Gulf Spray est situé à l'extrémité sud de Sunset Beach, loin de la foule et du bruit. Le bùtiment se trouve en face d'une magnifique section de plage et la vue depuis le balcon ou le salon offre une vue panoramique sur le golfe et les magnifiques couchers de soleil.

Les magnifiques terrains de la propriété sont conçus de maniÚre unique et minutieuse et sont entretenus de maniÚre à offrir une oasis de paix et de détente.

AMAZING LOCATION AND CHEAP PRICE. you are right across the street from the beach. I stayed at this location with my mom and sister. There is a king bed that fit all 3 of us. We are coming back again fs!

Simply Awesome!

This cute little condo has got the ultimate location! Steps to the beach, white sand, dolphins, sunsets, heaven on earth. The tile and stone work is a nice touch. All the small appliances and other items you need for your getaway. Short drive to other nearby beaches and fun. Close to grocery store, shopping, food, great for walks on the beach. Perfect getaway and much needed reset!

Practically on the beach!!

The location was perfect! It was a very quiet place. The beach was right across a little street. We had everything we needed and could sit on the porch and watch the sunset every night.

Great Beach Getaway!

This great property is conveniently located steps away from Sunset Beach with some of the most picturesque sunsets. The condo is updated and still provides that special beach ambiance. On site parking makes it convenient to get to several excellent restaurants and fun bars or grab supplies at the grocery to make our own meals using the upscale condo appliances. We could even cookout using the condo community's grill. The full size refrigerator is much appreciated. A large comfortable king size bed is perfect for an afternoon nap or a restful night's sleep. This is the perfect beach getaway!

Beware of hidden fees.

Beware of hidden fees. When we received our Visa statement there was a separate charge of $91. We were locked out of our apartment for two hours when the digital lock failed. The friendly maintenance fellow was quick to install a new one. The apartment was lovely and wonderful location near the beach.

Great accommodation for two; listing photos need to be updated

My partner and I enjoyed our week at Gulf Spray. We loved being oceanfront (morning walks on the beach, perfect sunsets), and proximity to restaurants, shops, and publix. The condo was comfortable and just right for two people. The 24 hour text concierge was hugely helpful. We especially loved the spa-like shower, the bidet, and the full-size fridge.We were disappointed that the property did not look like the listing photos. The storm did some major damage to the building. While the upstairs units were undamaged, the downstairs units were completely gutted to the studs - with exterior walls missing - so it was completely open with exposed wiring. The outdoor areas aren't well-lit at all so I wouldn't consider it safe to walk at night, especially since you have to walk around the back of the building to get to the parking area.The shared outdoor space doesn't really exist. The paved courtyard with tables and grills and plants isn't there anymore - it's an empty sandy lot now. When I asked, the concierge told me that there are no grills or picnic tables available at this location. I completely understand that the storm was devastating and that treasure island is working hard to rebuild - I just think the listing pictures should reflect what you're getting more accurately. I did bring all this to the attention of the property manager, who stated they would address the issues with the HOA.

Perfect location!

Location is perfect. Loved the off street parking. The unit was clean. The chairs for dining could have been better quality. The beach chairs left behind by others were trash and need to be removed. Same for the coolers. A gas grill would have been a bonus. Would def rent there again. I don’t know how often the sofa is cleaned but that maybe should be done soon. Overall a great place just have to supply your own things.

This unit was so great for its size. The bedroom was big enough for us to use a full size pack n play for our infant and still have room to move around. You couldn’t ask for a better location

Location location location!!

Loved this place!! Literally 40 steps from property to beach bridge. Didn’t need to haul lots of things to the beach because we just walked back. Master bed was super comfy. 2 teen girls thought pullout was comfy, too. Never had such strong water pressure in a shower which felt great! We would love to return. It was a little small for 4 people but since it was just a week we made do. Highly recommend!!

Great time

The space was just enough for our family of 4. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable but according to my kids the pull out bed was a different story. Overall clean but I’m glad I brought my own hand soap because there was only one provided that had about 2 tablespoons remaining in it. We had a great time and enjoyed the beautiful views the condo had to offer!

Beautiful sunsets, easy access to sand, everything anyone could ask for with updated and modern interior. All the added beach accessories, beach chairs, paddle ball for outside plus cards, puzzles and games for inside made this a perfect place to vacation!

Truly enjoyed our stay....

Gulf Spray C was exactly as pictured. Spotless and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and sun shade and easy access to the quiet beach. Everything worked perfectly and made our time there very relaxing. Our only suggestion would be an update to the tub and tub fixtures to match the rest of the bathroom. We hope to return again.

Liked location, but condo had a very musty smell that did not go away, used up a whole can of fabreeze, did not help, coffee pot was so disgusting looking, tipped over carafe while cleaning and it broke apart, bought a new coffee maker to use, left their.
