Ce magnifique et moderne chalet côté océan de 3 étages avec 3 chambres et 31/2 salles de bain, une chambre au premier étage, deux chambres au 2ème étage. Chaque chambre a salle de bain complète privée.
À seulement 5 minutes à pied de la plage, le Triple S Marina est juste en face de la maison. Le client a également accès au parking de la remorque et du bateau. Cette maison avec vue sur le son et l'océan! Excellent emplacement avec accès à la plage ouverte! La propriété est idéalement située juste entre le son et l'océan, avec une vue magnifique sur les deux! Très, élégamment meublé et conçu. Il y a une douche extérieure pour jouer après la plage.
La cuisine est au dernier étage, la salle à manger a une vue grandiose. Il y a trois grands balcons en bois (un à chaque étage) et une douche extérieure pour jouer après la plage.

July 4th Beach Week

Our family enjoyed the location and views of this beach house. The elevator was a great addition as some of our family struggles with climbing stairs. The house was clean and the host was very responsive. Overall, we would love to stay again!

Nice weekend getaway

The unit we stayed in was the B side of a three-story duplex. We never heard the neighbors, so that was good. It is a five minute walk to the beach and if you want to drive your gear there, you’ll have to pay for the very limited parking with an app. The unit itself was comfortable and eclectic. The inside dining table only seats four so we had to sit on the porch to be able to seat all seven of us. We had some suggestions for the host on improving how the kitchen is stocked - like more glassware and microwavable dishes - and on improving cleanliness. She was responsive and receptive. In fact, she was easily reached via text any time with questions. Atlantic Beach, in July, was busy but laid back and quiet. A nice place for a family getaway.

Great location

The house location is great. There is some interesting people watching from the balcony, but its an easy walk to the beach, and a quick drive to fort Macon if your interested in that. The house was pretty clean and the host was quick to respond. Two things to note.. 1. There are a lot of stairs, and they are unavoidable. The kitchen is on the third floor, the laundry and 1 bedroom is on the bottom floor, 2 bedrooms on the second floor. So your going to be getting your workout in. 2. The house is very decorated and a lot of the decorations are fragile, and seem they it would be easy to knock them over. I have a 7 year old, who isn't destructive but is active and I was constantly saying careful. I think that it isn't a great place for kids especially toddlers between the stairs and the fragile items. This is a great place for a couples weekend, or a family with a little bit older kids.

Our stay at Atlantic Beach

The property is very well kept. It's a fairly quiet area. The access to the boat ramp is available if you are willing to pay $15 dollars to launch a kayak, which we are not. The ocean view is VERY limited. From where we have stayed in the past on the ocean front this property is way overpriced.

The property is great, very well stocked with everything you would ever need. My husband and I stayed for a month and had a great time. Mary is available for any questions or concerns. Will definitely stay again.

Fall beach weekend

Mary was a very attentive and helpful host! We enjoyed each bedroom having it’s own full bath and then a 1/2 bath on upper level! We enjoyed sitting out on the porch looking at the sound and marina activity! It was a quick walk to the beach! The accommodations were extremely comfortable which helped us have a very relaxing weekend!

Amazing home!

This home was perfect for our vacation. The fully stocked kitchen was very much appreciated - especially during this pandemic. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were very soft and fluffy. Would recommend this home to anyone!

You Will Not Want to Leave!

Mary was a delight from the day we booked until the day we checked out. She was extremely responsive to all of our needs. The house was exceptionally clean with enough room for three adult couples to be comfortable, including the kitchen which often became the focal point of our hanging out. The kitchen was the most well stocked VRBO I've stayed in. Plenty of cooking utensils, silverware, plates, cups, and spices (though we brought our own). The outdoor decks afford a beautiful view of the waterway and for storms rolling in. It became so much like home that it was difficult to leave after the fourth day. The beach is just about two blocks away and an easy walk. We are already considering our dates for next year.

Three Day Getaway

Property was easily accessible and convenient to beach and stores. We Had lots of rain and high wind so we spent more time inside than what we intended. Balcony off kitchen living room area was nicely furnished and extended the living space. Mary answered very quickly although we only contacted her before check in. Peaceful and relaxing

My family and I had a great stay at this beautiful home . The owner was easy to work with during our rental process . This location is walking distance to the beach and not far from other fun activities. Each floor will give you a peaceful surrounding.
