A quelques pas de Piazza Navona et piazza del Pantheon, l’appartement est au quatrième étage d’un immeuble historique du ' 800. L’appartement peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Vous pourrez profiter d’un salon spacieux avec kitchenette entièrement équipée et un balcon. une grande chambre avec lit double, penderie et salle de bains avec douche ; une deuxième chambre avec un lit double, une deuxième chambre avec divan-lit double et une autre salle de bain avec douche. This room was perfect for a family of 4. With two teenagers. We were close to all of the must see areas. We were able to walk to Trastevere, the Vatican, the Colosseum, the Jewish Ghetto, the Trevi Fountains, and the Spanish steps. We very much enjoyed the very nice air conditioning upon our return from long hot days out exploring. We loce Roma!

This apartment was perfectly situated in the city center! We walked virtually everywhere, within a matter of 10-15 minutes, tops. Loved the split floor plan and the cute little terrace overlooking the courtyard. The property management company is very energy conscious. The building is quiet and secure. Would definitely rent again.

It was between 99 and 102 degrees and they wanted us to turn our air off everytime we left. It was too hot too turn the air off. Also the elevator was extremely small and was not working for a couple of days. Which they could not help us. The location is good.

The apartment is in an amazing location-so close to everything. The two bedroom areas are spacious and super clean. Staff communication was incredible and check in smooth. Note that this is a city apartment so normal to expect neighbor and street noise. Would recommend!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and the communications with this property. They send videos of how to find it and quick answers to questions. They were extremely flexible in timing issue we had. Location, location location was amazing. We simply couldn’t have had a better place to stay!!! This was perfect for our family of 5

Checkin is an adventure. You need to meet a guy in person at the apartment at a time that is not based on your arrival but when the host is available to send someone. We paid for an extra night to have early morning checkin but was told the day before that cannot be accomplished because noone is available to meet with us at that time . In person checkin was not communicated in the listing so you assume its a remote access or code lockbox. Its not. Getting in and out of the unit involves 3 different keys and very small elevator and four flights of stairs ( unit was on fourth floor). Be aware before you book it!

We are sorry you perceived the check-in as an “adventure,” but this was largely the result of assumptions that did not reflect the information provided before your arrival. Before your stay, we explained several times that, by booking an additional night, the only thing we could guarantee in advance was that the apartment would be ready for you. Regarding early check-in, we also clearly stated that our staff starts at 12:00 PM. Nevertheless, we went out of our way to accommodate you and arranged your check-in at 11:00 AM. You arrived late because you went to the wrong address, and our staff had to wait for you. You booked a private apartment in a residential building, not a hotel with 24-hour reception. If you require services that this type of accommodation cannot provide, we recommend checking these details carefully before booking and choosing accommodation that better suits your needs, such as a hotel. In-person check-in is explicitly stated in the first lines of the welcome email sent after booking. Our listing also nowhere states that self check-in is available, so the assumption that it would be was entirely your own. Finally, the three keys are part of the building’s security system, which we consider an advantage rather than a problem. You also stayed in a historic building with an elevator, a rarity in Rome’s historic center. The fourth-floor location is clearly stated in the listing.

Modern comfort in the heart of Roma

We had a wonderful stay here and would absolutely come back! The building itself was beautiful and easy to find. The location was great for visiting with wonderful shops, sites and restaurants all around.
