Indian Shores Beach Cottage

Ce chalet de plage "vieille Floride" des années 1930 est juste sur la plage et l'un des rares qui reste au rez-de-chaussée - pas d'escalier, pas d'ascenseur - juste un étage, 2 chambres, 1 salle de bain avec baignoire jacuzzi et Internet disponible. Le chalet peut accueillir 4 personnes confortablement. Pas d'animaux et ne pas fumer s'il vous plaßt. Le chalet est parfait pour un couple qui veut de temps en temps un couple de visiteurs. C'est un endroit idéal pour profiter des couchers de soleil incroyables de la plage d'Indian Shores depuis le porche et de l'ombre des nombreux pins de la propriété. Ce chalet a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Apportez vos valises et détendez-vous sur la plage! Il est sur la ligne de bus avec accÚs au Jolley Trolley et à de nombreux restaurants et magasins de la région. Le chalet est également à quelques minutes de Clearwater et St. Plages Pete et un court trajet en voiture de l'aéroport international de Tampa.

The cottage was great as usual. This was our 6th visit. The view of the gulf was great. They was work going on the beach and that made the trip very stressful but when they get finished it will make the beach shore better.

The perfect beach house

This is the second time we've stayed in this house and we loved it just as much as we did the first time! The house is right on the beach in a lovely, quiet area. The house is well equipped and had everything we needed. The host was super responsive if/when we had a question. We hope to stay here again in the future since we come to this area every summer.

Peaceful and relaxing!

We had a wonderful 35th anniversary stay here. All the touches in the cottage are so well thought out and welcoming. Has everything you need; we never left the property a few days! Could sit on the porch and see the ocean, which we enjoyed every day!

Amazing beach vacation

If you like to spend the day on the beach, this property is for you!!! It is a stunning private property with gorgeous outdoor views immediately on the water. You feel like you have your own private beach on the Gulf of Mexico. It’s very relaxing and and quiet. I love it, that we can set out the beach chairs in the morning and come in and out of the house as we feel like it without having to pack up and hull our stuff back-and-forth. The property is stunning. The large cottage is more spacious than the pictures show. My two teenage boys, my husband and I were very comfortable. The apartment and kitchen are fully stocked. It’s not the newest, but it is clean, homey and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, bedsheets were good quality. Walking distance from multiple restaurants. Suggestion; make reservations! There is also a small cottage on the same property. If you want to go with multiple families, this is a great spot to be separate, and at the same time, be able to hang out together whenever you want. Communication with property manager was easy and quick. Anytime I want to visit the Tampa area, I will be coming back to this property!

Beachy Charm

This beach cottage is as wonderful as it appears. It is the very best of Old Florida charm! If your idea of a vacation involves hours on the beach with a book and just enough of a crowd for good people watching but not enough to disturb your tranquility, dolphin escapades and incredible sunsets, this is the right place for you. Everything you need and a friendly and accessible owner. I can’t wait to go back!

Everything was great, this was the second time we have been there. Pictures online don’t do justice. New furniture which makes it even better. Great neighbors and just a few steps from the gulf. A larger tv would make it perfect.
