La VoliÚre est une chambre 3, unité 3 salles de bains dans un beau bùtiment historique. Il est professionnellement décoré et entiÚrement rénové. Situé sur Cannon Street dans le quartier de la conception du centre-ville de Charleston, il est à quelques pas de restaurants et de bars populaires, y compris deux restaurants bénéficiaires James Beard. Profitez de certains des meilleurs restaurants locaux de Charleston avec Hominy Grill, Lana, Deux Boroughs Larder, Cinq pains, The Grocery, et L'Ordinaire, tous situés dans les 3 blocs de la maison. Pour une gùterie sucrée, essayez Wildflower Bakery ou Sugar Bakeshop à quelques pas.
Nous demandons un séjour minimum de deux nuits du lundi au mercredi et un minimum de trois nuits du jeudi au dimanche.
Les draps et les serviettes sont inclus. Articles ménagers / appareils comprennent micro-ondes, moulin à café, machine à café, la télévision haute définition, cuisiniÚre à gaz et four électrique, réfrigérateur, élimination, machine à glaçons, grille-pain pop-up, bouilloire, sÚche-cheveux, fer et planche à repasser petits, plats, café, papier hygiénique, des serviettes en papier, savon.

Nous exigeons un séjour minimum de deux nuits du lundi au mercredi et un séjour minimum de trois nuits du jeudi au dimanche.

The location is ideal, parking is easy. The accommodations were perfect. This is our second stay at this property (there are multiple accommodations at this location). We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Charleston. Great breakfast options within the block and just a few blocks off King Street. The best dining options are an easy walk...you must go to Vern's! It is truly outstanding, communication with the owner is prompt and any issue immediately addressed. So comfortable, great linens, spacious bathrooms, quiet. We think it is simply perfect!

Wedding with Wonderful Family Healing

The house was perfect for our stay to attend a wedding. The wedding was beautiful but the house offered a great place to congregate not only with those staying at the house but for others staying elsewhere to meet to go to dinner or just catch up for a few minutes. The host was exceptionally attentive. I had several questions and they were answered within minutes. A wonderful choice for us.

Perfect in every way

I rented the Aviary so that my adult son, daughter and I could spend three days in Charleston together. The place was beautifully and tastefully appointed, with all necessary amenities. Communication with the owner was effortless. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it was just a seven minute walk to a free trolley stop, although walking all the way down to the Battery wasn't out of the question. I highly recommend the Aviary as one of the nicest rental-by-owner places in which I've stayed.

Nice space. Lacking a few basic.

Very nice space-bright and airy. Very comfortable. Location is convenient to King St. Neighborhood is in transition with older and recent renovations. The kitchen is not set up for serious cooking. There are no pantry items and very limited cabinet and counter space. There were no basic cleaning items; broom, dustpan, etc. Manager was very slow in responding to basic question of how to get into the space. Turns out it was unlocked. There was no information on WiFi access (took over a day to get password from manager, check out instructions, etc. We had a great stay-just missing some basic amenities and communication with manager.

Second stay at this gorgeous house!

I stayed at this rental last year and loved it so much, I had to come back! The location is great- in a cute area downtown within walking distance to restaurants and boutiques. Love the charming feel of the interior with a mix of modern updates and comfortable furnishings. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed.

Charleston Charm

This home was perfect for our group - two couples and we each have a teenage son. The parents each had their own bedroom with en suite on the 2nd floor. One boy had a bedroom on the first floor and the other slept on the pull out sofa. They shared the full bath on the first floor. There was ample seating in the living room for 6 people and the kitchen was well stocked. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. You need to drive to most of the main tourist attractions, but they are only about 10 minutes away. There was a picnic table outside for morning coffee, but it would have been nicer to have a more formal courtyard or deck. The owner was very nice and attentive.

Great property in great location with great management. Perfect for 3 couples. We had 2, but 3 would be fine. Even better, could easily do 8+ couples or several family groups in this compound. Also, 2 minutes from Cannon Green if involved in a wedding there. Finally, easy to King, easy to entire peninsula, easy to West Ashley, easy to Mount Pleasant and beaches, and easy to airport.
