Appartement 2 Chambres Moderne et Spacieux dans le Centre - Milosrdnych

Ce luxueux appartement de deux chambres est situé dans le centre de Prague, dans un endroit calme du célèbre quartier juif. L'appartement est très proche de tous les principaux sites touristiques. Il est situé dans une maison rénovée historique avec ascenseur.

L'appartement est adapté pour les familles, les couples ou les clients exigeants élevés. Cette nouvelle marque (2017) appartement spacieux dispose très bien éclairé salon avec une télévision incurvée à puce, un canapé et une table de travail, idéal pour nos clients d'affaires. La vue de l'appartement est unique comme vous pouvez voir St. Simon et Juda Église droite de la fenêtre du salon. Il propose également 2 belles chambres avec lits et beaucoup d'espace de stockage king size confortables. La cuisine se compose de tous les appareils nécessaires pour une expérience culinaire agréable. Certains appartements comprennent également la climatisation.

S'il vous plaît noter que l'enregistrement a lieu à l'adresse suivante: Karolíny Světlé 4, Praha 1, le bureau est ouvert 24/7.

S'il vous plaît noter qu'un dépôt de garantie (200 EUR) est requise lors de l'enregistrement. Il sera remboursé au moment du départ si l'appartement est laissé en bon état.

Our family and I really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful apartment. It was very clean and spacious. Location was convenient, and was a nice quiet street.

Very courteous and responsive host. Great apartment, modern on the inside, clean and everything working as expected. Great location, apartment is bright with many windows and balconies. One of the best places we have stayed in!

Great stay in a great location

Just walking into the hallway you realize this is going to be a nice place to stay. We were two couples and really appreciated the complimentary pick up from the train station. Klara and the team were very responsive and waiting for us when we arrived. In Old town in the Jewish quarter and a short walk to everything we wanted. Would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful gem in Old Town

We stayed at this place for 4 evenings. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and helped us with getting private transfers from the airport. The house is in the heart of Old Town and within walking distance to almost everything. Each of the two rooms has air conditioners which for is was important as it is summer. We loved this place!

Very impressed with the size and lay out of apartment, beds were super comfortable! Check in was easy and all our needs were addressed in a timely manner as we had trouble with the safe , do we contacted the office and they sent someone out promptly

A good place to stay in Prague

The apartment's location is great! A quiet neighbourhood, just a few minutes walk from the old town's square and the jewish quarter. It is spacious, and convenient for 4 adults in 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, and 2 kids who slept in the living room( not air conditioned). There is a nice kitchen, a bathroom and one more toilet. The agent of this apartment arranged for us a parking permit on our street, which was great, and she also arranged for us a transfer from the airport. We enjoyed staying in this apartment!

Great Location + Experience

Place matched the description. No major surprises. All amenities were there. AC is abit of an issue (in the bedrooms/not living room). We knew about this before. Not the accomodation fault, but even hot in Prague is hot. But they brought a fan immediately and it was OK. Also had problem with hot water (I recommend when checking in, check hot water - not just there but wherever you rent - we didnt and when we wanted to shower after first night - no hot water). Contacted property in the morning and they had technician over in less than 30 minutes (even before kids were up) and fixed. Very responsive.

Nice apartment but lacking convenient accessories

Apartment is nice and great location but lacked accessories for convenience and comfort. The bathrooms were very bare. The master did not have a towel rack or hook to hang hand towels and there is literally no counter space. There was plenty of room for a few shelves or cabinets. The half bath had no toilet tissue holder and looked like a previous guest bought a cheap plastic hook to place a hand towel on. Again, zero counter space. The WiFi was terrible, very slow and went in and out. I hate to be so negative as the apartment had a nice layout and location but definitely could use some convenient touches that would not cost a lot.

Great place- needs to improve a couple of items.

This summer stayed at VRBO here in Prague, another in Berlin and another in Krakow. Last summer stayed VRBO in Ibeza, Barcelona and Seville. Have stayed at numerous VRBOs in US. First time to have these issues. Beautiful place and location. Clean. At check in, management representative wanted me to pay additional couple hundred euros from the agreed upon booking price. I refused. First day was a hot water issue. Third day the electricity went out and a breaker outside of the unit downstairs had to be thrown. Both issues resolved inside of an hour- just a pain to deal with- especially late at night. Management company wanted to wait until morning to address. After me being adamant, they sent someone each time to fix. Maybe a run of bad luck. But unusual to experience all of these issues at one place and never any elsewhere.

schönes Apartment

eine schöne großzügige Wohnung, sehr günstig gelegen in Prager Altstadt, sehr sauber, die Betten sind toll!Prag ist Partyhauptstadt, dh. die Kneipen voller feierlustiger Männer im Nebenhaus waren zu hören,Gottseidank liegen die Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof, was gut ist. Aber leider in war die Wohnung über uns 2 Nächte laut Party. Wen das nicht stört: empfehlenswertes Apartment!

Super FeWo in bester Lage. Hervorragend für den Pragbesuch ohne PKW geeignet. Selbst die ÖVIs braucht man für die meisten Attraktionen der Altstadt nicht, da man diese problemlos zu Fuß erreichen kann.

Great Apartment at Great Location

Perfect place to relax and enjoy Prague. It’s very conveniently located in the center of Prague within a walking distance to all popular sites. There are tons or cafes, restaurants and bars in the neighborhood but the apartment is quiet and very comfortable. The two bedrooms have ac but we didn’t really need it. We’ll be back again.

Spacious and well located

The apartment worked very well for us. It is in the attractive, fascinating and relatively quiet Jewish Quarter. Don’t be put off by the pub crawl liaison point close by. It did not impinge on our stay at all. The Old town is a few minutes walk as is the river. Close enough while allowing you to avoid the crowds. The layout of the apartment works well and there is plenty of room. If you want to self-cater (we didn’t) you may find crockery, cutlery etc a little sparse. Overall, it’s a great base.

Super Zentral

Die Unterkunft war fantastisch. Es war hübsch eingerichtet. Die Küche hatte wirklich alles was man braucht. Vom Ofen bis hin zur French Press Kanne für Filterkaffee. Die Betten waren super bequem, so gut haben wir selten woanders geschlafen. Am besten war aber die Lage. Man konnte bequem zur Karlsbrücke und zur Burg laufen, wir haben nur ganz selten eine Fahrkarte für die Straßenbahn gebraucht, aber auch die war super schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles in allem hat es uns super gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder. :)

My name is Klara, I’m 25 years old and I live in Prague - magical Central European city. I love nature and great food (preferably Asian and Italian cuisine). I have recently fallen for jogging – it boosts me with energy and perfectly prepares for a new day. I also love adrenaline experiences in general - camping, all kinds of sports (skiing, squash or badminton) or even rafting.

I work with a group of young enthusiastic people (mostly students) and together we are renting a number of apartments in the centre of Prague here on Airbnb. I have a lot of experience with tourism, since I work in hospitality industry for a fifth year now. That’s why I can recommend a lot of great and interesting cafés, restaurants and secret places only the locals know. It's my passion (and also the passion of my team) to get to know new people, new cultures and experience something interesting every day. For that reason I love Airbnb that much - it made possible that my passion is now my everyday reality.
