Cette belle et spacieuse maison privée 3 BR / 2 BA est située au nord
rive du lac Francis à Lake Placid, en Floride. Maison au bord du lac entièrement rénovée du sol au plafond avec la fonctionnalité, le confort et le design à l'esprit. Situé sur le magnifique fond de sable du lac Francis avec plage privée et grande cour. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une escapade au lac, y compris des tubes, des flotteurs, des chaises, un parapluie, un jon boat et 2 kayaks avec des pagaies, des cannes à pêche, du volley-ball, des skis et du wakeboard. Apportez votre motomarine et amarrez-vous au quai privé. Ou, enlevez vos chaussures, détendez-vous et profitez de la vie du lac sur le porche de l'écran en regardant le lac. Profitez de la baignade, du canotage, de la pêche et des sports nautiques sur ce magnifique lac d'eau douce de 539 acres au fond de sable dans un cadre champêtre calme. Idéalement
situé à manger, faire du shopping et à seulement 15 minutes de Sebring.
Apportez votre bateau ou votre jet ski et profitez de votre propre quai privé et de votre plage de sable privée, ou détendez-vous et profitez du calme. La cour arrière, le foyer au bord du lac est parfait pour faire des s'mores! Accès complet à 3 lacs séparés. Grande pêche. Attrapez votre propre dîner.
La salle à manger a une cheminée pour des dîners romantiques surplombant le lac ou profiter de manger à l'extérieur avec des amis sur le grand patio blindé. (Barbecue à gaz fourni)
Ventilateurs de plafond dans le salon, la salle à manger et les 3 chambres. Installez-vous confortablement sur le canapé inclinable pour profiter du nouveau téléviseur LED 65 ". Lecteur DVD également disponible.
Belle cuisine récemment rénovée avec nouvelle cuisinière et réfrigérateur donnant sur le lac.
Des chaises longues et inclinables, des parasols, des radeaux et des gilets de sauvetage sont disponibles.
Nous avons un petit bateau "jon" et 2 kayaks que vous pouvez utiliser pour la pêche sur le lac, des pagaies
à condition de! Beaucoup de jeux disponibles pour les activités de jour de pluie.

We love this place - this was our second stay! Clean, everything you need, cute decor, fabulous screened room across back of house, beautiful views, just a perfect stay! Our only regret is not being able to spend more time here while we are in Sebring.

Another wonderful stay at the lake

This home is well-furnished and well-equipped. The house has everything you could possibly need to cook, to work or watch tv. But the best part is the lake, the yard and the screened in porch. Swimming, paddling, floating or just watching the gorgeous ever-changing sky show this house is perfect for a relaxing, fun vacation.

The property is amazing they have everything you could need. It is beautiful and relaxing.

The property and honor is amazing. The house is everything you need. It is a quite and relaxing lake with amazing views. The home is very comfortable and inviting. There was plenty to do for my 3 children to do ranging from 20 somethings to teenagers. Everything was clean and organized. We definitely plan on staying again.

We are a fun-loving family with 3 wonderful children. Some of our favorite memories include time at the lake with Family members and Friends.

Well maintained, comfortable and spacious lake front home. All that you need is provided for a wonderful, relaxing get-away. Don't miss spending time at night on the dock star-gazing. The night sky is so clear, the stars are unbelievably bright and visible! A Jon Boat & 2 Kayaks with paddles and life vests are available for your use to "catch your dinner." Friendly small town folks make you feel at home whether dining at the best breakfast diner we've ever found or shopping at Publix. Several good restaurants are less than 10 minutes away. Great bike paths are close by and we provide 2 bikes!
Our house is also just 15 minutes from Sebring International Raceway and the town of Sebring. HGTV spotlighted Sebring in a "HomeTown Takeover" show in 2025 with Erin and Ben Napier. The HGTV team updated the wonderful downtown Circle of shops, restaurants and activites. Watch the show or just see it in person!

A quiet street, great for biking and walking. A beautiful lake to enjoy every day. Relax in the screened in porch and watch the world go by including our favorite Sandhill cranes and bald eagles. Light the lakeside fire pit and enjoy an old fashioned evening stargazing and making s'mores, we even have the skewers to roast the marshmallows!
