We did not use the pool. It was not heated, but we did not request it. Outdoor furniture and cushions need to be replaced.

I can't say enough how incredible our stay was! My husband and I rented this home with our adult children. The hpuse was plenty big for us all to have our own space and for us to all gather by the pool, livingroom, and kitchen. We enjoyed the dock, bbq, and spending time in the pool and laying in the sun. Wonderful, safe, and quiet neighborhood. Close to the grocery store and so many fun tourist attractions!! We will definitely rent this home again.

The host was very communicative before we arrived and made the check-in process simple. Be advised...your GPS may take you to the neighbor's house, so check the address when you arrive. The property was clean and offered enough room for 6 adults to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other the whole time. We had everything we needed and more. The host provided a variety of "extras" to make the stay enjoyable, including kayaks, bikes, and fishing poles. While our group of seniors didn't use any of them, we found this very thoughtful. We loved our morning coffee on the dock and pool-side. It's so peaceful. If you have any mobility issues, getting in and out of the pool and down to the dock can be a little challenging as there are no hand rails, but with a little ingenuity we got it done! The water was perfect and we spent most of our daylight hours enjoying the pool. The kitchen is large and spacious and, with 6 women, this was something we loved! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this host and property!

We had a very nice stay at this home which is perfectly located to Anna Maria Island and all Bradenton beaches. There were five bedrooms and three full bathrooms. We liked the layout with the master suite being to one side and the other four bedrooms being on the otherside. We enjoyed the pool area overlooking the dock and canal. Having access to the garage was an added bonus as well. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained and conviently located to shopping and restaurants.

Heaven and Amazing

Beautiful location, easy travels to any place. Pool amazing, house is fit for two families with separation for quite and privacy. Just what your looking for when you leave yours. Hosts were responsive and have made a wonderful home for other's.

Great place for old friends reunion

5 College friends celebrating their 60th. Perfect place for us. Everyone had their own bedroom and there were 3 full baths. Beautiful pool and dock down by the bayou. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

Huge house, everyone had plenty of space. Great area close to everything. Plenty of extra towels for everyone. I didn’t realize there was a fee for early check in and late check out. We are planning on returning to this house in the future.

3rd year we’ve stayed at this property. Jill is a great host, responsive to any issues that arise. House has everything needed and it’s in a great location, convenient to shopping and restaurants.

This home is very spacious and has a lot to offer. We lucked out with amazing weather so having the heated pool was definitely a main attraction for our family. We visited Clear Water, Siesta Key, The River Walk, Venice Beach and Anna Marie Island.

Needs some work

The house is functionable, but wouldn’t rate it 5 star. Looks like the “renovations” consisted of new flooring and some shiplap, but not much else. When we arrived, the two garbage cans were overflowing. Not sure why the cleaners couldn’t have seen that. When we went to take out the garbage a few days later, it was filled with maggots. Not something I expect to deal with on vacation. The furniture is acceptable, but again not 5 star. For a sectional in the family room, there was one small side table, so not conducive to having a drink/coffee while sitting there bc there’s nowhere to put a glass down. Pots and pans were so worn and mismatched. As were lin The ceiling grates in the bedrooms were moldy and dirty. The grill was also filthy
whoever grilled last had some sticky sauce like teriyaki and was burnt onto the grates, so we had to deep clean before we could grill. Pool toys in the bin were unusable as they needed to be inflated and the only pumps in the garage were for bikes so we had to buy a pump and new rafts. The bin and the toys were filthy and the boogie boards were cracked and broken. Towels and linens were old and worn. The outdoor area was nice, thankfully bc we spent most of our time there. I have used VRBO for more than 30 years. I’m always pleasantly surprised when we get a home that is truly furnished as a real home, not with towels, dishes, utensils from 15 years ago. This home has so much potential but needs a deep clean and paint. Wouldn’t go back.

Great house!

My family and I had a wonderful time here. It’s conveniently located to everything you need and just a short drive to Anna Maria Island. There were seven of us, plus an infant, and we had plenty of room. The pool is great too!

Something for everyone

Our 4 generation family enjoyed our stay in Bradenton! The neighborhood was great for biking, kayaking in the bayou, and swimming in the heated pool. The nearby Robinson Preserve has a fantastic play place for young children, biking and walking trails for young and old. The proximity to various beaches and restaurants was so convenient. We wished we could have stayed longer!

House is close to everything, but quiet. Plenty of room to spread out inside and the heated pool was a big hit! Great place for 2 families to enjoy.

Birthday celebration

Perfect home for a family gathering with adult children. Private rooms for everyone; spacious kitchen and relaxing spaces. Sadly the weather didn’t give us the opportunity to enjoy the pool and wonderful outdoor activities. Maybe next time. Would certainly recommend this property.
