Marzia is an excellent host. She let us have an early check-in and waited for us to arrive to show us the apartment. We love the location, the bedroom was spacious. We love the outdoor dining area as well. We had a great and memorable experience overall in our 1st trip to Rome. Grazie!

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy apartment in Rome! The location is fantastic, close to everything and perfect for exploring the city. The apartment was comfortable and welcoming, and the host was absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

Traveling with adult grandchildren, we rented two apartments and had a most delightful stay. Marzia and Federico are wonderful hosts and maintain very clean, stylish and well appointed apartments. The location is fabulous…near great shopping, excellent restaurants, and the Vatican. Prati is a quieter area, which we appreciated after touring the highlights of Rome. I highly recommend Rome Boutique Apartments to anyone visiting the Eternal City.

Modern and Quaint

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location cannot be beat as we were close to metro and bus stops, grocery and many other shops. The bathrooms were nicely updated and felt like you were in a modern hotel. It was really nice to have an outdoor space. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Great Apartment in a Great Location

We enjoyed our stay and plan to return to this location. It is in the relatively quiet Prati neighborhood but everything is easily accessed via bus, metro, taxi and walking.

Fantastic location

Quiet neighborhood but still lively with excellent cafes, restaurants, and bars. Marzia is a great host with many recommendations. Walking distance to major highlights, and two metro stops are convenient.

We loved the neighborhood- a little off the beaten path but with cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. Quiet at night; lovely terrace, hostess very helpful and easy to reach when needed.

This apartment is in a fabulous location, the host was incredibly helpful at check in, and the terrace was wonderful after a long day of sight seeing. We would absolutely stay here again. 10/10 would recommend!

We loved this location! We could walk to all the things to see but come back to a great, quiet neighborhood with restaurants, grocery, gelato :-) close by! Marzia was wonderful and a GREAT communicator!

Our host was great, the apartment was great the terrace was Amazing, that’s what makes the whole place. The location if perfect, the restaurant right gate is Amazing I would stay there again if I ever came to Paris

Great apartment and host. The apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay in Rome. It is close to Vatican, surrounded by lots of dining options and walking distance to the main Rome attractions. Would recommend staying here. The host is wonderful.

Perfect Prati apartment near Vatican

Better than advertised, great location, close to great restaurants, pharmacy, groceries and metro. The host was so lovely and helpful, even arranging for her nephew to take us to Ryder Cup when taxis weren’t available.

Beautiful apartment in great neighborhood. Directly across the street from a great market with about 10 nice restaurants within a few blocks and 3 gelato places. ApArtment was well taken care of and Mariza was super helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Charming apartment in a very nice area

Simply Amazing!

Beautiful flat and building, amazing communication / check in was easy and felt secure and safe. The location was 2-3 blocks from Metro / Bus and walking distance to Vatican. The patio was perfect to relax and play cards together. We would stay here again.

Excellent location, comfortable apartment

We loved our stay in Prati. The apartment is very comfortable (especially the beds!). There were 3 of us and it was great to have two restrooms. We loved the patio, and wished it was a bit warmer to have enjoyed it. We would stay here again! Close to the Vatican, and easy walking to the subway to make everything else easy to walk to.

Roma Paradise

This apartment was our absolute favorite during our two week tour of Italy. From the property manager who was excellent in communication and making sure we had everything we needed, to the location which was perfect for us! The beds were comfortable and the showers were amazing after the hot days exploring the city. It was perfect!! We would definitely stay again if we were to visit in the future.
