Great place to relax by the pool and walking distance to the beach. Cozy home. The host was great about communicating with me. The only downside was the humidifier was full and leaked out but no big deal. Just have to check on it and dump it out when full. Overall was satisfied with our stay and would definitely book again.

I didn’t appreciate not able to grill on a propane grill, I spent all those funds to have a good experience and was looking forward to cookout for the family, I DID NOT purchase any propane due, to spending all that money and owner should have provided that service It was on explanation of what is offered I know it’s Petty, but if you’re in the rental business and you provide services I feel it’s important to be aware that you’re providing a goods for people to have fun. Oh well at least my family did have fun

Place was very nice, It was quiet and clean, well stocked with everything we needed. Easy access to the beach and pool. Would stay there again.

I’m unsure what old furniture she was talking about. The furniture is in good shape and not worn out. Lots of the furniture is classic rattan wood beach style furniture but otherwise I’m not sure what she means. There are two pools on the property and one was closed for maintenance during part of her visit but I have no control over that.

Nice getaway stay

The unit is a great size and overall impressive in accommodations. Proximity to the pool is a plus. The only drawback is parking is very limited and the patio grill was dirty. Easy check in and out. Would stay again...

Parking is reserved for the unit but only one space. There are a few extra spots, which most condo associations don't have, but not enough for everyone to have two or three. As to the grill being dirty, the cleaning service does not clean it. I suggest buning it off before using. I clean it 2-3 ties a year (the insides and underneath drip pan) but I'm not there all the time. So it's best to burn it off first and then use it. Thanks

Great location

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated being able to have our dog. The location was perfect. Just around the corner from the Wanna Wanna. It was nice to have a private patio with the pool right in front of us. The host was nice and very communicative.

Home away from home!

This property never disappoints!! Parking is easily accessible and you walk right into the space! Hang a left out the sliding door and you're at the pool!! We love this place and have for years!! And hopefully we will for years to come!!

The host, Molly was amazing. She accommodated us as they were repairing the original unit we were supposed to stay in. Very clean, our doggies loved it and we would stay again!!!

Great place to stay!

It was just as the pictures showed! The pool was right outside the porch so we could keep an eye on the older kids without having to be there. The place was clean, the manager nice, a short walk to the beach… just a very nice place. We plan to go again and hope to stay there again. Thank you for a great stay!

Sweet condo!

This is one of the best condos I've stayed in on Padre. It has everything you need for a family to enjoy the island without having to bring everything with them. The condo's location next to the pool is wonderful and it's a two minute walk to the beach. We plan on staying there from now on...seriously!
