We are delighted that you enjoyed your holiday on the Cote D'Azur while staying in our spacious and comfortable apartment in Villefranche-Sur-Mer. The apartment is indeed well situated with panoramic views of the Bay of Villefranche and Cap Ferat - yet only a 5 minute walk to the main street and local shops and bus services. The local mini-bus service to the port/beach even stops outside the building. We appreciate your feedback and are always working to ensure our guests have an enjoyable stay.

Note that there is also a local shuttle bus (No. 80) which operates from Villefranche port/beach and stops directly outside our apartment block which is a fantastic option for clients, especially on hotter days! Instructions on how to access the apartment building entrance gate are listed on the Information Sheet that is supplied to our clients prior to travel and our local Agent in Villefranche is available to assist with any particular queries. We are delighted that you really enjoyed your stay at 'La Colline' last September, that the apartment was fully equipped for your needs and that you were able to enjoy the fabulous views from the spacious balcony. We always strive to please our customers and maintain the apartment to the highest standards and we are very pleased to receive your excellent customer feedback. However, we are disappointed that that outdoor pool was not in service at the time of your stay. The pool is fully operational and maintained from May-September by the building management company. Unfortunately, at the time of your holiday, there was a fault with the pool which caused it to be unserviceable. As you can appreciate, this was outside our control but we are disappointed that we were not informed of this problem by our local agent in Villefranche. so that we could have given you some advance notice. This fault has now been repaired for the coming 2015 Summer season. We understand how it may have detracted from your holiday and we offer you our sincere apologies on this occasion. We look forward to welcoming you at some time in the future when you will have full access to the outdoor pool facilities.
