Vieille plage d'argent, W. FALMOUTH. Joliment situé sur un terrain privé et boisé sur un cul-de-sac à quelques rues et à quelques pas de la célèbre Old Silver Beach. Ce lumineux et spacieux contemporain dispose de 3 niveaux avec un sous-sol fini, walk-in, terrasse privée, cuisine ouverte, salon, salle à manger avec une salle de soleil. Beaucoup de verre et d'espace ouvert et super emplacement en fait un lieu de vacances parfait.

Les équipements comprennent:

Niveau principal - Parfait pour divertir avec la cuisine, salon, solarium avec TV et salle de bain complète. Walkout accès à la terrasse arrière avec barbecue Grill donnant sur la zone boisée.

A l'étage - 3 chambres - Master avec lit king et salle de bain complète, 1 chambre avec lit king, et 1 chambre avec lit queen. Salle de bain complète supplémentaire dans le couloir.

Walkout Sous-sol - Accès à la douche extérieure, et un endroit fantastique pour les enfants! Deux lits jumeaux, un canapé avec un lit pliant et un futon. ROKU supplémentaire a permis TV en bas pour garder ces enfants amusés entre les voyages de plage!

This was a great property to stay at - maybe a 10 minute walk to the beach. The house had a wagon to pull the chairs and towels all provided! They even had an umbrella stroller for the kiddo. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. And the house had several different living room areas to hang in!

Had a wonderful time. This property had exactly what we needed for our family vacation. Appliances were up to date, rooms were spacious, bathrooms were clean, AC worked wonderfully, and we were a 10 minute walk to one of my favorite beaches - Old Silver. On nights when family members came over for dinner, there was enough space for all. The only complaint I could see people making is that the house shows its wear, but that was not an issue for us. Would 100% recommend and would return in future years if our family gets together on the Cape again.

Our family just enjoyed a wonderful weeks vacation here. The on line photos of the house do not accurately capture how comfortable and cosy the house actually is. The house was perfect for our needs. It is a stunningly beautiful location and just minutes walk from the front door to the beach. The beach is perfect for just sitting and relaxing and swimming. We also rented bikes from a nearby bike rental shop and were able to quickly and easily access the bike trails and rode several times to Falmouth and Woods Hole. The host Kevin is great and reviewed everything with me that I needed to know about access to the house and things to do with staying at the house. He was very responsive to any questions I had and I appreciated that very much. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

Perfect home for extended family vacation on the Cape! The location was fantastic! It’s an easy walk to Old Silver Beach and the Sea Crest. We had a wonderful stay! We had plenty of space for our multigenerational family of 6 adults. The house is conveniently located near Old Silver Beach and the Sea Quest resort. Check in and communication was easy and hassle free. The one concern we had was the carpeting in the main living area was dirty and in need of a good cleaning. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area!

Older, clean comfortable home in a quiet lovely residential area. The location could not be better for an easy walk to Old Silver Beach or to a wooded trail that connects to a walking/ biking path.

It was a fantastic get away and my family really enjoyed it. There was a slight issue with the AC units, the property manager was very responsive and helpful. Hoping to book again in the future.

The Best Area on the Cape

The hidden gem of the Cape is the North Falmouth area. Just over the bridge and you are there. Plenty to do and great shopping in Falmouth and Mashpee.

Great Two Weeks!!

The house had great space for the adults and the young ones after a great day at the beach. The weather was beautiful but there was always space at the residents beach which was great, and the walk was very easy even on some of the hot days. We had a great two weeks and would certainly recommend it for a family vacation spot.

Great property and location!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Getting all of us under one roof is not always easy, but this house and location was perfect. Short walk to the beach, short drive to some great restaurants. The host was very accommodating and easy to reach as well! Highly recommend.

We are excited to share our family home with you. This vacation home has been enjoyed by several generations. Grandchildren have taken their first steps here, and their growth has been marked on the kitchen wall.

We may be newer to the rental management side, but we have stayed in many home rentals in the past, and we tried to incorporate the things we liked most about them into this house. If you feel like we have missed something, please drop us a line.

We love the fact that our home is located within walking distance to Old Silver Beach, with plenty of driveway parking. This gives our guests the opportunity to not worry about waiting in line to park at the beach lot, and get right to the important thing...Enjoying the time with family and friends!
