Cette maison victorienne du 19ème siècle est le lieu idéal pour des vacances en famille, des réunions, des escapades en groupe et bien plus encore, située au cœur de la côte nord du Devon,

La maison, construite en 1845, dispose de 5 salles de réception, 7 chambres avec 5 salles de bains, réparties sur 6 500 pi2. Il peut accueillir confortablement 16 personnes en 1 super king orientale (de 2mx2m), 4 super-rois (2mx1. 8m), 4 doubles (1. 4mx1. 8m) et 2 lits simples (1mx1. 8m). La propriété est chauffée du respect de l'environnement de chauffage à granulés de bois de biomasse assurant un séjour chaleureux quelle que soit la période de l'année. Ceci est complété par 3 brûleurs de bûches pour vraiment mettre de l'ambiance lors d'une nuit hivernale.

Il offre un accès facile aux plages, landes, sentier côtier promenades, pistes cyclables, terrains de golf, des jardins horticoles, les enfants des parcs d'amusement amical, et bien d'autres activités récréatives extérieures et intérieures traditionnelles pour ceux qui recherchent une véritable détente, encore actif, se détacher de la stress de la vie au jour le jour.

La maison est située à 14 acres de terrain privé avec accès sécurisé par un portail électrique. Sur le terrain se trouvent une piscine intérieure et un bain à remous, ainsi qu'un grand lac naturel avec une végétation magnifique, 200 poissons et une remise à bateaux.

La maison est adaptée aux chiens, et vous pouvez les apporter à 25 € pour le premier chien et à 15 € par chien pour chaque chien supplémentaire.

High Park House

We had a lovely family weekend with 14 of us from 3 to 83 and so enjoyed ourselves. The space was huge, the bedrooms and bathrooms meant everyone had enough space, and the lovely kitchen was perfect for preparing food without feeling left out. The pool room was enjoyed by everyone pretty much continuously. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub both in our alloted slots and also within free time. Thoroughly recommend

Amazing stay

We had an amazing holiday a high park house! the location was great for sight seeing and lots of attractions nearby as well as practical things like shops. The house was stunning, so much room for our big party with lots of kids. the pool was an amazing bonus! we had bad weather a few days so it was so good we could still go swimming. All the small things were thought of even fresh milk and scones on arrival and a full tour of the house. we would not hesitate to book this house again!

We were a party of 16 coming together from all sides of the uk. This was the first time the family /grandchildren have all been together and the house offered everything we could hope for. Our family's wonderful week

We spent a family get - together week at High Park House. There were 15 of us. We found high park house over and above our expectations in every sense. The gardens are beautiful, the house is spotlessly, and spacious , the kitchen has every thing you need to prepare tasty meals. Anne- Louis was attentive and helpful. We feel the photos on the website don't do the house credit. We highly recommend the property.

New Years Break with friends

Had a fabulous stay at High Park, house is perfect for a large group, kitchen a brilliant area and plenty of rooms to take yourself off for quiet time, bedrooms spacious and bathrooms very clean. Pool area a great place and booking system worked perfectly, and lots of garden space too!

Super Devon Getaway

This house was a fantastic find for our family get together. Spacious and fully equipped, we wanted for nothing. Beautiful grounds, well kept and away from any road noise. Local supermarket close by and easy access to the A39 to assist with access to beaches. We had such an enjoyable stay, I would definitely recommend.

Celebratory family holiday

Family holiday of 3 generations, we all enjoyed our stay. The indoor pool and hot tub were a big hit with everyone and the games room with the pool table provided good entertainment in the evenings. Lovely grounds for outdoor use. Would recommend to anyone with a large group.

The Best Holiday Home we have stayed in!

High Park House is in a league of its own. So well proportioned, decorated and equipped. We had everything we needed. Anne-Louise and Paul were perfect hosts and I couldn't recommend this place enough. The swimming pool was the icing on the cake, a perfect place to go to meet up with all our family. We very much hope to return as we're all having withdrawal symptoms!

Family gathering

The house suited our needs perfectly and we had a lovely week with all our family together. The kitchen is really well stocked with all cooking and baking items, plus plenty of crockery and cutlery, as well as cups and plates for the children. There was plenty of space for the children to run around, and we all loved the pool and jaccuzi.
