The suite is well maintained, great furnishing, excellent bed and everything very clean. Location is ideal, walking distance from most of the main attractions. Pietro was professional, promptly available for advice and helped with booking a taxi for airport, great host.

Cozy is the perfect title

My wife and I stayed here for four nights. Absolutely loved it. Very clean and well decorated Great area, very close to excellent food and shopping. Short walk from the Duomo and metro stations. The host, Pietro is very polite and responsive. 10/10, we will definitely be staying here again if we return to Milan.

PERFECT!

This was the perfect little oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of Milans best neighborhood. The apartment was stunningly decorated and had everything we need. It was spotless and the outdoor balcony is to die for. The elevator was a welcome touch with our luggage as well. I would recommend this perfect apartment to anyone traveling here, and hope to stay again in the future!

Lovely apartment, lovely neighborhood!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pietro’s cozy Milan apartment. It is in a lovely apartment building with a central courtyard and plants galore. It is indeed cozy (small) but perfectly appointed with everything we needed, clean, and impeccably designed. The neighborhood is trendy and fun with great restaurants, boutiques, and galleries. If you’re looking for something a bit off the tourist route that will make you feel like a local, look no further than this lovely apartment!

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic neighborhood

We absolutely loved our 4 nights here. Communication and check-in process with Pietro was easy. His place is beautifully designed and in a neat building with elevator. It was quiet and secure. The bed was comfortable and the thermostat worked great. The bathroom is quite large with a great shower and nicely designed. It is in a superb neighborhood with more shops that you can imagine... as well as a coffee shop, restaurant and grocery store just steps away. Highly recommended!

The area was PERFECT, especially if you are a shopper. Just walking about the Brera area was fun. Lots of gelato shops...my true downfall in Italy. The bathroom is large though be mindful there is a step between the toilet and the main floor of the bathroom, but for the unsteady there are things to grab on to. Loved the rainfall shower head. The location was very close to various bus and metro stations - so with a day pass you can get around Milano quite easily. While I likely won't return to Milano (since I am neither a shopper or a realy big museum fan) this is a well appointed flat that is in a GREAT location with tons of restaurants that Pietro doesn't even mention on his VRBO site. One small item - if you are a couple with two large suitcases - this might be a tight squeeze.

Little haven at the best location

Pietro’s property is managed as one would manage your own house: he has a wonderful staff who cleans the property and change towels more than once if you stay for a week. Emi, his longtime helper is so kind and efficient that is hard to leave. My daughter and I stayed in one of Pietro’s smaller properties and it had everything we needed: windows all over the bedroom, window in the bathroom and a charming varanda. We also had a heating plate, microwave and frigobar to store the goods we found all round the neighborhood . The location itself could not be better; although we were 10m away from the “buzz”, the street was calm and the building very silent. Pietro is adorable and committed to make the best of our experience. We liked him so much that we already asked for info on his property in Florence! Thank you Pietro, We highly recommend this property!

Dream apartment for romantic city break

I went to Milan for a special birthday weekend getaway with my financée and was so lucky to chance upon Pietro’s incredible apartment. It is located in the heart of brera, in a stunning gated building with beautiful inner courtyard. The interior decor was chic and the bed super comfy. Having a bath was an added luxury! Pietro also kindly left a small bottle of Prosecco for us in the fridge which was greatly appreciated. He was always super communicative and made it very easy and stress free for us to self-check-in on our first night (we arrived very late). Would 100% recommend this place to any individual or couple looking for the ideal central base from which to explore this awesome city. Thank you Pietro!
