There is a private beach right out front. We were able to find a few shells and some sea beans. It is just off the main path but close to restaurants and public beaches. Thank you Lori for the use of your condo. I will definitely recommend it.

We had a great time

The communication with the Owner (Lori) was great before and during our stay. We knew the pool was not available, we still had a great time sitting on the beach and on the balcony. We were there only 3 days and during our visit we drove to Sanibel Island. The devastation is so great, it is understandable that the recovery will take a long time. Thank you Lori for being a great host!

Beautiful

This condo is clean, beautiful and spacious. The location is superb, as are the views. It is steps to the beach and pool. The furniture is very comfortable. We wished the kitchen had a little more by way of supplies — it has a tiny, thimble-sized container of salt and pepper and that is it—if you want to cook you need to buy every oil, spice, etc. Also, as advertised in multiple places, the noseemums are around, cannot be kept out by screens, and we got a million bites. So definitely bring bug spray.

Outstanding Condo

This condo was perfect. It has everything you need for a great vacation. The view from the screened lanai was outstanding, overlooking the causeway and bridge to Sanibel Island. We spent every evening on the lanai watching one beautiful sunset after another. The kitchen, the furniture and the bedding were top of the line and the heated pool and Jacuzzi were just what we needed after days spent shelling on Sanibel. The host was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We are already planning our next stay at Punta Rassa.

Apartment was as advertised. View was excellent. Wonderful lanai. Owner was very kind and helpful. Only downsides - very limited area to walk around in. Can be noisy between delivery trucks, gardeners, and frequent motor boat traffic.

This is one of our 7 condo at Sanibel Harbour. One unit is for our own residence while the other 6 condos (2b/2b and 3b/3b units) are available for short-term or long-term rental.

We now have had the furtunate opportunity to spend most of the year here and are highly involved the the management of the rental condos. Lori serves on the Building Board Association to ensure the property remains an enjoyable place for us, our fellow owners and our guests.

Having stumble across Sanibel Harbour many years ago, we knew this would be an ideal spot for our family vacations with our small children. We now have the pleasure of spending time here with not only our children but grandchildren as well.
