We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and the communications with this property. They send videos of how to find it and quick answers to questions. They were extremely flexible in timing issue we had. Location, location location was amazing. We simply couldn’t have had a better place to stay!!! This was perfect for our family of 5

The apartment has a nice location near a lot of great sights and restaurants. It was clean and the host meeting us was helpful and friendly. It was nice to have an elevator to get to the apartment even though it was small. The only thing to consider with this apartment (which may be the case with all of these apartments in this area) is that the windows don't latch real tight and you hear the street noise. I used ear plugs to sleep.

Apartment is very noisy, and guests are unable to access the thermostat to control the temperature which was frustrating. Spacious apartment though in a good area, very walkable, near bus routes but away from the metro lines.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you appreciated the spacious apartment and its convenient location near Piazza Navona, with easy access to bus routes and a walkable neighborhood. We’re sorry to hear that the noise and temperature control were frustrating. The apartment has centralized heating, but guests can adjust the temperature by opening or closing the valves on the radiators to achieve a comfortable level. We do feel, however, that the overall rating may be a bit severe given the apartment’s qualities, and we appreciate your comments as an opportunity to clarify these details for future guests.

The check in process was very quick and straightforward. The elevator was helpful to get our luggage to the fourth floor. Surprisingly quiet in the evenings given the location. Apartment was very clean. Beds were comfortable, and having two full bathrooms was nice. Great location within walking distance to many major sites. Lots of great cafes and markets as well.
