À La Luz (The Light), observez les vagues depuis le grand pont partiellement couvert ou marchez Ă  quelques pas de la plage! Cette maison FRONT DE MER a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment meublĂ©e et mise Ă  jour avec de nouveaux planchers dans toute la maison, fraĂźchement peints, joliment approvisionnĂ©s et bien entretenus. Le pont principal comprend une table Ă  manger extĂ©rieure avec 6 chaises, 4 chaises Ă  bascule Adirondack et 2 tables d'appoint. Le salon ouvert a un canapĂ©-lit queen surdimensionnĂ©, un fauteuil inclinable, un fauteuil poire et deux poufs assis. La salle Ă  manger offre une table Ă  manger avec 4 chaises et un banc Ă  manger et 4 tabourets de bar pivotants au comptoir / bar de la cuisine. La cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e a BEAUCOUP d'espace de comptoir, beaucoup de verres, de plats et de piĂšces de service en plein air, ainsi que de nombreux appareils pour tout, de votre Keurig du matin ou du cafĂ© fraĂźchement moulu Ă  la crĂ©ation de votre boisson glacĂ©e prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©e dans une Vita -mĂ©langeur. Grande chambre principale au deuxiÚme étage avec un lit king-size, une télévision grand écran et un grand balcon privé avec 2 chaises longues. La salle de bain principale a une combinaison baignoire / douche, une douche debout supplémentaire, des toilettes et une double vasque. Matelas en peluche BeautyRest King Simmons récemment ajouté. Un lit bébé, un Pack-n-Play et 2 lits jumeaux sont stockés dans le dressing spacieux et disponibles pour votre usage - literie disponible sur demande. Des oreillers et des couvertures supplémentaires sont conservés dans le dressing.

La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit king-size et fait face à la plage avec une porte pour accéder au balcon principal. Matelas en peluche King Simmons Beautyrest récemment ajouté et téléviseur LCD HD. Des oreillers et des couvertures supplémentaires sont conservés dans le placard.

La troisiÚme chambre a un lit superposé de style pyramide; un lit double en haut et un lit double en bas et une chaise convertible (se déplie en un lit double - literie disponible sur demande). Smart TV 32 "nouvellement ajoutée.

Salle de bain au 1er étage a une toilette, une vanité et une combinaison baignoire / douche.

Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit queen-size

Literie pour lits jumeaux, chaise convertible et canapé-lit queen sont disponibles sur demande.

La douche Cabana extérieure a de l'eau chaude et froide.

Téléviseur intelligent Vizio 4K de 65 po dans le salon.

Le pont principal est fait de matériaux Trex et est partiellement couvert par le pont de la chambre principale privée.

Le pont supérieur privé entiÚrement ouvert est fait de matériaux Trex et n'a accÚs qu'à la chambre principale.

We had such an amazing time. The location was perfect. The home was beautiful, but most of all the communication with the Property Manager Pablo was outstanding! I’ve stayed at many VRBO’s and have paid more for accommodations, and have never had the immediate replies and friendliness. Thank you Pablo. We’ll be back and we’ll be looking at one of your other properties on the same street to bring more of our family next time. My son and I went for a 3 night short get away for his birthday and to take our fur babies to swim in the ocean. You can’t beat this location. It’s literally 150 yards from the beach. An easy walk we took several times a day to take in the sun and relax. The home is equipped with everything you need. Everything was in perfect working condition and so cozy. Beds are extremely comfortable, furniture and decor were just the right mixture of beachy, yet classy. Thanks again Pablo. I’ll be in touch after the New Year to plan our next stay.

Fun, Relaxing Beach Front Vacation

My husband and I booked this beach house to get away for four days, the two of us, our two sons, daughter and law and our four year old granddaughter who stayed fully entertained our entire stay. The beach house is beautiful, comfortable, cozy and very clean, and inviting. They thought of everything, extra fans, blankets, pillows, games, hammocks, even sound machines in the bedrooms. There are shutters on the bedroom windows to darken the rooms for great sleep. The layout of the house is perfect. The balconies provide the most beautiful views and give a nice, airy feel with pleasant cool breezes, and the beach is just a short, convenient walk away. It was great to be able to spend time on the beach and not have to pile into the car to go back and forth. We had a great and relaxing stay, and will definitely be returning

Beautiful location

We have stayed at several beach houses on Jamaica Beach over the years.. This one was mere feet from the beach. The house has been renovated and you could tell great care has been taken. Loved how close I was to the beach. Shout out to the property manager, Pablo

Perfection

Perfect beach house, literally on the beach. You think of something you need and it is already in this beach house. This is our second time here and we will be going back! Take your own beach towel and food, and that’s all you need for a wonderful vacation. Kitchen has pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, ( drip and K-cup) even a stand mixer, air fryer and fondue maker.

Better than advertised!

Every picture is as is, if not better, literally steps from the ocean on a car free beach. The kitchen has plenty of every plate, dish,lots of flat ware, drip and kcup coffee maker, serving needs and appliances. There are several spices, salt and pepper. Look in the garage and you will find toys and chairs for the entire family. Take your own beach towels. We loved it so much we immediately booked another stay!

Great Space and Home - Even Better Property Manager

Family of 5 - twin 11 year olds and a 7 year old. House fit us well even at 1300 or so square feet. We always look for proximity to the beach with no cars allowed and this was great. House was well positioned about 20 min south of Galveston and didn’t allow any vehicles on the beach which is great. The home had sooo many beach toys for the kids including a bunch of boogie boards which the kids absolutely loved. Grill was brand new. House was oretty clean overall although it doesn’t seem like it gets a ton of activity. There were a few issues during our stay but Pablo, the property manager was absolutely amazing. He had to come out twice, had to get a plumber out once and needed for someone to come out once to fix the storm shutters. All of the work was done promptly and without any interruption to our stay. He made this experience that could have been frustrating an absolute pleasure given his responsiveness. Thanks a ton Pablo for being a great host to our stay. We caught tons of hermit crabs. I caught a lot of fish. A great vacation overall. Thanks a ton.

Great Location

House is located right on beach with very easy walk thru the dunes. The house was equipped with almost everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner and all other meals that week. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great access to the beach

The decor was cute and colorful. The kitchen was well appointed with new and state of the art appliances. The house was smaller than it appeared in the photos. The primary bath was quite large with a double sink vanity. The only negative was the size of the shower

very small. The neighborhood was disappointing. Older houses mostly. It was quite a long drive into town.

Great beach house!

The house was great. I would actually stay there again. It had great beach access and good amenities. It was clean and the bed was a plus, but we did see small ants here and there. We came right after hurricane Beryl so the mosquitos were crazy ridiculous. The internet didn’t work at times and we lost power at night but everything was resolved quickly and it was expected because of Beryl. It didn’t stop us from having fun. The host was accommodating and responded quickly and we will definitely be back. Great location. Quiet beach. Good for families!

Best stay in 20 years

LA LUZ is a well-designed, well-maintained home. It is the best and most thoughtfully equipped vacation home we have rented in Galveston in more than twenty years of annual visits. Very clean, right on the beach, and the management is proactive. We lost power one afternoon, and Pablo, the property manager, was right on the ball keeping up informed of Centerpoint Power's progress and projected restoration. While we had no children in our group, La Luz is arranged and equipped to fully cater to families with kids. We'll be back.

Great!

This property is in an ideal location - right on the beach and in a great neighborhood - Terramar. A few good restaurants are nearby (within 10 minutes) and the ride to Seawall is easy. We had a group of 4 adults and a couple of kids (grandchildren). We stayed in to cook a number of meals and every kitchen tool, utensil that you could want was found in the cabinets. The house is roomy and cozy with 3 great bedrooms. We spent almost every late afternoon, early evening on the deck just relaxing and enjoying the sounds of the surf, people walking along the beach and




maybe a drink or two. 😁. We are already talking about another visit and will definitely be back!

Wonderful vacation!

The host was wonderful. We had questions about the coffee maker and where to find things. He was patient and helpful and professional. Pablo was terrific! The house was very pretty and had everything we needed. It was comfortable and the beds and linens were so comfortable. We brought our dogs and they had a good time too. The walk to the beach was easy. Good restaurants around us too. Book it!

Great house! Great host!

This is a really cool house with great decks. This property has incredible views and is located on a private beach. The layout of the house is excellent which was nice since we had a couple of rainy days and it was very comfortable for four adults to hang out inside. The house is well furnished. The host was wonderful! We accidentally scheduled during the big biker rally and he allowed us to move the trip back a week. We had a couple of questions and he is very responsive. He also allowed us to come in early since no one had rented the previous day. We have used VRBO's numerous times and he is the best!

Nice beach house

Our stay was very nice. Six nights Oct. 2023. Home is clean, well stocked, has all we needed, and is in excellent condition. All appliances worked. Bed comfortable. Towels in good shape. Plenty of beach equipment in garage. Deck furniture in good shape. A very good beach home, and we have stayed in many. We will stay here again if it is available next time we come to Galveston.

Great location and an engaged manager/owner

We had a great stay here. Compared to other rentals I've stayed in it's clear there's some determined/deliberate care being paid to renters here: the unit is stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. And the beach location is perfect. It's very close first of all and even better it's right in the middle between public access in either direction - it's just the right location so crowds aren't on top of you. We stayed during a busy holiday weekend and still had wide open space while just a little bit down in either direction (closer to the public access) it was packed.
