Planchers de terrazzo partout. Nouveau toit, nouvel air, nouvelle cour clĂŽturĂ©e, nouvel amĂ©nagement paysager, nouvelle allĂ©e de pavĂ©. Nouvelle cuisine. Nouveaux meubles. Nouveau tĂ©lĂ©viseur Ă  Ă©cran plat. Nouveaux stores. Nouveaux rideaux. À seulement 12 minutes de Siesta Key, Ă  5 minutes des magasins Midtown ou South Gate et Ă  8 minutes du centre-ville de Sarasota. C'est l'endroit parfait pour faire du shopping, manger et jouer au golf. We had a great stay! 13 nights. If you have a pet dog there are not many locations that have a fenced yard as well as a dog park right down the street. The owners were easily accessible if needed and their home was well taken care of. We would stay there again.

Perfect place for a Sarasota vacation with your pooch. Really nice, safe neighborhood with beautiful Arlington Heights Park at the end of the block. The park has a wonderful dog park inside, only a couple blocks from the property. The location is great, centrally located, very near to where the Amish live so you regularly see them riding their bikes in the area. Downtown Sarasota is only a couple miles away. Two of the best beaches in America, Siesta key and Lido key beaches are about 6 miles away. The house is not fancy inside but clean and decent. It's a little small but great for 2 to 4 adults. It might feel a little crowded with 6 adults. The office was perfect for my wife to work one day a week. This is also where we kept our golf clubs, cooler and suitcases. There is no garage for your gear so the office is great for that. The carport keeps your car out of the sun. The fenced in back yard is also great for the dog or to grill and have lunch around the little teak table.Mark and Sandy were very responsive and when we had a couple issues that needed attention, quickly fixed the same day or got someone there the next. We would definitely stay here again

The location was great and the home met all of our expectations. It was close to downtown Sarasota which allowed us easy access to all the amenities offered. It was really enjoyable taking walks in Arlington Park just down the street. And our dogs very much enjoyed catching frisbees in the fully fenced in backyard. A great place to stay for three weeks!

Highly recommended

We really enjoyed our stay here and plan to come back. The place worked for us and our dog, nice big back yard. It's also a nice spot from which to visit the Sarasota area and its barrier islands. Mark is a great host and responds immediately to any issue. Highly recommended.

Great Sarasota VRBO!

Check in was very easy, the home was clean and well stocked. It was very nice to have two separate bathrooms near to the main bedrooms. Communication with the owners was very quick and easy. Location so close to Arlington Park is a real bonus as morning walks were beautiful. Our stay was very nice.

Great Location

Our favorite thing about this property was the location of Arlington Park, with dog park and recreation center at end of street. Convenient also to beaches and downtown. The beds were comfortable, it had newer appliances in kitchen but the furniture in the Livingroom was worn and kitchen stools were broken. Owner knew some appliances needed repair before we checked in.

Great house in a perfect location

This house was great! Nicely updated and fully stocked with everything you need. Perfect for our family and dog. The back yard is nice and big. Location is great! Close to good places to eat and plenty of things to do. I definitely recommend it!

Sandra and Mark were very accommodating and the house was great, especially for the dogs! Dog park at the end of the street was very convenient to walk the dogs every day and the fenced in backyard at the house was the BEST!! All the previous reviews regarding the comfort of the beds are true!! Slept so good every night!!

Comfortable, Relaxing Cottage!

We enjoyed the house and felt safe and secure. It is convenient to the beaches and to downtown Sarasota. The large fenced-in yard was fun for our two little dogs. The furnishings were nice, including the kitchen supplies and furniture. The space was decorated well and having so many TV options was great. Sandra was very good about a smooth check-in and -out. Very good trip and experience!

Perfect in every way!

Walking in the front door we felt like we were home. Sandra’s home is very comfy and cozy. We did not want for anything. Very well equipped. The beds and bedding were so comfortable. There is a beautiful park at the end of the street that we walked and ran our dog daily. Sandra was wonderful. She checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. Would definitely stay again. Lovely comfortable space amd great location

We loved meeting Mark. He was always responsive to anything we might ask about. He gave us a tour and the instruction binder. You cannot go wrong with this home. The community pool is a block away. The staff there was kind and helpful. The pool was warm. We watched the athletes practice as well. The pool.fee was $4 per visit but kids and seniors was $2 so it was inexpensive. We went several times between the beaches. No complaints. Oh, the suite with the shower... the shower head was amazing.

Great house

We rented for the months of January and February. The house was clean and stock with supplies. We were close to Arlington Park and the YMCA. For us we were not far from are family. The owners were conducive to any problems that came up. We knew that the house was not handicapped accessible but thought we could make it work for us. It was more difficult than we anticipated. That is the only reason that will keep us from renting again.

Location! Workspace! Dog-friendly!

Great spot near lovely park. Two of us had private spaces to work, each with a closed door. One room had a desk. Fenced-in yard and dog supplies made it a great place if traveling with a dog. Sandra and Mark were accommodating and replaced some items that were tired, broken or running low. What would make this property even better: 1-a thorough inventory of kitchen dishes, towels, pots, utensils, serving dishes. Some items were great, even unexpected, but others could use a refreshing. 2-reconfigured outdoor seating area. The patio strip was narrow and uneven. It was easy to sit on chairs and sip a drink, but harder to have a functional space to eat or work or move around. 3-firmer sofa in living room. However, the bed was comfortable, internet was great, we had what we needed, and the owners cared.

Perfect In Every Way!

Perfect size, perfect quiet neighborhood, perfect central location for attractions and activities, and perfectly lovely furnishings and finishes. The house was clean, beds were made up, and everything was ready for our stay when we arrived. NO STAIRS! Even though there is a fantastic park and dog park at the end of the street, our little guys enjoyed having their own personal dog park in the huge, completely fenced backyard. Our min pin is blind and our doxiehuahua doesn't play well with other kids, and watching them enjoy all the off leash freedom they could handle in that huge safe environment was one of the best parts of our trip. The house was so comfortable and well appointed that we enjoyed our time there as much as that spent out and about. Our hosts were so pleasant and very easy to work with --no complicated list of instructions--and we can't say enough good things about this rental experience. Sarasota is one of the most beautiful areas we have visited, and we certainly know the place to stay for a return visit! Thank you!

If you are looking for a small cottage feel, this is the place. But Sandra is misrepresenting the size. The listing clearly states that the house is 1734 sq ft. According to the Sarasota county auditor it is only 1,074 sq ft. 40% less than the stated sq ft in the ad. When I asked Sandra to explain why she is misrepresenting the property she said that the county tax records are wrong. So I measured it myself and the footprint is exactly as the county has on file. Sandra is a nice person and this place is well kept. But renters are at the mercy of the representations of the listings and we expect them to be correct. Sandra did offer a complete refund if we wanted to leave. But at that point it was too late. Where do you go in Florida in the middle of January? I have waited more than 6 months to write this in the hope that Sandra would correct it on her own. But it didn't happen. Here is the property card from Sarasota county.
