Cette maison rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e se trouve Ă  droite sur la plage, pour un siĂšge au premier rang Ă  l'ocĂ©an Pacifique. RĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©, cette maison dispose d'une cuisine toute nouvelle, 2 nouvelles salles de bains, et la nouvelle peinture et revĂȘtements de sol Ă  travers les deux niveaux de la maison. VillĂ©giature avec plusieurs familles? ... Eh bien, il y a beaucoup de place pour Ă©taler, se dĂ©tendre et jouer!
LA DISPOSITION:
ETAGE: la cuisine, la salle familiale et salon offrent tous une vue imprenable sur l'océan; deux chambres (reine, roi); et d'une salle de bain complÚte (w / baignoire).
RDC: grande salle familiale de bonus offre un divertissement sans fin Ă  la fois avec une table de billard et baby-foot; grande chambre avec lit queen (nouvelle fenĂȘtre rĂ©cemment installĂ©); trĂšs grande chambre avec 2 lits superposĂ©s et un lit complet (nouvelle fenĂȘtre rĂ©cemment installĂ©); salle de bain complĂšte (w / douche); buanderie w / laveuse et sĂ©cheuse; et garage.
2 grand écran HD TV avec la programmation par cùble, sans fil Wi-fi, et de la terre (téléphone) en ligne (pour les appels locaux) sont fournis.
Il y a un niveau, court chemin qui mĂšne Ă  la plage depuis le pont arriĂšre.

Great location. Wonderful beach and house perfectly situated with short walk to the beach. House had lots of room to spread out and the kitchen was outfitted very well. Beautiful views and big deck. Nice and private. Very clean and comfortable.

This property provides private, exceptional beach access - it’s own short pathway to the sea. The deck is large and offers ringside sunset viewing. Inside the dining and living area is very comfy and roomy and the kitchen layout works well. The beds were comfy and everyone had fun in the game room.

This place is VRBO at its finest - really! Everything we needed was there - plenty of paper goods, laundry and dish soap, toys and games for the kids, plus a high chair, etc. etc. But the absolutely best is the view, the deck and the proximity to the beach. The responsiveness of the owners was great too. Our entire family was happy here! Thank you!

10 of us from 3 generations agree best beach stay yet. Clean and spacious, every need anticipated. Bonfires on the beach, surf fishing, games and quiet time. 2 nearby excursions we enjoyed: strolling through nearby antique shops and the short hike out to the hidden cove at Short Sand Beach.

Space For Everyone!

This house had so much space! 3 lounge areas, large patio, and decent sized bedrooms. Kitchen was so well stocked with every kind of cookware you may need. Quick walk to the beach and great view from large windows. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

We had a lovely stay at the house. The location was perfect for our family, with easy access to the beach which was walkable for all ages. The house had everything one would need, I really appreciate the wonderful kitchen supplies as we cooked quite a bit.

Perfect for a family get away

For our family of 5 this house was perfect in terms of location (heading into Rockaway or up to Manzanita; or walking out the back door and down a short path to the beach) and amenities. Highly recommend!

Rockaway Beach Stay

The house was very clean and the most well stocked of any vacation rental we have ever stayed in. There were 9 in our family and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was very comfortable and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The beach is a quick walk down a path in front of the house. The game room was great and enjoyed by all. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Time At The Beach

Beautiful house, plenty of room, clean and cozy. Perfect for a couple or large family gathering. Everything we needed. Small town charm and shopping nearby, wonderful uncrowded beach. Walk out the door and direct to the beach. The house and location made a large family very happy. We will stay here again.

Quiet location, beachfront location, 2 minute walk to beach,

Loved this location, with view of ocean, 2 minute walk through dunes to beach. Relatively less crowded part of rockaway near jetty. House accommodated all 11 of us, 5 children, 6 adults. Big kitchen and living space, nice deck. Loved watching the swallows and pelicans. Nehalem bay valley is gorgeous, had a great time at nearby nehalem bay state park. Would definitely return.

Perfect location, with quirks

First and foremost, it is hard to beat this beachfront location, with easy beach access along a short (1-2min) sandy walking path over the dunes and through the grass to the beach. An outdoor deck with a hose makes for easy cleanup of messy feet, and a living area full of soft, very squishy sofas makes for comfy lounging. (The large flatscreen TV didn’t get a lot of use, but it’s nice to have.) The two upstairs bedrooms and four bathrooms are nicely done, and while the kitchen was missing a few basic items (ack, no bread knife!) there were loads of dishes, utensils, coffee cups, and glasses, so cooking and eating good food was fun and easy. The basement, which comprises the rest of the house (including the two other bedrooms, recreation room, and small 3/4 bathroom) is 
 a renovated basement, accessed via a relatively steep and very loud/creaky staircase. The old pool table and foosball table in the rec room kept the two young kids entertained when they weren’t on the beach or in the living room, and they didn’t mind the dark basement vibe because they’re too young to notice! The basement bathroom is definitely older and quite modest in size, but it has a new vanity, is very clean, and everything works. Laundry facilities work well and are easy to access. The manager was friendly and very responsive via text messages before our arrival, and if response time was a bit less speedy during our stay, it wasn’t the end of the world. (Our only real issue was getting the grill to work, which we didn’t manage to do.) All in all, this isn't the most beautiful, contemporary, or stylish home, but with two adult couples sleeping upstairs and two kids down below, it was very functional and really well located for our families.

Beach days

We had a great time with our adult kids and grandkids. The house is great for a big group and the beach with all the driftwood made for hours of fun! Great place would love to stay again!
