Studio confortable, élégant et moderne au dernier étage (26e étage) de l'une des plus hautes tours résidentielles de la ville de San Juan. Appartement d'angle avec une vue imprenable à 180 degrés sur la ville, y compris l'océan, le lagon de Condado et la baie de San Juan. Être au sommet de San Juan signifie qu'une belle traversée d'alizés traversera le studio si vous avez les fenêtres ouvertes. Beaucoup de lumière naturelle avec très peu de besoin d'éclairage pendant la journée. La vue imprenable vous permettra de voir la ville au travail pendant que le soleil se traverse tout au long de la journée. La propriété est bien située. La plupart des points d'intérêt sont à moins de 5-10 min. conduire. 10 minutes. marcher jusqu'à la plage la plus proche à Laguna de Condado.

Notre studio est entièrement équipé avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour vous sentir à l'aise. Salle de bain entièrement rénovée et cuisinière électrique à surface ouverte avec comptoir en quartz et îlot pour manger. La cuisine est entièrement équipée de casseroles, poêles, assiettes, couverts et provisions de base. De plus, il contient un réfrigérateur en acier inoxydable et un micro-ondes.

Diverses serviettes de bain et deux serviettes de plage fournies pour une utilisation pendant votre séjour. Des articles de toilette seront fournis.

La propriété dispose d'un parking gratuit dans la rue que vous pouvez utiliser. Pour plus de sécurité, nous avons un garage de stationnement fermé et sécurisé qui appartient au bâtiment adjacent. Parce que nous devons payer un supplément pour ce garage, nous facturons un petit supplément par nuit (5 $) plus un dépôt de clé de garage remboursable.

This is a great apartment. Very very clean and really cool views. The apartment manager checked in by text and quickly answered any and all questions. We had a little oopsie and they handled it with such grace. Their attitude towards their guests is a wonderful refreshing change from how most places treat guests. Would definitely stay again

The room was nice and clean enough. However, when I arrived I received a call to tell me that I needed to change the apartment the next day, someone else supposed to stay in that room. This was extremely inconvenient since the studio I moving to was not cleaned. The studio I was staying was cleaned first and this was upsetting a bit. I ended up getting a credit which was welcomed. The area is perfect with lots of restaurants and nice things to see.

AMAZING listing and location

Me and my boyfriend truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful listing . It’s nearby many restaurants and many supermarkets as well as a short drive to Viejo San Juan and a lot of gorgeous beaches. The communication with the host was great and they were very helpful. The view is awesome definitely will stay here again

The apartment itself was beautiful and clean. The hosts are very responsive to messages and concerns! The view is stunning. My biggest issue was the elevators. The apartment is on the 26th floor and I got stuck in one of the elevators. Luckily not for very long, but then had to use the loading elevator for the rest of the trip and that elevator was not very clean and was very slow.

The view it's the best👌

We stayed for 8 days in this great place, the view its definitely the best thing, the building is located in a really good place, we usually walked to get places and there is a museum close by, District T-mobile and, laguna el condado just couple blocks down, to get to old san juan it's 10 minutes by car. We enjoyed our stay there, Puerto rico its amazing!

The best location. Short walking distance from Distrito T-Mobil and El Condado. Also nice walking to Old San Juan. I couldn’t ask for better place. I definitely will come back.

Great location with amazing city skyline view.

The studio apartment is located on the 26th floor with magnificent views of the city skyline and the ocean. Decor is simple yet well appointed with all the equipment and furnishing needed for a comfy visit. Proximity to the convention district, Old San Juan and many other key attractions make this a perfect place to stay for your trip to Puerto Rico.

Very Cute Studio & Convenient Location!

We stayed here for a week and would absolutely stay again. The studio is very cute & the view of the city and ocean is unmatched! We had a beautiful view of the sunrise every morning. Our hosts were both very responsive and helpful. It is a short drive, uber, or electric scooter ride from Old San Juan. Definitely consider this spot for your next trip to San Juan!

Awesome views!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Isla Grande in San Juan. Beautiful views. Clean, tidy studio. Host was helpful. The process for retrieving key & parking was a little confusing, but we made it fine. We just needed accommodations for sleeping after travel & a day in Old San Juan. Location between airport & Old San Juan was convenient. Would stay again.

On Top of The World

The host was kind enough to wait for my late night airplane arrival. He showed me all that I needed to know. There is a very efficient use of space and all the amenities one needs. It's a bit of a walk to Condado and nearby restaurants. The very fair price point made that small inconvenience easy to negotiate. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Loved it!
