The apartment has a nice location near a lot of great sights and restaurants. It was clean and the host meeting us was helpful and friendly. It was nice to have an elevator to get to the apartment even though it was small. The only thing to consider with this apartment (which may be the case with all of these apartments in this area) is that the windows don't latch real tight and you hear the street noise. I used ear plugs to sleep.

Apartment is very noisy, and guests are unable to access the thermostat to control the temperature which was frustrating. Spacious apartment though in a good area, very walkable, near bus routes but away from the metro lines.

We’re sorry to hear that the noise and temperature control were frustrating. The apartment has centralized heating, but guests can adjust the temperature by opening or closing the valves on the radiators to achieve a comfortable level. We do feel, however, that the overall rating may be a bit severe given the apartment’s qualities, and we appreciate your comments as an opportunity to clarify these details for future guests.

The apartment was very nice and convenient to many restaurants and shops. We felt very safe walking around at night. The hosts were very responsive to my questions and concerns. We appreciated that they arranged for transfer from the airport to the apartment.

The check in process was very quick and straightforward. The elevator was helpful to get our luggage to the fourth floor. Surprisingly quiet in the evenings given the location. Apartment was very clean. Beds were comfortable, and having two full bathrooms was nice. Great location within walking distance to many major sites. Lots of great cafes and markets as well.

The home was clean and in a great location. Unfortunately due to the location it was very loud. There’s not much one can do about that. The walls were so thin that you can literally hear heels clicking on the roads, conversations in the alley, and cars passing by all night. Some things they can work on is having better beds. Only one mattress w/ thin pillows. Also couldn’t drink any wine due to them not having a wine opener!

Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the cleanliness of the home and its great central location. As mentioned, the apartment is located in a lively area of the city (Piazza Navona is, no doubt, one of the most famous squares of the world), which is clearly indicated in the listing; this is part of the charm of staying in a historic, central neighborhood, but it can naturally come with some street noise that is beyond the property’s control and must be expected by a smart traveller. Regarding the bed and pillows, they are standard hotel-quality items and regularly checked, but we still appreciate the comment and will take it into consideration. As for the wine opener, it is available in the apartment; had you contacted us during your stay, we would have been happy to immediately let you know where it was located or assist you in any way. We are always available to help guests enjoy their stay as comfortably as possible.

This apartment was wonderful, location is perfect, close to so many Rome attractions. The apartment itself was clean and well laid out. Two large bedrooms with on suite bathrooms and plenty of space to spread out. We did not cook because there was so much so close. I would not hesitate to rebook again on our next trip to Rome.
