C'est un magnifique appartement situé au coeur du coeur de la vieille ville. Pas de voitures, pas de bruit.
Le mobilier est local avec des antiquités, c'est une occasion très personnelle. Et il y a de la place pour 6 personnes.
Équipement moderne; avec internet et nouveaux appareils.
2 bains, 3 chambres, il est agréable de rester 6 personnes ensemble.
Il y a une salle avec coin salon et salle à manger pour 8 personnes.
Il y a une baignoire et une douche ainsi que deux WC.

We were really disappointed with the overall condition of the apartment and it fell well short of our expectations. The management company did their utmost to ensure the apartment was as clean as possible however the poor standard of furniture, soft furnishings, bathrooms and kitchen equipment certainly had a negative impact on our vacation. The location itself was fantastic with some excellent restaurants within a few minutes walk. We would like to thank Audrey for her help with organising for our late arrival and supporting our late departure due to flight delays.

First time we’ve had this comment :-) No one else has said it was bad. It’s old, authentic, and classic furniture with antiques. You should look for a modern new place instead of staying in the old town.

A lovely apartment in a great location. Lots of restaurants and rhe seafront only a couple of minutes away. Lots of room and a fantastic terrace to sit on. Well equipped, and liked the traditional decor. Wifi isnt the best, but thats only a small issue.

We had a loveley one week's stay at Mr. and Mrs. Rasmussen's apartment. It is spacious, has a wonderful terrace and is well equipped. However, it is almost impossible to use the internet because it is extremely slow.

Charming & Central

The property is exactly as described—full of antiques and very French in style, yet surprisingly spacious. The terrace is incredible and was a highlight of our stay. Be prepared to wake up each morning to the sound of church bells starting at 7 a.m.—charming, but worth noting. There are a lot of stairs, so I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with mobility issues. The property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful. The location is unbeatable—surrounded by great restaurants and charming boutiques. Absolutely magnifique!

Lovely city with great restaurants and a fantastic beach

Very nice appartment with great location downtown. You are close to everything, even buss and train station to Nice and Monaco. Be aware of noice from the neighbours, they are very close and the bell from the church every half an hour from 7am-10pm. You get use to that. No aircon was a bit hot this sommer.

This was a lovely authentic Francais apartment. There was lots of space and the terrace was great overlooking the bell tower and cobblestone streets. While it could use some TLC, it had wonderful charm. A few things to note:This apartment is on a narrow cobblestone road with steps. Charming but lacks accessibility. Further, once you reach the entrance, there’s a staircase with another 30 steps. It’s great if you have no mobility issues.Cars cannot reach the front door so you need to taxi/ride share to “La Place de Paix” at the top of the hill and walk downhill about 50 meters to the entrance. Alternatively, it’s a 10 minute walk from the train station along cobblestones. Parking is challenging. There is one garage close by but rather expensive (25 overnight). Other cheaper options, if space is available, but all involve walking. The good news is that the more expensive garage near us always has parking spaces.There are three double beds and three separate sleeping areas however one is a loft accessible by ladder looking down into one of the other rooms. There is privacy for changing etc but it did feel like we were in the same room. The third sleeping area has its own separate space. This room does not have a window.The location was perfect for us. Right in the heart of the old town and steps from great restaurants and shops. Easy access to transportation for day trips either by car or public transportation. Claes was responsive to messages and questions.

Apartment Villenfranche

Wonderful town very picturesque, beach 200 yards away , weather was fantastic, really enjoyed . Apartment needs updating, no air conditioning, a couple of fans were supplied , but werent adequate. No window in the main bedroom was quite unbearably at night time . No TV , but that was not a real problem . Apartment does need money spent on it , if its to continue as a holiday let.

Un appartement au charme authentique

Le cadre de cette appartement rappelle les demeures florentines ou vénitiennes de la renaissance. La décoration s'inscrit également dans le jus méditerranéen de la French Riviera. Une influence italienne que l'on retrouve jusque dans les ruelles bariolées et végétalisé qui nous descendent jusqu'au port.

Agréable séjour

Appartement très accueillant, décoré avec soin, habité et chaleureux. Et idéalement situé ! A signaler cependant l absence de lave-vaisselle, de tasse à café, de pressé agrume, et de machine à café. Et le carillon! La proximité immédiate de la charmante eglise, visible en partie de la magnifique terrasse, fait sonner, deux fois, les sept coups de sept heure...pour ceux qui ont l'oreille sensible c'est le réveil assuré, pour les autres la cloche de la demie puis les seize coups de huit heure viendront à bout de leur sommeil... A noter: l'agrément de la belle terrasse, spacieuse, bien aménagée, et protégée du soleil. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, et avec des boules quies...

Erg leuk huis op een top plek! Verwacht geen luxe maar authenticiteit, geen airco maar voldoende ventilatoren. Het huis ligt briljant midden in het stadje, op en behoorlijke helling dus trappen lopen. Het dakterras is een verademing!

Great Week at Cote d‘Azur

Eine herrliche Wohnung in der Altstadt von Villefranche-sur-mer. Die große Dachterrasse lud jeden Morgen zum ausgiebigen Frühstück ein. An heißen Tagen muss man das erste Läuten der nahen Kirche ab 07:00 einkalkulieren, ansonsten trotz der Lage mitten in der Altstadt sehr ruhig! Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

Beeindruckendes Apartment

Das Ort Villafranche ist an sich ist wunderschön, dazu auch noch eine tolle Möglichkeit zu bleiben wie dieses Apartment, macht der Urlaub zu etwas besonders. Das Haus ist sehr schön möbliert, die Terrasse ist der Hammer mit schönen Pflanzen, super Ambiente. D

Great location in old town but you must like steps and be optimistic about finding parking. Super base to see much of the Côte d’Azur. Shabby chic apartment in a wonderful spot.

Wonderful, lovely apartment

It was a wonderful week in this charming apartment in Villefranche. Audrey met us on arrival and even carried our bags. She made us feel welcome and left her number for questions and answered promptly when we called. The large terrace was the perfect beginning and end to each day. We loved throwing the doors open to the breeze. You will get plenty of exercise on this vacation. Typical for the area, there are lots of stairs, outside and in. If you have mobility issues Villefranche may not be your first choice as a vacation site. There are very nice restaurants just steps away and the swimming beach is not far. We became comfortable with the train station, about a 12-15 minute walk. Nice is just one stop away and Monaco is a short stunning ride east. The washer was a real plus and I liked hanging my clothes out the kitchen balcony just like my neighbors. If this “shabby chic” apartment is available in your vacation time, you’ll love it!

Urlaub von der ersten Minute

Klar, Treppensteigen sollte kein Problem darstellen. Aber die Wohnung entschädigt dann, besonders die Terrasse. Wir waren über Silvester und Neujahr 8 Tage in Villefranche, haben täglich unser Frühstück auf der Terrasse genossen., danach die tolle Landschaft und die nahen Städte. Mit dem Auto waren wir in 15 Minuten in Nizza Zentrum oder in Monte Carlo. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt, sehr gutes Preis / Leistungsverhältnis. Vermieter und Betreuung vor Ort sind zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Nochmals vielen Dank an Claes, Jenna und Monique

Lejlighed med terrasse!

Med temparaturer omkring 25 grader i skyggen er en terrasse lige sagen. Vi brugte den hele tiden, når vi var i lejligheden. Lejligheden ligger lige bag kirken, som markerer hele og halve timer med klokken, men ikke mellem kl. 22 og 07. Køkkenet fungerede fint til vores madlavning til 4 personer, og med to badeværelser var der altid varmt badevand. Det ene soveværelse ligger midt i bygningen og er uden vinduer. Det blev ind i mellem lidt varmt, når der ikke er aircondition. Nem adgang til indkøb, bus, tog og strand, og rigt udvalg af spisesteder i den gamle by.

A wonderful stay in Villefranche sur Mer

It was wonderful to spend time in this beautiful apartment.The perfect location in the centre of Villefranche old town was a lovely setting and very convenient for the beach, shops and access to buses and trains. The apartment is very spacious with the wonderful addition of a large pretty terrace. It is very charming and fully of homely touches and excellent amenities. I can highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

Wonderful location and well appointed

We were absolutely charmed from the very first moment we entered the flat. The location could not be better, right in the heart of Old Town, and the layout was perfect for our group of three friends. It felt like a home, not just a rental. The terrace was absolutely fabulous and a wonderful place to dine when we opted to stay in. The beds were comfortable and the linens soft. Having two bathrooms made it just that much easier. The sitting room couches were cozy and a perfect place to curl up and read before bed. Hearing the church bells ring and being able to see the bell tower from the terrace was stunning. Proximity to train, buses and taxis was fantastic. Overall, we had an exceptional trip. Please note, this is Old Town. That’s means no cars and a lot of stairs. Being a good walker is key to staying anywhere in Old Town, but for us that’s what is so charming about it. The flat is a second floor walk up, which allows for such lovely views of the church and neighboring streets. All the shops, patisseries and restaurants are mere steps away. We hope to return and soon!

Just as it is centrally located - where you can walk to the beach, harbor, cafe and shops. And it is quite localt without problems for children to walk around the city on your own
