Bienvenue dans le luxe insulaire! 2219 Villamare est une villa de deux chambres et deux salles de bains située dans un complexe en bord de mer offrant une vue sur l'océan Atlantique à Palmetto Dunes.

En arrivant Ă  Villamare, vous pourrez profiter d'un parking couvert et d'un ascenseur pour accĂ©der Ă  la villa. Une fois Ă  l'intĂ©rieur, le foyer vous accueille dans la chambre d'amis comprenant 2 lits queen-size, une salle de bain privative, une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat et un balcon privĂ© donnant sur le jardin et l'ocĂ©an. Juste Ă  gauche se trouve l'espace de vie ouvert. La cuisine est entiĂšrement approvisionnĂ©e et a une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse. Le salon dispose d'un tout nouvel Ă©cran plat 50 "et de beaucoup d'espace pour tout le monde. Les canapĂ©s du salon se transforment en un lit double et un lit double pour un espace de couchage supplĂ©mentaire. Juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du salon, il y a un deuxiĂšme balcon pour profiter de la brise de l'Ăźle. La suite principale est Ă©galement hors du salon et a un lit queen, un lit double et un coin salon, salle de bain privĂ©e, tĂ©lïżœïżœïżœïżœvision Ă  Ă©cran plat et accĂšs au balcon. La villa aussi wi-fi!

Villamare Community possÚde plusieurs fonctionnalités sur le site, notamment:

We loved our stay! Easy access to the pool and beach. Condo appears to have been recently renovated and everything was perfect! We will definitely look to book this condo again!

Layout of the master bedroom is bad. Bed in front of the doors to living room. The couch is on the opposite side of the room as the TV. The microwave was broken and issues with the dishwasher leaking if on the long wash cycle. Will not recommend to others.

Our recent stay at Villamare was exceptional, offering a perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and enjoyed impeccable service throughout our stay. Our room provided stunning views of the beach and ocean, with elegant decor and all the comforts we could ask for. The resort's amenities, including a beautiful pool and beach access, made it easy to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. Overall, Villamare exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect setting for a rejuvenating beach getaway. We can't wait to return and experience its charm again soon.

We missed having a view of the water, but the condo was spacious and a good layout for 4 - 6 adults. Enjoyed riding bikes and the location of this complex.

Baby’s first beach trip!

The property was nice and a great location. Close to the beach, nice amenities. Lots to do and appreciate. We were a little disappointed with the check in, the building wasn’t well marked and we had to contact the emergency number to get our package.

Perfect for us

Our stay at Villamare was a perfect! We had everything we needed and more! The location to the beach put this place at the top for us! Not sure if the description stated that one of the bedrooms is actually adjoining with a separate inside door. My older teenage kids loved it - felt like they had their own place. Located in Palmetto Dunes which is beautiful! The beach, a cute general store (ice cream!), golf, pickle ball courts were all within walking distance to Villamare! Definitely will be checking here again for our next stay in Hilton Head.

Beautiful outside area. Inside area is so cluttered. Never seen so many mirrors. It felt crazy. Next visit I do not want that space. Grateful we were able to get a few things fixed!!

Needs some updates

Could use more hooks or towel bars in bathrooms. Only 1 hook on the back of the door. The cushions on the “porch” could be better. It took 3 days for someone to figure out the burning smell was a bad breaker. Only figured it out when the dryer finally tripped it. We are lucky it didn’t cause an active fire.

Probably won’t stay in this unit again

Would probably not stay in the unit again. The master bedroom has only a full bed in it when it says there is a queen. The couches in the living room are probably the most uncomfortable couches we had ever sat on so we couldn’t really enjoy hanging out with each other in the mornings/evenings because the furniture was so uncomfortable . And the kitchen table has crumbs from previous renters in the cracks of the edges. The only positive of this unit was the amazing location and the Palmetto Dunes neighborhood.

Can't say enough good things about this villa

We travel to Hilton Head a couple times a year with Palmetto a Dunes being our "go to" resort. I am so excited we found this villa and property manager. It was very reasonably priced for Palmetto Dunes especially during a holiday weekend! The villa itself was the cleanest one I've ever stayed in!!! It is maintained to the highest standards. It was comfortable with enough kitchen and bath amenities to last our stay!!! I never seem to have enough clean towels but with this villa I did!!! The property manager was available, welcoming , and wanted to insure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We came in at night and during a storm, so he had gone to grocery store and left us a few food and drink items to make sure we were ok. Thanks Karl for a great stay. There is no doubt you really care about your property and the vacationers who stay there. Your villa will definitely be our only place in the future!!! I wouldn't stay anywhere else. I highly recommend to VRBO travelers because of the value, customer service, and how the property is presented and maintained.

The location is great. We've stayed in Villamare before, and the grounds are lovely and the beach access is outstanding. This condo, though, was a huge disappointment. The 1980s called. They want their condo back. It's so dated. The bathrooms are grungy and one has a pervasive musty smell. We had a fan running 24/7 and it still just...stank. The deck door lock was broken, which is a terrible security issue. We notified the property management company on the first day, and it still wasn't fixed when we left. The water pressure in the kitchen is terrible, and the washing machine sounds like a plane is landing in the kitchen. The furniture is ancient and uncomfortable - there are broken springs in the sofa. The sheets are cheap, pilled, and scratchy. The pillows are flat. The lighting in the second bedroom is like a cave - no way to light it well. Cabinets in the kitchen are sagging. Everything about the unit is sad, tired, dated, broken, or smelly. Worst experience we have ever had in Hilton Head.

Villamare Palmetto Dunes

The photographs do not do this property and unit justice. Palmetto Dunes was absolutely spectacular and this 2nd floor corner unit at Villamare was exceptional. There is parking under the building with wheeled luggage gurneys available to transport your personal belongings up the elevator to the unit. The unit was immaculate and very well maintained. The bedding, sheets, and linens were crisp, clean, and high quality. There was an over abundance of fresh towels and washcloths in all the bedrooms. Each of the baths were well stocked with high end, name brand lotions, shampoos, and soap. The view from one of the bedroom balconies was amazing. It overlooked the fish ponds and fountains in the courtyard and you could see the swimming pools, the sea grass, and the ocean all from your room. The beach was literally a two minute walk from the unit. There was a small washer and dryer available in the kitchen area and the kitchen itself was supplied with every cooking utensils you would ever need and then some. Large supply of dishware, cookware, and glassware were available in this unit along with every cleaning supply you could think of. The unit itself was in a great location and easy access to beach front bars, restaurants, grocery stores and there was a general store on the property not 10 minutes walking distance. Villamare sites in the middle of biking and hiking trails, tennis and golf courses. Something for everyone. Basically, the layout, the amenities, and location were beyond expectations. Can't say enough good things about the owner. Every inquiry was responded to within an hour. Extremely helpful with directions and instructions on accessing the property and unit. Arrival was on the Friday night during hurricane Hermine going up the coast Labor Day weekend. The owner was gracious enough to stock the refrigerator and kitchen with food and supplies so our party did not have to venture out for supplies that evening. That in itself was above and beyond expectations. Truly genuine Southern hospitality at its finest! Mr. Burt was a pleasure to work with prior to and during the visit. Personally, I plan on enjoying this unit many more times down the road when I visit the Hilton Head. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone and I look forward to being a repeat customer myself.
