Belle villa traditionnelle de 3 chambres avec piscine privée, vue sur la mer et les montagnes

Freya Bella villa a un beau jardin et une belle piscine (10m x 5m) plus wi-fi gratuit. Construit en 2006, il est situé à la fin d'un cul-de-sac à seulement 5 minutes à pied du village chypriote turc de Catalkoy. Hébergement pour six personnes réparti sur 3 chambres sur 2 étages. Spacieux et lumineux, la villa a été aménagée avec goût et confortablement.

Toutes les chambres ont l'air conditionné, les moustiquaires et les planchers sont carrelés partout. Le salon dispose de canapés confortables et s'ouvre sur une terrasse donnant sur la piscine. Des jardins paysagers entourent la villa avec une grande piscine constituant la principale caractéristique extérieure.

La maison est idéale pour une famille ou des couples qui veulent se détendre au bord de la piscine, profiter des environs ou explorer la région, avec Girne (Kyrenia) pour la vie nocturne et le célèbre village culturel de Bellapais à proximité, châteaux des croisés dans les montagnes et les nombreuses petites baies tranquilles le long de la côte pour la pêche, la baignade, le canotage et la plongée. Dans les 5 minutes en voiture, vous trouverez une sélection de restaurants européens et méditerranéens, des supermarchés et de nombreux autres bars et établissements de restauration.

Brilliant villa

Have just returned from a 2 week stay at this lovely villa. Claire emailed directions and it was easy to find in the dark. The villa has a very well equipped kitchen, and lovely outside areas to sit in the shade and enjoy a BBQ. The pool is lovely, we spent a lot of time in there keeping cool. Sue and Ozzy were on hand to sort any issues and give advice on where to go. Ozzy even booked a restaurant for our 1st night there, which was lovely. There are lots of local restaurants that are easy to walk to. We did hire a car, and drive to places further away. We also went sight seeing locally and over to Famagusta and Salamis, which is worth a trip. We all had a brilliant time in this lovely villa and we would return to visit again the future. Green pool

Had to leave property after 1 night as villa pool was full of green slime. Owner refunded me all the money bar 1 night but the inconvenience of having to find somewhere else was not a good experience.

Beautiful Villa in Çatalköy

Just returned from 12 days in Northern Cyprus. The villa was immaculate and well-located, a short walk from local supermarkets, cafes and bars and a short drive from the centre of Kyrenia. Heading East, the wonderful Algadi Beach was only a 15 minute drive away. In all, an excellent location, well provisioned villa and Sue (who looks after the property) and her husband, Ozzy, were amazingly helpful. Thanks Claire- we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Lovely stay

Just returned from a chilled 10 day stay in this beautiful villa, with my family of 5. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, villa exactly as shown in photos, and well equipped. Pool was a welcome relief from the hot sunshine. Before our arrival Clare the owner was happy to answer any questions which was good, and during our stay Ozzie and Sue were on hand for any queries we had, they even invited us to the olive festival, which we all thoroughly enjoyed. We did hire a car during our stay, which meant we could visit Famagusta and Nicosia, and also helped when going up and down the hill from the villa which is quite steep. We would definitely return to this villa, it was so nice having our own space and privacy for a chilled time thank you.

Beautiful Villa exactly as described

I booked this villa for my parents and family for their 60th birthdays. We arrived at the villa and instantly loved it. It is exactly as described. Sue came round the day after arrival to introduce herself and let us know she is there if we needed anything. We have stayed in Catalkoy a few times and this villa is by far the nicest. It was lovely and clean, the kitchen has everything you would need. The outside area is brilliant plenty of places to relax whether it’s in the sun or shade. Claire was great very responsive to questions. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a nice authentic villa in a nice quite location. We had 10 amazing days there. Thanks very much for sharing your villa

First holiday without children 🙂

We cannot remember the last time we felt this relaxed. The villa had everything we needed for our holiday, clean, quiet, lovely pool, good restaurants, especially the kitchen which is very close by, close to good shops and a selection of books that were right up our street. For the first time ever out of many years staying around this area of Northern Cyprus our taxi was able to take us straight to the correct address thanks to the map and clear directions we were sent, we were so grateful for this as it doesn't usually happen. The villa is also close enough to some beautiful sights like Kyrinia, Bellapas Abbey and the turtle project if you fancy some trips out or interacting with nature as you can book to release some baby turtles at the project. Thank you for making our holiday as relaxing as it was, I am sure we will be back. Many thanks to all.

Lovely villa, great location and outside space!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Freya Bella. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great so we didn’t manage to make the most of the pool (apart from the very brave 11 year old and his dad) and the evening’s were a bit chilly, so outside dinners were limited, the spaces outside were lovely and really nicely designed and furnished and would make for wonderful summer bbqs. The house provided a great base for our visit for a family wedding, and visits out to local attractions, Bellapais, Kyrenia and St Hilarion all great day trips! Many thanks to Sue and Ozzy for helping out with queries and getting new gas when it ran out, much appreciated!

Don't miss the chance to stay at Villa Freyabella

Villa Freyabella is wonderful. Everything is included - excellent kitchen appliances, lovely interior styling and proper bedlinen as well! The garden is very well maintained, the pool is very welcoming and there are lots of shaded areas offering a break from the sun.

Lovely stay in beautiful FreyaBella

We stayed at Freya Bella at the end of August for 12 days. On the first night, we struggled to find the place in the dark- especially as the detailed directions (kindly sent by Claire before going) to find Kardelen Sokak could not be communicated to the taxi driver (Cyprus Elite rentals) who was sent the opposite direction despite having been at the end of Yesil Sok. But once we found it and settled in, the villa with its gorgeous pool and lovely sitting outdoor areas was just perfect for our little family. The children loved the large pool which was well maintained and cleaned regularly. The house was immaculately clean and well equipped with all the facilities we needed. While we did have some issues with the broadband, Ozzy was kindly able to resolve it by talking to the broadband providers. The beds were comfortable and the A/Cs were effective in providing respite from the heat when we needed it in the evenings. We found the villa located ideally to the supermarket (Supreme), restaurants along the main road, Kyrenia harbour as well as the nearby Shayna beach. We recommend visiting the Mardo ice cream parlour down the road and try all of their delightful flavours which kept us all cool and comforted every day ! Lots of lovely restaurants nearby- the ones we dined at that were memorable were Rafters, the Kitchen and yummy Turkish pancakes for breakfast at Rabinez. The Shayna private beach was beautiful to enjoy your own piece of the sea. We did need a car to get around and it was fairly cheap to rent one as well (Soydan car rental were very responsive and happy to help) Overall, we have a fabulous holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Freya Bella to anyone visiting Catalkoy/Kyrenia coastal area. Thank you Claire for letting us stay at your villa and enjoy a wonderful holiday in Catalkoy. We hope to visit again ourselves and stay here. Best Regards, Sarah & Rajiv

Excellent Villa with great outdoor space

Had a two week stay with the family, this Villa has everything you need. Excellent Bosch appliances with a huge fridge freezer. Air con in all the rooms. Really nice large and very clean pool, and with three covered outdoor seating areas. Lovely stone built villa with a covered parking space to keep the car cool in the sun. Two great bathrooms with showers. Close to three supermarkets, few beaches and plenty of restaurants. Located down a quiet road and view of the sea from the balcony. I suspect this villa will be snapped up for 2019 once these reviews are read, you had best be quick.

Great Location and wonderful space to relax and recharge

Arrived in the dark but the villa completely met our expectations and we couldn't wait to go in. Ground floor layout of the villa works really well leading to the first outside dining area. Planting in the garden is beautiful, have wonderful pictures of the Hibiscus and the pool and shaded open summer house made it perfect. With the villa being close to local shops ( Definitely recommend the Supreme for food shopping and the Kitchen next door for a coffee), we made full use of the excellent BBQ in the garden. We have been coming to Northern Cyprus for over 10 years and I can confidently say this is one of the best equipped villas for all your family needs and in a great spot if you fancy going out for supper in the evening ( Cratos fish meze suspended above the sea is a must for Saturday evening and great value) or a day at a beach club ( Bella Marin is exceptional value and wonderful service). Looking forward to returning

Very good

We travel to this butifull villa in June 2018.villa is enough big with all you need for big family. Two think you will love are big size and clean pool and other is landscape design shady backyard by the pool. We spend many good time in the day and night in this butifull place.villa have many places round the pool to set.villa very close to supermarkets and restaurants and butifull kyrenia city with lots of restaurants and bars. Owner dear claire is perfectly responsible and helpful and always available. And villa manager dear sue and her husband help anytime you need and thanks for them. I recommended this butifull villa and thanks dear claire for help us to enjoying our holiday.
