This is our second time staying here and it’s perfect for us. Minutes from the beach, shops, parks, etc. We also love the neighborhood. It has a nice, homey atmosphere; kinda like we’re staying at a relative’s home. Thanks for opening up your home!

Gary was an outstanding guest. His communications and input was very helpful as we had a new high capacity water heater installed which left him without hot water for the day. Gary was very understanding and welcomed the adjustment. I have had many/ mostly great renters over the past 12 years and Gary is right up there with the best. of them. Gary took great care of our home. He is very welcome back here anytime.

Property location was excellent. Two minute bike ride to the park and close to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. Probably the best location in my opinion of anywhere we've stayed. My youngest son stayed in the pool whenever we were at the house. The host has basically anything you need at the property which was really nice.

We had a wonderful time. Pool was relaxing and refreshing. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We were close to great beaches, shopping, restaurants, the park and other activities. The owner was super nice, we had great communication with him. He checked on us during our stay.We didn’t use them but there were tons of great bikes. Very comfortable home in a terrific location. You can easily take day trips to Sarasota, Bradenton, Ft. Myers, Sanibel Island, it's all so easy to do from Venice. And make sure you explore Venice too! (I highly recommend Scoops in town for ice cream.) From the cozy beds, to your own private pool, this home is so much better than a hotel hands down!! We've been here before and always look forward to an opportunity to stay at this home again. The owner Jason always makes us feel so welcomed and appreciated, and his communication is first rate.

Perfect Florida vacation

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect, it was clean the kitchen was well equipped, and beds were comfortable . Our location was convenient to and in a great neighborhood. My husband I walked the Nqture preserve just 5 minutes away every evening we loved seeing all the wildlife. The pool was a great added bonus as were the bikes and beach chairs. We would definitely recommend this home and we would stay here again. The owners were very responsive and easy to deal with, Thank you for sharing your home Jason

Fantastic Venice experience

I try to visit different areas each year and this stay was AMAZING. The neighborhood was fantastic, the house was spottless, the pool and lanai and back yard were the star of the show! Couldn't of asked for a better outdoor area. The 8 foot tall privacy fence not only offered great privacy like you were in your own little resort but it was secure enough my 5 lb dog couldn't get out. I will definitely be returning.

Shark teeth capital!

Jason is an awesome owner. Always in touch with us. Any issues and he will fix it immediately! House is lovely and has a heated pool and nice size yard. Everything you could want or need is there! We found about 300 shark teeth while visiting the local beachs! We will be staying here again!
