Les meubles de salon de l'unité locative en copropriété no 603 ont été remplacés en décembre 2017. Cette unité peut accueillir 4 personnes avec un lit king-size dans le maître et un grand canapé-lit avec un matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme dans le salon. Les sols carrelés sont dans toute l'unité. Le salon est équipé de tous les meubles en cuir, d’un téléviseur à écran plat SMART HD de 60 pouces et d’un décodeur HD avec la chaîne SEC Sports. Le maître est équipé d'un écran plat 42 pouces. Les deux téléviseurs sont équipés d’un lecteur DVD SMART blue ray. Les ventilateurs de contrôle à distance sont situés dans le maître et le salon. La cuisine est complète avec tous les appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit et un garde-manger pour stocker vos courses. La baignoire a été retirée et il ne s’agit que d’une douche.

Beautiful condo!!! New comfy furniture, very clean with a beautiful view. Loved that they offer linen exchange on towels twice a week so you don’t have to wash your own on vacation. Kitchen fully stocked a bonus if you enjoying cooking some of your meals. Close to Publix and Walmart and restaurants.

We loved the property. We had an excellent view of the beach from our 6th floor unit. The furniture appeared new and was very comfortable. The beach and umbrella service was excellent as was the property's location. The only downside was that only one elevator was working. Fortunately, the property was not busy during our stay. We would definitely return if we went back to Destin.

Great Condo and Location

The property and condo were exactly as described. King bed was extremely comfortable along with all the furniture. Great location and property was gated. Would definitely book again and recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was absolutely fantastic! The only thing I would change would be to add a few mixing bowls & a couple cookie sheets. We eat in a lot & had to go & buy a cookie sheet so I could make cookies. Everything else was great & nicely updated. Especially loved the recliners. Us “old” folks like to relax & put our feet up when we sit & relax.
