MY name is Katya .We are NEWISH on VRBO but. not new to hosting,. We are super-hosts on airandBee where most of my reviews can be found - 2027 SPECIAL.. (never before done this ). BOOK JANUARY, FEBRUARY AND MARCH and I will get you $1000 discount. This only applies to the full season booking.
If I were you! I would Add December or April at shoulder season rates
You will have your OWN LITTLE HOUSE, no noise all privacy and yet close to as much entertainment and golfing as you can tolerate lol. One current Guest loves to fish, he’s gone every day!
In my interaction with guests, I constantly hear, “this location has been awesome! “
Well, who knows it better -. I LIVE HERE TOO……Throughout half of 2024 and 2025: we had a private referral staying here hence no review just a great thank you card and a present! (Not found through the platform) AND FOR ME my tenant turned out to be a close personal friend in the end!😜
Pet? Yes with usual pet fee, but breed specific with dogs. OK LETS GO !

This is a well kept private safe community -a wide age range . There are very few villas in this area of Sarasota. usual condo style is more like apartments, with the buildings usually 2 levels or more .
NO neighbor sounds except birds!

My community sits in one of the best locations in Sarasota and people are migrating here from siesta key beach area !! Most people use cars /or electric bikes, or scooters and there is a bus route nearby
Sarasota is one of the most frequently mentioned tourist spots in the country but many people live here all year.. The airport is undergoing expansions to accommodate . It's 15 minutes driving to Villa Siesta from Sarasota airport.

Take a glass of wine and walk around this little Bayfront Park. Spectacular. Everytime I do it —I remember why I moved here LE BARGE party boat is right here as well two hour cruises in the bay of $45. Free Music - light food - bar menu. Walking distance - the same area is Marina Jacks restaurant a different level - atmosphere - price point valet parking available sometimes yachts pull up here and they dine. (SIGH).
DOWNTOWN? Depending on your interest and ability, some of these places are walking distance. my 65 year old niece was here recently and walked to many downtown places on foot. Most people take cars in Florida Pretty much everywhere.

but honestly..you might Not want to leave Sarasota
there's a free newspaper called the TICKET which is a MUST if you are interested in seeing a collection of clubs and music & theater & entertainment

Formally from New York I settled in Sarasota because it’s known to be the center of arts and culture. I’ve been here since January 2016. I have traveled extensively and love to chat about that.
I have a beautiful little morkie and we go for daily walks or rides on my electric bike. I used to be an artisan working at major arts and crafts shows in the United States and I traveled to exhibitions. -Speaking of which we have a number of them all year long in Sarasota.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement
This neighborhood is crazy convenient. A friend of mine with multiple properties Offered me to live in one of her places and economically that would’ve been great, but I wouldn’t do that after living here and having the pleasure of living so close to downtown. Despite the proximity, there’s no noise And it’s safe. We have little Arty things opening up around us and there are very very few villas in this section of Sarasota. we have the most beautiful pool in the area. It’s big and clean and during season it’s heated. And during the summer, the sun heats it. There are bathrooms and outdoor shower and it’s incredibly rarely attended. I guess the original tenant owners don’t use it much and the guests go to the beach. That leaves you with a private pool that’s huge! it’s also very lightly chlorinated so it leaves you feeling clean instead of chemically
