Profitez du sucre de sable blanc et son envoûtante du golfe du Mexique à partir de ce dernier étage, face au golfe, unité de coin. Summerlin est un complexe privé de 30 unités avec 200 pieds de front de mer pour votre plaisir.

Cette chambre 2, 2 unité de bain peut accueillir jusqu'à 5 ou 6 personnes. Le front chambre de maßtre du Golfe a grand lit et salle de bain privée. Les deux maßtres et salle à manger ouverte sur un grand balcon avec une grande table et des chaises pour votre confort. La chambre d'hÎtes est dotée d'un lit king et salle de bain connexion. Canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Chaque ont de grandes télévisions à écran plat, lecteurs DVD BluRay et Internet sans fil.
La grande cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine et des ustensiles de cuisson pour ceux merveilleuse manger dans les repas. Grande salle de lavage avec laveuse / sécheuse.
Les autres équipements comprennent le service de plage Mars 1-Octobre 31 (2 chaises 1 parasol), piscine privée chauffée en saison et de la promenade. Une place de parking privé couvert est inclus pour votre commodité. Ascenseur, poubelles à chaque étage.

This was a great place! Everything is as advertised! Beautiful! My friend and I have been staying on Okaloosa Island a couple times a year for about 10 years. This was the BEST view/place we’ve stayed!! We will stay again! The most kind and responsive owner as well!! Thank you for sharing your place!!!

This property was PERFECT in every way! By far the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in! From the decor, to the furniture, and everything in between, it couldn't have been much better. The beach was not crowded at all since it is a smaller building which we look for when booking. Also love the convenience of the chair and umbrella service. Darlene, the owner, was wonderful! She was so kind and helpful with any questions we had. We cannot wait to come back next summer!

Great condo

We have stayed here in the past and loved it then so we knew it was an easy choice to book again. Condo is extra spacious and very clean. Host was excellent to work with and we will very well book with her again in the future!

Wonderful

The condo is beautiful! The beds are very comfortable and our husband’s love the recliners! It is a bonus to be on the end because you have 3 side windows to see the beach. I sat on the couch and watched the fireworks on the Pier! We have found our perfect beach vacation home.

Perfect Vacation

We have stayed in the area on and off for the last 15 years. This is one of the nicest condos we’ve stayed in. It is well appointed and aesthetically pleasing. The beach and pool were not crowded. The owner was very attentive and wanted to make sure we were happy in our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect vacation

We’ve stayed in many units in Summerlin and this might be our new favorite. It checked all of our boxes. Has all the stuff needed to cook in condo, beds are comfortable, washer/dryer/ac all working great and everything was clean. This unit is on the top corner so the views are spectacular and it has side windows that let in more light compared to the units not on the end. The under building parking spot is also a bonus. Beach service included as well. We are relatively easy going folks and we try to play a game to see if there are small things that others might complain about. Couldn’t find anything. 10/10. We’ll be back

A little slice of Heaven

This place is amazing! The views were astonishing! The condo was nice and clean, well stocked and welcoming. Darlene was wonderful with communication. We had a slight hiccup at check in, but Darlene quickly resolved everything. If you are looking to rent a 5 star condo with the most amazing views...look no further. Beautiful balcony panoramic views. Nice outdoor pool, steps from the beach! Could not have imagined it any better!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this property!! The unit was clean, the beds were comfy, the complex was quite and was very easy to access the beach!! I loved that the unit came with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella set up and ready for you every morning!!! The property owner, Darlene, was easy to communicate with!! Happy anniversary

My husband and I stayed here and celebrated our anniversary. Darlene was in contact with us to make sure everything was ok. She is so sweet. The property is beautiful. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The property is also very clean. We hope to be back soon!

Two Weeks in Paradise

This was easily one of the nicest condos we have stayed in! It was so well appointed; it had everything we needed and then some. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and we were able to watch dolphins everyday. The beach set up and under cover parking were two huge bonuses! The owner, Darlene, was very nice and quickly answered any questions we had. We will be looking forward to booking this condo in the future!

Wonderful

The condo exceeded expectations and provided amazing views. I was impressed that one could not only view Fort Walton’s beach 50 yards away, but also the condos in Destin nearly 10 miles away — all from the comfort of the couch in the living area.

Wonderful beach vacation in a wonderful condo with a wonderful host

Just got back from a wonderful vacation at Summerlin. The views in this place are spectacular! You are reminded of God’s majesty everywhere you look! Unlike Destin, this a quiet stretch of beach with fewer people making it a much more relaxing vacation. Summerlin is a small complex which was perfect for us. Although it has a pool, it’s a small one, and you can’t really view the gulf from the pool deck because of the height of the sand dunes. However, that didn’t really affect our vacation because we’re mainly a beach family. The views from this condo totally make up for the lack of a large pool. Another thing we liked about this condo was the location. It’s just down the street from some great family restaurants and around the corner from the Ft. Walton pier and Publix. Although we loved all these aspects of this condo, what really puts this condo over the top is it’s owner
.Darlene. She goes above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of as a guest in her beautiful home. We’ve been coming to Destin for years to celebrate my mother-n-law’s birthday as well as our anniversary (at the location where we tied the knot), and this is one of the best condos we’ve stayed in! We feel blessed to have found such a wonderful condo and wonderful owner. We are already missing your beautiful home Darlene
