Excellent property in a great location. The vibrancy of the area was great, and being within walking distance of all the clubs and restaurants was wonderful. There is not a lot of room to host and there is no outdoor space so be aware if you are interested in cooking dinner for your friends staying nearby.Kitchen was clean and well-equipped.The landlady was great at communicating with us, and the experience overall was excellent.

Great stay for 3 nights. The property was super clean and easily accessible. Great location close to restaurants and shops. While we couldn’t see the beach from the actual condo the shared deck was super convenient and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo is perfectly situated downtown on Commercial Street. We walked or biked nearly everywhere. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the shared patio facing the waterfront. The kitchen had all the amenities that we needed. We cooked a few simple meals. We found a great little French bakery and coffee shop next door. The house itself was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. We had a couple of questions during out stay and the Marea was very responsive. Fall temps were perfect, so we didn't need AC or heat. The last night was a little cooler, and the heat did kick on. Everything seemed to work fine. The only caveat we learned the week before was that bikes weren't allowed in the unit. We love to travel with our bikes. You have to leave the bikes locked across the little alley. We had to change our plan based on that info. My husband planned to take his high-end e-bike. If you are traveling with e-bikes, consider how you will charge and store them. E-bikes are a high theft target. Luckily, P-town is VERY safe, but I still wouldn't trust a bike lock to secure his nice e-bike. He decided to bring his older acoustic bike, and we were totally fine. Provincetown has some beautiful bike trails through the dunes. If we return to Provincetown, we would definitely book the same property. We loved it.

We had a wonderful stay in P-town and the condo could not have been better situated. We had everything we needed and the owner was lovely and very responsive to any questions we had. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great location and quaint accommodations.

Wonderful condo, spectacular location! Very comfortable for two people. The king mattress is awesome! Cannot beat Provincetown for Halloween weekend!
