Cette luxueuse villa est construite dans un des meilleurs emplacements de la magnifique et préservée partie nord de Kephalonia avec d’incroyables vues dégagées sur la mer vers Ithaca, Leftkas et Meganisi, très calme et privé mais très proche en voiture du pittoresque vieux port de Fiscardo. Au rez-de-chaussée les 2 chambres doubles et les salles d’eau sont parfaits pour 2 ou 4 personnes tandis qu’à l’étage il y a 2 autres chambres doubles et une salle d’eau, ce qui est parfait pour de grandes familles ou des amis. Il y a une grande piscine à débordement privée avec bains de soleil et un barbecue en dur dans le patio. La villa offre la climatisation. Supermarché le plus proche et tavernes à 3 km. Fiscardo est à 5 min de route. Plusieurs plages à 5 km.

Fantastic family holiday

We are a family of eight with ages ranging from 7 months to 70, everything at Villa Rosa was there and more, from a delicious welcome platter, wine, milk, bread to a pool noodle for the childrenViews are stunning and we all enjoyed the infinity pool. A car is needed to fully enjoy the surrounding beaches and tavernas.Spotlessly clean and an ideal base for an amazing stay in Fiscatdo

The house was lovely, the view spectacular. The four boys loved the pool. The village near by had the best food. The house was beautiful.

Great Villa with Fabulous Views

Great, well equipped Villa - lots of space for 2 families or larger group - we stayed as 2 families Quiet location and short drive into Fiskardo. Good engagement with owner and excellent recommendations.for places to eat etc .Local property services company available for all support. Overall highly recommended.

Top of the range villa

Villa Rosa is a top of the range villa with stunning views over Fiskado and Ithaca. It is very well equipped and the garage parking is a bonus as it keeps the cars cool. The welcome picnic was excellent and the home made marmalade was delicious.

Villa Rosa Simpson vacation

The property is a very well presented, beautifully located spacious villa. It is superbly equipped, is very private and has the most amazing panoramic views of Fiskado and the surrounding islands. It’s only a short 10 minute drive to some excellent tavernas and restaurants in and around the picturesque harbour town of Fiskado, which has a lovely vibe. We would heartily recommend the property to families with older children and groups of friends, it is stunning!

Gorgeous house with amazing view

We had a wonderful time at the house. It was very spacious with the indoor and outdoor space. only 10 minutes to Fiscardo and the beach. The views were stunning, something a picture can not capture. The house had everything we needed and loved that we could open the windows and sleep without air conditioning since all the windows had a screen. Would 100% recommend it.

Villa Rosa, Friskado ……..stunning!

Fell in love with Friskado…. Villa Rosa absolutely stunning, magical views over the Ionian Sea! Beautiful accommodation for 6 girlfriends celebrating birthdays! Spacious bedrooms two of which en-suite, lovely big kitchen/dinner with all that you would need for cooking! Brilliant bbq , patios and the most wonderful infinity pool with views to die for!! 15/20 min walk to Friskado….taxis available but you might want to hire a car as well! Will definitely be back!

Week near Fiskardo

Villa Rosa is situated a couple of miles from Fiskardo. It is blessed with panoramic views over to Lefkas, Ithaca and the mainland. The house itself is well equipped and very comfortable but if you are as lucky as we were with the weather most of your time will be spent outside enjoying the view and refreshing in the infinity pool. All the arrangements for the house were efficiently dealt with plus the added bonus of cold wine and a delicious lunch waiting us in the refrigerator started the holiday off on the right foot, Many thanks for letting us use your Villa which we would thoroughly recommend.

Fabulous Fiscardo Villa

Villa Rosa is a fabulous villa in a stunning location a few km outside Fiscardo. We were a group of seven extended family members seeking a restful and relaxing holiday after a busy family wedding in the UK. This lovely spacious villa more than lived up to our expectations. The infinity pool provides views to die for and the outdoor living spaces are various and well-appointed, offering both communal and separate areas. The kitchen and associated utensils provided everything we needed and although there is a TV and extensive DVD library we were too busy luxuriating in the surroundings to make use of it. We liked the location, being walking distance to the nearest village of Magganos, well-served by tavernas and a couple of shops, but a short drive to Fiscardo and Emblisi beach, and to Alatie beach/taverna for magnificent sunsets. Local property servicing was prompt, and advice and direction from host Linda excellent and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Stunning view

Beautiful property with the most amazing view over to Ithaca. Facilities and space excellent. The infinity pool was just perfect for cooling off. The welcome platter was delicious and plenty of it! Being up the mountain meant we benefitted from it being a few degrees cooler and the soft breeze very welcome! Although walkable to Foki beach and Fiskardo— not really possible to walk back up the hill on a regular basis. We discovered a lovely walk through the woods down to Fiskardo but only my 17 year old son ran both down and back. The rest of us took the car back. We hired a car and the integrated garage was invaluable for keeping it cool. Driving down to Fiskardo was a bit hairy at first with the steep drop offs and no barrier but we soon got into the Greek way of driving. Fiskardo was very sheek and surprisingly not too expensive despite the plethora of super yachts. Wonderful relaxing holiday. Would definitely love to come back.

Amazing Villa for a family of 7

We are a family of 7 ages 14 to 79 years. The layout of the property was perfect for us, with the bedrooms downstairs being at either end of the villa and each with their own bathroom. The upstairs had another bathroom between the 2 bedrooms. There are several steps up to the property. We drove to the nearest village to eat and walked home which was exactly 2km, mainly downhill. Easily walked both ways for most people. The village also had a couple shops which had ample stock if you didnt want to go further afield. We enjoyed eating in Kefall-onia taverna in Maganos. There were a couple other tavernas also. Upon arrival we were delighted with the platters of food left for us, along with milk, water and wine. There is a Tassimo coffee machine. Pods for these can be found in the discount supermarket a few kilometers away. The views were outstanding and I would love to return to this beautiful villa.

Comfortable house with great views

Villa Rosa is a modern, comfortable and spacious house. The views from the terraces and pool towards Ithaka and Lefkas are spectacular. The town of Fiskardo is nearby, and a number of great beaches are a short drive away. We had a very enjoyable stay at Villa Rosa.

Villa Rosa is a fantastic property and the perfect base to explore the North of the island. 5 stars

We were 2 x couples with 4 small children (ages 20 months - 3 years). The Villa is huge with 4 x spacious bedrooms, one of which has 2 x private balconies. The views from the Villa across the sea are beautiful. We found this a great base to explore the local area with several beaches all within a close drive of the Villa.... Emplisi, Foki and Jerusalem being are 3 of choice. The nearby village of Maganos has a couple of little supermarkets with fresh fruit and veg and several tavernas (and a garage church was useful when we experienced a puncture on the hire car!) . Linda was very helpful throughout. We couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

Family holiday at superb villa

Stayed in July 2019. Clean very spacious villa which was well fitted out. Comfortable beds and air conditioning throughout. Very useful basement garage which kept the cars cool.Quiet location with little passing traffic. Brilliant infinity pool with fantastic views . Due to the position of the villa we had sun on the pool or patios from early morning till 7/8 pm. Very tasty food platter and wine was waiting for us on arrival The owner Linda was very helpful in dealing with all my pre holiday queries and questions. We used the BBQ on 3 occasions. Favourite restaurants were Apagio in Fiskardo and Odysseus at Jerusalem beach. Vegera ,a little way out of Fiskardo, is also worth a visit especially on Saturday evening when they have Greek music and dancing (90% locals!) + sunset views. We did the Ionian Discoveries Marine Adventure boat excursion which we really enjoyed and which I would recommend. The local beaches were busy so best to go early especially Foki. Assos also worth a visit- very pretty and nice places to eat. We had a great holiday and would definitely recommend the villa to others considering staying in the Fiskardo area

Spacious villa with all home comforts and an amazing view.

Clean, comfortable, spacious villa. Fly screens and shutters on all windows and air conditioned throughout. Brilliant underground garage with clicker access, which meant the car was always cool for our travels. Absolutely stunning views across the mouth of Fiscado bay across to neighbouring islands. We did a 15 minute car journey down to Fiscado for dinner every evening. Our particular favourite was Elli’s on the front, brilliant service and wonderful food. We also visited Picnic in Antipata on the morning of our departure for breakfast, beautiful fluffy pancakes and maple syrup, but you need to book at the weekends though. Maid service to the villa was very good and Maria was lovely, they came every 2/3 days and changed sheets and towels. Linda the owner was extremely helpful throughout booking, advising us on car hire and providing comprehensive directions to the villa. We used the sat nav on our mobile phone to direct us to the villa, which made it extremely easy. About 1 hour 15 minutes from the airport. All in all an unforgettable holiday and one that we didn’t want to return from!

Fantastic Villa! Pictures don't do it justice

Just returned from a weeks break at Villa Rosa. The Villa couldn't have been more perfect. Great pool, great facilities and great views. I myself am jealous of the huge electric garage which makes driving up into the villa so easy. Linda was extremely helpful with putting our mind at ease before the holiday answering any questions we had whilst also giving directions from the airport. The little things also made this trip so much more enjoyable such as the welcome picnic which was there when we arrived. The Ionian Property Services / Property Managers were also very helpful and friendly stopping in on our 2nd day just to see if we had any questions about the local area. Whilst I feel ignorant not knowing too much Greek everyone spoke very good English which does always help. (Same goes for the restaurants in Fiskardo) The Villa is a short easy drive down to the great town of Fiskardo where restaurants are plentiful and all the locals are extremely friendly. We did eat out almost every night as this town is so close to the villa and there are so many options. I would recommend the Salmon risotto in Apagio towards the end of the town. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would recommend to anyone!!

Five years ago Gerry and I visited Kephalonia for the first time and fell in love with the island, especially the unspoilt northern part where the pine forests go right down to the incredible blue of the Ionian Sea. We particularly love the picturesque port of Fiscardo with its pretty Venetian style houses and tavernas surrounding the busy harbour. We were lucky enough to buy a piece of land just a few kilometres from Fiscardo with stunning panoramic views. We never tire of the breathtaking views and nothing can beat sitting on the patio with a glass of wine and watching Ithaka turn pink with the setting sun.

Everyone who's stayed at the villa have fallen in love with the house and the area and we hope you will too.
