Excellent location in a quiet, non-touristy area, yet still within easy walking distance of restaurants and major sightseeing attractions. The building was even more charming than we had anticipated. Access to the apartment was easy, with just a few steps to navigate. We had no issues carrying our luggage in and out. The host was exceptionally responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The only minor drawback was that the upstairs bedroom tended to be warmer than the rest of the apartment when the sliding door was closed at night. The provided fan helped, but the room was still a bit warm for sleeping. A charming flower cart sits at the end of the street, and I found myself wishing we had stayed longer so I could have brought some flowers back with me.

Convenient area for both city centre and the rugby stadium. Nice restaurants around.Top room was a bit warm even in March and drain smell in the bottom bathroom for the first day, but great little place. Could have done with another comfy chair when 4 people using it

Andres was very nice to work with. Unfortunately for us, we decided not to stay in the apartment once we arrives as the bathrooms were just not quite up to our standard. I would not say that they were not represented accurately in the photos, but they are much smaller in person (especially the shower- I have no idea how an adult would shower in that area...maybe we are just used to the bathrooms in the US). Additionally, the room upstairs did not have an AC unit and the fan supplied was just not going to cool the room enough. Nonetheless, if that is not a big deal to you, then it would probably be a great property to stay at. Andres was very nice through the process and did give me some of the money back which we owed him at the time of check in from the City tax.

We had an excellent stay. The apartment lived up to its listing and was perfectly situated to all the sites while being in a quieter neighborhood. Andrea was very helpful, responsive, and arranged a very knowledgeable tour guide for us to the Vatican. We hope to stay here again when we come back to Rome.

The condo was nicely remodeled and provided everything we needed for our trip. The location was perfectly located on the Tiber River, so easy walking distance to many of the attractions in Rome. Anything that wasn’t close could be easily accessed by a metro station nearby. The host was very friendly and provided many recommendations for both Rome and the neighborhood. Very much appreciated!
