Cosy 2ème étage walk-up condo peut accueillir confortablement 4 (canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon et un lit King size dans la chambre) Planchers mis à jour à travers l'ensemble de l'unité; fenêtres plus récentes; salle de bain mise à jour nouveaux meubles de chambre à coucher; cheminée électrique et de nombreux nouveaux équipements !!! Tout cela et il est à quelques pas de l'incroyable Sunset Beach sur la belle côte du Golfe de Floride. À distance de marche des commerces et des restaurants et nos plages de sable de sucre et couchers de soleil ne peut pas être battu!

This is a small apartment that has everything you would need. The beach is across a quiet street and down a short path to the sand, a 5 minute walk. The sand is soft and white. The gulf was warm and calm. Such a comfortable swim. The sunsets were different every night and gorgeous! Conveniently close to groceries, restaurants and a great ice cream shop. Thehost Leslie, was helpful, left easy to follow instructions for check in/out. There was adequate off street parking as well. I would recommend this rental and would stay here again myself.

Excellent rental. Beautiful view as you step out the door. Nothing better than turquoise water and water sand. No issues at anytime. Excellent communication. Easy check in and check out.

The apartment was clean and well supplied. Everything needed for a beach vacation. Beach access right across street. View of gulf obstructed, but informed about that in ad. Renovations following Helene still ongoing on first floor but that info was also shared so no surprises. Construction not disrupting. Laundry in building was easy to use….but no hot water for machines. Street is surprisingly busy since this location is a small peninsula with not many reasons to go to the end. Lots of work traffic, but again the beach is still recovering from massive destruction. That should calm down. Host has done everything possible to create a beautiful beach retreat with great communication and care. One star down only for things out of her control that will get better as work on Sunset Beach is completed.

Condo worked out well and location was great. Would rate as excellent except the entire first floor was under construction and there was noise most days we were there. Additionally we found out just prior to our arrival that the laundry facility was not available due to the construction. Condo was in good repair, well equipped, and clean. Host was great to work with and I would rent again if coming back to the area.

This was a very comfortable and cozy beach condo. We stayed for 2 weeks and would have loved to have stayed longer! The beautiful beach is right across a small and very quiet road and takes just a minute to get to.There is not a pool yet and parking is not as convenient as it will be in a few weeks. The property is still being brought back to life after the hurricanes! Both issues were shared by the property owner before we booked.The owner is awesome and was easy to communicate with. we were able to extend our stay for two days with no problems.The bed is comfy with plenty of storage in the bedroom.The kitchen has new appliances and all the extras needed.Bathroom large enough with great water pressure. We look forward to our next stay!

Leslie’s condo came exactly as advertised. We travelled as a couple and planned to spend most of our time at the beach. You can see the water from the balcony, and the beach access point is right across the street. It was easy to run back and forth to grab food and beverages during the day. Treasure Island is an immaculate beach, and the area by the condo was not too crowded.The first floor of the building is still being renovated post-hurricane but that did not impact our experience at all. The condo is not fancy but it is comfortable, convenient, and a good value. We particularly appreciated that there were multiple beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels available. Overall, it perfectly suited our needs and we would consider returning!

Wonderful location

I loved my stay and even made arrangements to add a day, we enjoyed it so much. The location is excellent for a beach stay. The owner communicated well and was easy to work with for our visit. We would book this room again!

Great location

This was a great place for our long weekend. The beach chairs and umbrella came in very handy on our trips to the beach and made it enjoyable. Leslie was very attentive and available if needed and I would stay here again.

GREAT STAY

Perfect getaway for my husband and I. Great location! Quite complex but close to live music and tiki bar. Unit looks just like pictures. Owner communication was on point.

Absolutely beautiful!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. We had everything we needed and Leslie was more than accommodating. The condo & location was perfect! It was just my 8yr old daughter and I and she cannot wait to go again. She mentioned many times that she wishes it was our house. It was absolutely beautiful and I cannot thank Leslie enough for our stay!

Fabulous stay in Treasure Island!

We had such a great time & the location is perfect! Just a few steps from the beach. We used the chairs & umbrella provided for the beach & enjoyed coffee in front of the condo every morning. Leslie & Reed are very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this condo & can’t wait to visit again! 😊

Nice place with a great location

Place was clean, nothing fancy but perfect for a long weekend getaway. It had all the basics. We had two minor issues which owner responded to quickly. The location is fantastic. Beach is pretty quiet. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and a Publix very close for any groceries you need.

I’d stay here again

This condo is a great location with a great host. We would definitely come stay again. If you are looking for super fancy this is not it. This is a quiet locals kind of place. We basically were there to sleep in a clean bed and were too busy enjoying the beautiful beach! The building across the street has picnic tables for beachside dinner and drinks, a pool, and it’s so easy getting around. It was the perfect place for our weekend getaway.

Cute space steps away from waves!

This spot was nice for my small family. Pool was right across the street and right outside of the pool was the beach!!! Wish the pool had public pool chairs but the place came with a few folding chairs in the bedroom closet!! Minutes away from grocery stores and anything you need.
