Belle unité de Jupiter Bay East One Bedroom avec véranda avec vue sur le parc Carlin. Cuisine complète, 1 et 1/2 salles de bains, salon confortable, salle à manger, la télévision par câble dans le salon et chambre à coucher et Internet. Nouveau tapis, nouveau canapé-lit et causeuse, récemment peint partout. Facile à pied de la plage. Communauté est un cadre de villégiature - dispose de deux piscines, un bain à remous, des courts de tennis et grilles de barbecue à la piscine et club-house.

Proximité des commerces, restaurants, golf, salle de cinéma et Maltz Jupiter Theater. Ainsi que tout le reste Jupiter et Palm Beach County a à offrir faire ce condo un endroit idéal pour louer. Cette unité est joliment meublé et bien entretenu.

Notre Jupiter East Bay Condo est pratique pour les magasins, du théâtre et restaurants. Beach peut être atteint par un lecteur de voiture de 2 minutes ou une promenade (10 minutes) le long d'un chemin à travers Carlin Park. Le parc dispose d'une piste de course, des tables de pique-nique, et un amphithéâtre qui propose des productions théâtrales locales. D'autres parcs et attractions à proximité incluent Rocks Preserve Soufflage et le Sanctuaire de la faune Busch.

The location is excellent! The condo is on a beautiful par-course walking path, and it’s an easy walk to the beach. It’s a quiet area and very convenient for enjoying everything Jupiter has to offer.Unfortunately, when we arrived there was a noticeable musty odor, and the air-conditioning unit was not functioning properly. The batteries in the thermostat needed replacing as part of the fix. That said, the owner was exceptionally responsive. He addressed our concerns immediately, arranged for an HVAC technician, and communicated with us throughout the process.While the condition of the condo wasn’t what we had hoped, we very much appreciated his professionalism and prompt customer service.

Very disappointed with the 6/10 rating because the condition of the condo is great and that is confirmed based on previous reviews. I understand their rather skewed rating because the AC had effectively been shut down solely because the thermostat batteries were dead which was of course was unexpected. Coincidentally, I the owner, was there 2 weeks prior to their arrival adding brand new bedding (sheets, comforter, pillows) and there were no AC issues and therefore assume the thermostat batteries unfortunately died just before they arrived. As she noted we took care of everything immediately as responsible owners however the guest failed to note that we took extremely good care of her accommodations after the incident.

Great location. Close to the beaches. Loved that they had beach chairs and umbrellas available! The pool was really nice and convenient. The bed was comfortable. And they had plenty of pillows. We would stay here again.

Great Condo

Great place with a perfect location. The condo was clean, quiet, and spacious. Very close to a park, restaurants and shopping center. Very nice pool and grounds for walking. We had a great time and would recommend to anyone to rent.

Great location

We really loved this property because of the screened in patio area that opened directly onto a park, it was very close to the beach and great restaurants, and is in a quiet neighborhood. It was especially nice that beach chairs, beach towels, and beach umbrella were available to use. The kitchen was dated but fully stocked and functional. The bed was also very comfortable; my back did not hurt at all. Unit was very clean and check in was easy. Would stay here again.

You can walk right out the lanai onto Carlin Park, exercise of the 1.25 mile walking trail with 20 stations or walk directly to the ocean.
