The location Is ideal, not only for the amazing views but it's quite central to reach lots of places.We had everything we needed. The dog enjoyed playing in the garden and it was safe to leave the back door open for him to come in and out.We had a very enjoyable stay!

We had an excellent stay at Paul's property. The coal fire was a delight! Plenty of space, comfy beds. The shower really wasn't too good, maybe needing replacing or water pressure checked.The house was warm and cosy, clean surfaces and floors but the skirting, windows and frames all need a good clean, maybe dust the walls and picture rails..curtains and blinds need replacing.. picture frames are on walls but no particular order or connection....I would definitely stay there again but it would be so much nicer with a deep clean and a little bit of thought to the decor.The views are spectacular and I loved my stay.

If you want a quiet location with great views this could be for you.

Everything we needed for our stay provided and excellent value for money. Very quiet location with Holy Island views from the kitchen and back garden. Good location for visiting north Northumberland.

Beautiful location

Second stay here and we will probably be back. Lovely house with everything you need, real home from home. Location is perfect with beautiful views and a friendly village with lovely walks. So much to do in the area, this is the perfect base with great value

A real gem at the coast

We really enjoyed our four night stay here, the property was fantastic and just what we wanted. The views and scenery out of every window really made the break along with the open fire which we used every evening. We will be back for sure.

Warm and comfortable cottage

We enjoyed a warm & comfortable short break in this ideally situated cottage. It had all we needed. We visited the near by towns of Bamburgh & Seahouses and all the lovely beaches in between. A trip across to Lindisfarne was enjoyed also. Thank you for our stay.

Lovely, cosy, well equipped cottage with a great garden for dogs. Ideally placed for visiting Alnwick, Berwick and everywhere in between.

Perfectly positioned

A lovely quiet cottage with a studding view of Lindisfarne we found it pertectly placed to visit so much within the vicinity and further affield. The cottage has everything you could need for you stay and more and the bonus of a secluded garden to enjoy a rest at the end of a bury day

Great little cottage

Fantastic place to stay in a lovely quiet village location giving out amazing views from the windows. Has everything you could ever need for cooking in the kitchen. The only downside to the cottage is the tv is not very smart so couldnt watch any online platforms in the evening.

Regarding the TV, it is a smart TV but it requires guests to log into their own accounts to access their own subscriptions etc. This does of course mean that guests need to log out again before leaving. I hope that helps, it's a tricky one, we've looked at other options but this is the only solution we've been able to come up with.

New Year Celebrations

Great location for walking and visiting Holy Island and other places of interest. Fabulous views from the kitchen and garden. Really peaceful and tranquil. Would definitely recommend!

A week in june

Cottage as described, a wee bit tired but the views are fantastic. The house is spacious and the kitchen very well equipped. It was lovely to watch the sunrise over the sea and the bunnies in the garden.
