Maison de 5 chambres à distance de marche de la plage de Scarborough. Central Air !!

Nouvelle liste! Ceci est une maison propre et propre de 5 chambres avec 2 salles de bain complètes. La maison dispose de la climatisation centrale. Il dispose d'une grande salle familiale de niveau inférieur joliment carrelée avec kithenette. Nous avons une petite vue sur la plage. Environ 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Grande enveloppe autour du pont pour les rassemblements extérieurs. Barbecue à gaz et table de pique-nique supplémentaire dans la belle cour arrière!
Il a une cour arrière partiellement clôturée avec de la place pour les enfants
jouer. Un grand nombre de places de stationnement sont disponibles. Le quartier est très
axé sur la famille avec peu de trafic. La région est idéale pour faire du vélo,
plutôt plat. L'adresse de la maison est le 10 Lincoln Way dans le
Secteur Eastward Look South.

Great location for family vacation

We have stayed at this property for 8-9 years. It is large, with five bedrooms to accommodate extended family. Very open and spacious. Always clean and tidy. A nice yard to hang out with family and small children.

House was awesome! Well stocked. Plenty of room and the additional space downstairs was great! Great location to Scarborough beach, probably a 2 minute drive and a 10-15 minute walk. No central A/C downstairs but the window unit in the common area got the job done.Outside shower was a plus. Could use a privacy fence or something around it but whatever, we gave the neighbors a show. Overall it was a great week and a great house!

July 4th

We so enjoyed our stay. The split level house was wonderful. So much room to move around. The yard was great for playing games. It was amazing to sit outside on a beautiful deck at night. The house was equipped with everything that you need very safe area for the kids to play outside and ride their bikes.

This house was perfect for our growing family. Very spacious especially since the kids are older

We ended up renting this last minute do to the pandemic. It was perfect for our yearly family beach vacation. Very spacious and plenty of sleeping accommodations for all the kids now that they are young adults. Our only issue was we didn’t rent it for the full week. Would defiantly rent again.

Perfect beach house for a family

This house is really wonderful, plenty of space for a big family. It is well stocked, very comfortable and spacious. The yard is very big and the little ones ran around outside all week. Bedrooms and living spaces on both levels made it perfect for two different family groups. Both refrigerators were a big help also. The owners are very responsive to questions. We would absolutely rent again, perfect house.

Successful vacation

I was pleased with most things. The owner, Mary, was veryresponsive to our needs whenever we called and repairs were made soon after. I would recommend this rental. It is not a new house so some things could be updated but we were very happy with our experience. For older renters like me, I would love a house to have a recliner! Thank you for a very enjoyable vacation.

We were pleased with the way the home was left. They were good renters & we would welcome them back. There was an issue with one of the toilets becoming loose so we were able to get the plumber in the next day to tighten the bolts. The tenants were very understanding . Again, we would be happy to have them rent from us again.

Decent House

The house is very roomy with most everything we needed for our stay. The owner was very responsive. Unfortunately, it IS NOT 'approximately five minute walk to the beach'. It is easily a 20 minute walk to the beach. This is the main reason we chose this house and felt it was not as advertised.

We have actually walked to the beach & it is no longer than 10 mins, unless you are walking with small children. Perhaps the renters did not know that there is a deeded path in the neighborhood. It takes you onto Angell Rd. which leads directly to the Scarborough beach pavilion. I hope this is helpful to any future renters. We will definitely post directions for next summer. We would definitely rent to this family again.

Fantastic house in !

We had a fantastic week at this house! The house was the perfect setup for our large family. It is located in a great neighborhood. The only down side for us was the distance to the beach. It is in walking distance, but we preferred going to the north end of the beach which was more like a 15-20 min. walk. We pretty quickly figured out a routine of driving and dropping that worked pretty well. Mary was very easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend this property for anyone wanting to enjoy the Scarborough Beach area!!

Family beach vacation

Mary was wonderful to work with. She was always available by phone and fixed any issues we had very quickly. Constructive feedback. The cleaning staff could be improved. Upon arrival, the floors were very dirty and there was trash left under the couch in the living room.

Family Summer House

This house was perfect for our family of eight adults and two toddlers. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, place settings and utensils. There was plenty of seating on the upper level for dining and socializing, and the backyard was spacious where we played games. The neighborhood was pleasant and we had plenty of parking space. Mary responded promptly to my messages and answered all of my questions. We all enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Beach House

House was great for the 8 of us who just wanted to hang out with each other and go to he beach. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach with Mary’s instructions, and the beach is free if you don’t drive. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Perfect location and great house to rent for a big family. Sleeping arrangements were very accommodating. As well as having the upstairs and downstairs area for adults and children. Mary was very nice and we would definitely love to rent from her again.
