LICENCE D'ORGANISATION TOURISTIQUE GRECQUE 0458K10000505301 Une villa de luxe en pierre avec piscine, construite au XVIIIe siècle, entièrement rénovée en 2016 avec des meubles et appareils électroménagers neufs mais gardant également quelques pièces anciennes pour rappeler son origine, située dans un grand terrain plein d'arbres et de fleurs .
La villa a deux étages, chacun étant un appartement séparé non connecté de l'intérieur.
Au rez-de-chaussée, le chalet traditionnel, dispose d'une chambre avec lit double et salle de bain intérieure, salon-salle à manger, cuisine avec appareils modernes ainsi que le vieux four en pierre et cuisinière debout dans leur coin pour rêver du passé. À l'arrière, il y a une autre salle de bain avec douche et espace de repassage avec planche à repasser et fer à repasser à vapeur.
Un vieil escalier en pierre mène au grand balcon extérieur au premier étage, où vous pouvez prendre votre petit-déjeuner le matin en admirant la belle vue autour ou profiter de votre verre le soir en regardant les millions d'étoiles dans un ciel clair. Lorsque vous entrez dans la maison, il y a sur le côté droit, la chambre principale avec lit king-size face à la fenêtre, l'extérieur et la colline, tandis que de la fenêtre de la salle de bain intérieure, la vue sur le village et la mer attrape votre œil. Sur le côté gauche de l'étage existent une autre chambre double et une chambre avec deux lits simples partageant une salle de bain. Entre les chambres, il y a le salon-salle à manger et la cuisine où vous pourrez également profiter de la télévision par satellite à écran plat de 42 pouces, allongée dans l'énorme canapé ou assise dans le canapé en cuir Chesterfield.
Dehors, il y a les cours à différents niveaux, les jardins, pleins d'arbres, de fleurs, d'épices et d'herbes et la piscine de 4,5 x 7 avec une superficie de 150 mètres carrés où vous pouvez passer une journée entière à nager et à vous allonger dans le soleil, se reposer et lire à l'ombre de notre arbre Giouka, ou dîner sous le kiosque. Mais les plus spectaculaires seront les nuits de pleine lune lorsque la lune se lèvera de la montagne d'Ithaque et que le clair de lune scintillera dans la mer. Tout cela en fait l'endroit le plus spectaculaire à apprécier jour et nuit pour le plaisir et le plaisir de faire de vos vacances un rêve.

We had a lovely stay at the villa. There was plenty of room for us all, the pool area was fantastic with lots of sun loungers. Vassiliki and her cousin Labros were excellent hosts and attended to everything we needed. I would highly recommend for one or two families for a relaxing break very close to Fiskardo.

Very comfortable house with a great garden

The villa was very well equiped. The garden is very relaxing and has beautifull views. Especially the poolarea is fantastic. The service provided by Vassiliki and her cousin was very good. They are very welcoming and helpful. We had a excellent stay on this beautyfull island.

A lovely house in a great area

The property was very comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. As it is an old stone house it was cool inside which was great. The outside area and pool were very comfortable with seating in several different areas. Access to the beach and Fiskardo was easy. The beaches around Fiskardo are beautiful.

Everything was perfect for a holiday in the sun. The house is amazing - a very interesting old house, as well as being very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The mattresses are thick and good quality and the bathrooms are modern.The pool area is excellent - good size of pool in a beautiful garden with lots of comfy sunbeds and easy chairs below an ancient tree. A dining table and chairs in the shaded area provides a great area for al fresco lunches.Vassiliki, our hostess, is lovely - very helpful and available to sort out any problems, along with her husband if necessary!We (a group of 4 old friends) have stayed in several villas in Kefalonia and have finally found the one we will be happy to return to time and time again.

Family stay

The owner Vassiliki was very helpful as was his cousin Labros . The villa was very nice especially the outside area and was as described inside with 4 good sized bedrooms. We thought it could have been cleaner in one of the bathrooms and under beds etc . We had a delightful week despite terrible weather and especially enjoyed the closeness of Fiskardo.

Really lovely villa

Really lovely villa. Very comfortable with beautiful pool and surround with lovely views of Ithaki. Very well situated to access all parts of the north of the island. Five min drive to Fiskardo, twenty mins to Asos, ten mins to an amazing sunset bar/restaurant/beach (the Acqua Alaties Beach). We would recommend chartering one of Regina’s boats from Fiscardo and pootling over to Ithaki for the morning and then exploring the hidden bays on the eastern side of Kefallonia in the afternoon. The service provided by Vassiliki and her cousin is the best we’ve ever had. Highly recommended.

Return to Fiskardo

This is the first time we have booked an older villa. We are delighted that we did. This family home has a marvellous feel about it. It is surrounded by ancient trees and beautiful flowers and had vines growing alongside the pool which looks over the beautiful Foki Bay, where we swam at dawn every day. The villa radiates peace and tranquility and it was made better by the team that hosted us. Vassiliki and her cousin Labros made the whole stay better. They epitomise the concept of Greek hospitality and care for strangers. We love the place and the people. We intend to go back!

I have to start by saying how nice the owner Vassiliki and her cousin were. Very welcoming and helpful. We managed to lock ourselves out one day and they came to our assistance very quickly and with no trouble. Now the villa itself - amazing outside area. Loads of places to sit and relax and my little girl especially loved the pool. We are frequent visitors to Fiskardo and I can honestly say I have never had a more comfortable bed! Really lovely setting with a beautiful entrance. Everything you need in a villa. Very charming.

Kefalonian Adventure - A Little Piece of Paradise

This property was everything and more than we had expected. From the villa description, location and proximity to other places we could not fault anything. The house and grounds are of an extremely high standard throughout and the cleanliness was outstanding with the added bonus of the lovely lady who came in during our stay and changed bed linen etc mid week. The welcome basket and essentials left for us by the owner was also a lovely touch and very much appreciated. The owner of the property was also extremely helpful and even helped us to arrange a birthday cake for one of the girls during our stay. Her help with everything was very much appreciated! We would not hesitate to book again and look forward to rebooking and visiting again in the future.

Beautiful villa with fantastic view and great facilities!

We have rented the house for holidays with my husband, kids (2 kids who are 1 and 3) and 6 other friends. It was perfect and exceeded all expectations. The location is perfect. Only 6 minutes from Fiskardo with the car and super close from beaches. You are like in a green oasis in the villa with a beautiful view which makes it hard to leave the place. The villa itself is really well equipped and had everything you need and more. We could also make a BBQ. Finally, the administration is amazing. Vassiliki and her cousin are extremely friendly and very helpful. All in all this is a great place we really recommend!!

Good location, parts of accommodation damp and unuseable

Property difficult to find and the owners rep difficult to communicate with due to their lack of phone signal. Villa in pleasant location with nice shady garden. Accommodation split over two apartments. The lower apartment very damp, smelly and therefore unusable. Owner has failed to return messages post holiday regarding partial refund for unusable space.

Of course we would check and take immediate action for any unpleasant damp smell if it was mentioned during the stay. Tolles Ferienhaus

Tolles mediterranes Ferienhaus und eine nette, fürsorgliche Vermieterin. Das Ferienhaus ist im landestypischen Baustil gehalten mit tollen Pool und Sonnenterrasse. Es liegt etwas oberhalb mit tollem Blick über das Mittelmeer. Wir waren freudig überrascht, da Vassiliki die Vermieterin, schon Wein, Bier, etwas Obst und anderen Kleinigkeiten im Kühlschrank gelegt hatte, als kleine Willkommensgschenk. Vassiliki ist sehr umsichtig um fragt häufig nach ob es fehlt oder alles in Ordnung ist, gibt tolle Hinweise für Ausflüge oder Restaurants. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Villa Venezia

Die "Villa" war insgesamt in einem schlecht gepflegten Zustand. Die untere Etage roch aufdringlich muffig mit dem Ergebnis, dass alle mitgeführten Textilien anschl. gewaschen werden mussten. Die Duschabtrennung nur noch rudimentär vorhanden. Alle vorhandenen Auflagen (-Liegen, -Stühle usw.) waren nicht nutzbar, da bei Einchecken durchnässt. Im OG sind zwar 3 Schlafzimmer aber nur 2 WC/Duschen - bei drei Paaren ein no go. Die zugehörige Dusche/WC befindet sich im Untergeschoss und lieferte nur kaltes Wasser. Die Ausstattung der Küchen sind minderwertig-ein Sammelsurium verschiedener Gläser, Teller usw. Der Hammer aber: In einem Wassernotstandsgebiet die Nutzung des Warmwassers zu beschreiben mit "lange laufen lassen bis es warm wird"!

Es tut mir wirklich sehr leid. Leider sorgte der Dauerregen aller Tage für viel Luftfeuchtigkeit und erlaubte uns auch nicht, die Outdoor-Kissen zu trocknen. Die Aufteilung jeder Etage ist detailliert und die obere Etage verfügt über 2 Badezimmer.

Very highly recommended villa

We would return to this villa in a heartbeat. Comfortable inside with a beautiful garden and pool area. Vassiliki and her cousin looked after us beautifully. A wonderful place to stay in a stunning part of Kefalonia.

Had an amazing time. The villa was very clean. Nice touch with start off things in the fridge

Beautiful villa with beautiful views. A very warm welcome and nothing seemed too much trouble. There was someone next door we could go to if we had any problems. We didn't need to. The pool area was fantastic plenty of furniture and parasols. We were told we could move anything around as we wanted to which was nice. Clean villa good air con. My only advice for improvement would be to fix the shower in the ensuite downstairs as the shower head fixture was loose and hard to keep in place. Secondly a kettle and toaster downstairs would be useful as we had to go upstairs to make a cup of tea in the morning and disturb the rest of the family staying there. In the end we took the toaster and kettle downstairs as we were usually up first in the morning. Apart from that the villa was very well equipped. Hand over when leaving was very easy and accommodated the two parties leaving at different time. We really did have a great time and I would not hesitate to recommend your villa to anyone. Fabulous property in great location

Our family of 4 ( 2 x adults and 2 x children) and another family of 4 whom we were travelling with stayed here a couple of weeks ago. The property is in a great location just a short drive away from Foki Beach and Fiscardo. You could potentially walk to Foki but it would be quite a long (20 x min walk up hill ) to get back to Villa Tsollini. Ideally Id recommend having a hire car to make the most of your stay here in Fiskardo. The villa is beautifully furnished although some areas a little unfinished namely handles falling off bedroom doors!! The upstairs main area is light and airy with a lovely balcony so ideal for a party of 6. My husband and I were in the downstairs area of the villa which is on ground level and an external outside stone steps links the two floors. The downstairs area whilst fully functional and well equipped is a little dark and "stuffy" but the outside area more than makes up for this slight drawback as it is really gorgeous with lots of seating and shaded areas ( you could easily spend a whole day in and around the villa/pool.) Vassiliki is truly charming and could not do enough to help us both before and during our stay. We will return!!!

This accommodation saved the day/holiday

Should have been going to Turkey with Monarch, but airline went bust 12hours prior to departure. Managed to get flights to Kefalonia and this beautiful cottage at 24hours notice. Vassiliki and Nassos could not have been more accommodating and the cottage was ideal for our 3 generation party of 7. Beds were comfortable, and 4 showers and toilets available. Loads of space inside and out, ideal for eating in or out. No local tavernas, but beautiful Fiscardo is only a 5-10 minute drive with plentiful choice. Views are stunning and the area is very peaceful. I cannot recommend this stunning property highly enough.

I grew up in this little village nr Fiskardo , in this particular house, being my Grand Grand parents which goes from generation to generation. I am now spending my summer time in another house not far away from this place so that me and my family will be able to welcome and assist our guests whenever they need us during their stay.

It is a unique place near Fiskardo in a quiet and forest surrounded area with birds singing in the early morning and goat bells music in the evening around the hill . This is my beloved house where i spend my childhood and later my summer holidays having great memories with my family and friends hoping that now my guests will also enjoy unforgettable vacations.

The incredible sky colors in the morning when the sun arise from Ithaka and the birds are singing , the gorgeous evenings with goat bells and the superb full moon nights by the pool.
