Cette maison est idéalement situé sur tous les sports Round Lake, à côté
à Petoskey State Park, à 5 minutes du centre-ville de Petoskey et Port
Springs.
Round Lake est un lac tous les sports et son de la zone Petoskey de mieux
secret bien gardé. Round Lake est un lac d'alimentation de nettoyage de printemps bien connu pour
son excellente pêche.
A proximité se trouvent le vélo, la marche, la motoneige et le ski de fond
les sentiers. La piste cyclable est un sentier continu à partir de Harbor Springs
grâce à Petoskey se terminant dans Charlevoix.
Notre maison est à quelques minutes de Boyne Highlands et Nubs Nob
descente des stations de ski. Cette zone est également bien connu pour son
terrains de golf de renom. Little Traverse Bay Golf Club est à 5 minutes. Le pont de Mackinaw est à quelques 30 minutes en voiture.

Stop searching - this is the perfect house!

Beautifully updated lake home centrally located to so many things to do! We were able to enjoy the lake; wineries; restaurants; shopping; the ski resorts & the beaches without having to drive far! We will definitely rent this home again!

Fantastic Stay

Fantastic home centrally located in the heart of everything. The home sits on Round Lake and is very close to downtown Petoskey, State Parks, Vineyards and Boyne Mountain Resort. Great golfing within a close vicinity. We will most likely be returning to this property in the future!

Great house!

Wonderful clean, well decorated, comfortable house with fabulous amenities. The bedrooms were perfect for our 6 adults and the 4 kids loved the bunk room. Friendly owners, we will return!

Excellent Vacation

The home was very nice and in close proximity to Petoskey and Harbor Springs. The view was excellent and plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable in. The home had all the amenities you could ask for. I will definitely consider returning to this home in the summer and even the winter!

Excellent home on quiet lake

Our family of 9 from ages 6 to 72 yrs all thoroughly enjoyed our vacation! This home was beautiful and very comfortable. Everything you could possible need. Plenty of seating, inside and out. Great beach, dock, fire pit, bbq and so much more. Owner was great with communication, and check in/out was a breeze. Wish we could stay another week!

Family vacation

This house is beautiful and sits on a very shallow part of the lake, perfect for small kids. The pictures don’t even fully capture its beauty and peaceful locale. The gorgeous private beach was enjoyed by all, from morning coffee at sunrise and building sand castles to swimming and fishing in the evening. The house is in a perfect location. It is a short drive to harbor springs and Petoskey and very close to the beautiful Lake Michigan beaches. We were able to drive to two local wineries and did a day trip (35 min drive to the ferry) to mackinac island. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful Lake House on Round Lake

The house was perfect for our family (six adults and four children). The shallow water close to shore was great for young children, and we enjoyed having the dock and small sandy beach area for the kids. Great for paddleboarding, kayaks, watching loons, and simply enjoying the view. The deck was newer and a wonderful place to hang out. The house was spacious and the kids loved the bunk room. The house does not have AC, but even with a couple warmer days, it cooled off at night, and the ceiling fans kept it comfortable. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home, but clearly a rental. Upstairs guest bathroom tub was not clean, very tired. Toilet ran incessantly and leaked due to sweating. Beautiful house, but....

The owner is not great at communication. The home is beautiful and spacious. However, all the furnishings are such that they would not be good enough to sell in a garage sale; they were so old and damaged. When you charge this much per night, you should at least offer decent furniture. The furnishings would not be good enough for a cottage, much less a home like this at this price point. The kitchen had junky cooking pans and dishes - all of the kitchen equipment was really bad. There is a grill, but it is old and rusty and not usable.The home is on a large lot that is right on Round Lake. He has built a little beach area with sand that was nice. The lake is shallow and sandy. The gardens were nice. There is a great dock you can fish off of. However, the kids got Swimmers' Itch from the lake. Definitely not fun. We couldn't use the water after that happened. We drove to Petsoky State Park, which is really nice. It is about 3 miles away.

Tranquil oasis close to all the action!

House and property are awesome! Kitchen is better equipped than most homes. Bedrooms are large and spacious. Common areas will easily accommodate large groups. The grounds are lovely and this place has its own private little sandy beach. House comes with tons of outside accessories like bikes, paddleboards and winter gear. We rented a pontoon for the week and kept it at the dock. The area is so peaceful and serene yet you are 10 minutes to Petroskey or Harbor Springs with wide choices for restaurants and shops. We had lots on our agenda to see and do...but we ended up loving the house and lake so much we rarely left! Great communication with owner. Lake life here was a joy! To be fair...if you happen upon a hot day the house can be stuffy. But fans abound in each room and the fresh lake breezes were indeed cooling. We are long time VRBO folks...this is a gem!!

Great Week

After searching for a house with a beach and space for my kids and grandkids, we decided to book this property. The house, and location did not disappoint. The previous reviews were spot on! We had a wonderful week. The lake views, beach, yard, deck, and spacious interior were fabulous. It was a perfect way to spend time with family. We will definitely book again.

Our FAVORITE rental ever!

This house was absolute perfection... It was beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. We loved the quiet area, and the lake (because it is smaller) was calm and warm. We loved being able to bike into Petoskey using the nearby trail, and we were able to enjoy daily kayak and paddle board outings. Our kids loved playing in the sand, and the bunk bed room was absolutely awesome. This was, by far, our favorite rental house! We hope to come back again!

Great summer vacation

My family and I had an amazing time! The house was immaculate and plenty big enough for our family and extended family. We put our boat on the dock and basically had the lake to ourselves the entire week. My older parents stayed in the master and they were comfortable with the separate living quarters. Kids loved the bunk beds and we all had more than enough space to separate in different leisure rooms at times. The deck was newer and we had several great home cooked meals watching the loons on the lake. The paddle boards provided an amazing early morning activity to paddle out and watch the loons. What an exciting and fun added adventure. There is no A/C but even with the hot summer days, the nights were cool and the breeze off the lake made it very pleasant. They also had ceiling fans in addition to plug in fans that made it very pleasant. We highly recommend this Loren's home. We go away every year and this was our best stay and will definitely be back!

Perfect Week

This house was the perfect place for our family this summer! We rented it to celebrate my mother in law’s 60th birthday. It comfortably slept 8 adults and 2 kids. The house itself is very pretty and very new. We cooked dinner/grilled there most nights, and it was well stocked and efficient. We loved sitting outside to eat and really enjoyed the fire pit. The two toddlers loved the sandy beach area and the shallow water. Great location too! 5 mins to Harbor Springs and Petoskey.... we even rented a boat on charlevoix one day, and that was an easy ride too. I would definitely recommend this spot!!!

Outstanding Round Lake Property

This is the 3rd year we have stayed at this property and absolutely love it. The house is newly built and furnished nicely. The views of round lake are very beautiful. There is so much to do ...paddle boarding, kayaking or just enjoying the view. The owners are wonderful to work with. Our whole family looks forward to our week at the lake each summer.

Great Family Vacation

This home on Round Lake was a perfect place for my two daughters and their families to meet with my wife and me. The warm lake and sandy beach area gave my grandchildren many hours of enjoyment. The accommodations were quite comfortable for the children (5 under the age of 11) and 6 adults. Plenty of space both indoors and out and close proximity to Petoskey, Harbor Springs, and Petoskey State Park enhanced our week. We would come back without hesitation.

Perfect up north vacation spot! Great Location!

This place is beautiful. Completely rebuilt, top to bottom. Comfortable and cozy. Location is perfectly situated between harbor springs and Petoskey, close to skiing, restaurants, and shopping. Perfect spot for summertime visits too as it's close to the state park and bike paths. Love this house!

Comfortable home, great beach

Had an awesome time in Petoskey area. This home was close to everything! We rode bikes on the trails and golfed great courses. Felt like it was our own home!
